41. Specialist Project Procurement
JOB ROLES
• Collect information with regard to user department’s annual procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List;
• Arrange Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package which will be submitted to SKK Migas, submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval;
• Carry out market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to Project;
• Arrange Contract Award and ensure that respective bonds and insurance are valid; Manage Post Contract Award administration to ensure that all procurement documents are complete and easy to retrieve for future use; Provide support in procurement reporting, contract close Out and audit response;
• Provide support to the Project team in monitoring Contract implementation after Contract Award including delivery of goods and services and prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary;
• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relation with SKK Migas, etc.

42. Specialist Drilling Contracting & Procurement
JOB ROLES
• Collect information with regard to Drilling procurement plan for preparation of Procurement List.

43. Superintendent Project Contracting
JOB ROLES
• Coordinate and monitor in developing procurement plan of EPCI (Engineering, Procurement, Constructions, and Installations) and drilling on Abadi project based on user Departments, manage developing of integrated EPCI and drilling annual procurement plan (APP), and propose the APP to INPEX Management; manage identification of change plan and control the impact on procurement plan and execution.
• Control and evaluate the accomplishment of services bid plan package related to EPCI and drilling; manage bidding of EPCI and drilling project according to procurement strategy and target, proper respond on exceptions; to ensure EPCI and drilling procurement process achieve excellent compliance with the prevailing SKK Migas procurement guidelines.
• Monitor and control sourcing and purchasing related to EPCI and drilling projects, involve in negotiation of services procurement; to ensure all transactions meet Company policy and procedures.
• Control in obtaining SKK Migas approval on Abadi EPCI and drilling project procurement which values above US$ 5 million; to ensure bid plan package and bid award package are completed and approved on time.
• Monitor the administration fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure contracts are covered by valid Performance Bonds and valid Insurances.
• Coordinate with related Department (HSSE and Sustainability Department) in completing certification for bidders which serve medium and high risk job in the Company project; to ensure bidders with high risks services/job are certified according to Company policy and procedures.
• Control and Monitor the logistic fulfillment of contract implementation for Abadi Project to ensure logistics coordination expenditure with the best economical way.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 13 years’ experiences in the Oil and Gas industry.
44. Senior Specialist Drilling Contracting & Procurement

45. Senior Contracting Specialist
JOB ROLES
• Provide recommendations, advice and expertise to Project Teams in developing contracting strategies and procurement plans and overall support to Users with regard to their obligations and responsibilities in association with tendering processes and contract management (e., technical evaluation criteria, scope of work, compensation, etc.).
• In coordination with projects team and in support of the SCM team, support the development of tender and contract documents by considering and reducing all potential inherent risks. Participate in or lead the negotiation of terms and conditions in the tender process, develop recommendations, and secure win-win solutions on emerging issues which protect Company interests.
• Provide professional support to Supply Chain Management during the tender process implementation for major contracts (project and other contracts), and in order to obtain all SKK MIGAS approvals (where required).
• Provide support recommendations, advice and expertise in support of contract changes and amendment. Ensure contract change and amendment are fully evaluated and reasonable that protects Company interests.
• Provide advice in interpreting contract management system including standards and procedure to project teams and other department to ensure compliance with the contract management system. Recommend improvements to the contract management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline preferably in technical or business discipline.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 5 years in contract function within Oil and Gas industry.

46. Specialist Land Acquisition
JOB ROLES
• Review and analyze regulatory aspects of land acquisition (LA) process, forest permitting process (borrow-to-use), and other related matters in project site/s preparation activities in compliance with local, national law and regulation and international standards;
• Implement and review plans and programs for land acquisition or for securing forest borrow-to-use permit: Develop and recommend programs for complying with law and regulation, compensation obligations, and performance standards requirements to ensure that all necessary land or forest permit for all project site/s during project preparation stage preparations ready and all necessary land and forest permit comply with company regulation;
• Coordinate with HSSE Sustainability Dept. and Government Relation function (as liaison support) the communication and engagement with Local, National GOI and relevant stakeholders to obtain necessary land or forest permit for all project site/s during project preparation stage;
• Maintain and implement land maintenance programs during construction and operation stages to ensure that all preparations and operations at INPEX Indonesia be carried out in compliance with local & national law and regulations and international standards;
• Coordinate and support HSSE and Sustainability function by providing input to the RKL-RPL implementation report on land acquisition and/ or forest borrow to ensure RKL – RPL report according to standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 3 years in Oil & Gas or Mining industry.
47. Senior Specialist Social Investment
JOB ROLES
• Recommend and assist social investment planning and strategy, initiatives and programs based on professional and advance expertise that are aligned with SKK Migas rules and regulation; Monitor, analyze and evaluate social risk and need assessment, social mapping, available data and information, informal survey result in order to ensure developed social investment match to local community needs and Company strategic purpose;
• Monitor, review, and provide recommendations and advance expertise in social investment activities such as social risk and need assessment, multi-stakeholders engagement, community empowerment and development, partnership and relations management; in order to ensure effective and efficient developed programs of social investment;
• Coordinate and conduct social investment studies; Review and recommend study methods and purpose, targeted communities and area, data collection process, and other required information related to the study; Review, monitor and evaluate study result; Prepare and socialize study result to INPEX Management and other Parties; in order to ensure social program/community development match to community needs, and to utilize study result as a base to propose the initiatives and program in WP&B and other Company purpose;
• Monitor and review social program/community development implementation which include day-to-day management; monitor their work progress including their impact to promoting Company image and Company reputation and smoothness of the initiatives and programs implementation, solve arisen issues if any; in order to ensure implemented initiatives and programs meet the target;
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate the impact of implemented social programs/community development to Company reputation and Company image; Generate report to INPEX Management, SKK Migas and local Government/Institution; to maintain and improve Company image in local community;
• Create and recommend strategy to develop and maintain good relationship and partnership management with local stakeholders such as local university, local foundations, other local institutions and local community organization; develop and propose cooperation programs that have good impact among Parties.

48. Senior Specialist External Communication & Media Relation
JOB ROLES
• Develop and recommend external communication, mass media and social media relation’s content, program and strategies for developing company image; Monitor, develop and recommend detailed external communication, mass media and social media relations’ content, initiatives and programs that align with C&R strategic plan based on INPEX Indonesia business strategy and target; Evaluate and analyze effectiveness of initiatives and programs implementation; Ensure availability of external communication, mass media and media relations working guidelines;
• Monitor, review and provide recommendations on external event with the purpose to build cohesiveness among external stakeholders, review effectiveness of external event held and propose improvement for the next programs; to ensure smoothness of external event execution and the programs achieve the target;
• Develop and recommend Company image/favorable opinion, mass media and social media utilization program and implementation to convey the strategic messages to targeted entity, and in establishing Company image/opinion; Review and recommend Company image/favorable opinion alignment to C&R strategic plan; in order to ensure availability of Company image/favorable opinion development in media;
• Monitor, review and implement external communication and media relations’ content, initiatives and programs to increase, promote and maintain INPEX Indonesia reputation; Provide solution on any arisen issues, evaluate the response to the initiatives and programs implementation in order to ensure external communication, mass media and social media relations’ content, initiatives and programs achieve the target and comply to Company policy and procedures;
• Handle, monitor, review and analyze news, issues and other information related to Company activities in various mass media and social media including Company website and social media account; provide recommendations, prepare and coordinate media relations/engagement management, and maintain good relationship with key person; in order to ensure public support to INPEX Indonesia activities;
• Develop and propose communication, mass media and social media relations audit method and plan; Monitor, review and analyze external communication and media relations audit program and implementation; Review and create communication, mass media and social media relation audit schedule; Review and prepare audit report in order to ensure continuous improvement on external communications, mass media & social media relations performance;
• Suggest, implement and improve ways to execute external communication, mass media and social media relations content, initiatives and programs effectively and efficiently such as self-execution, partial or full-third party assistance in compliance with applicable rules.

49. Specialist Stakeholder Analyst & Reporting
JOB ROLES
• Analyze INPEX Indonesia strategic plan; Monitor current performance and status of stakeholders’ database and information and its alignment to the Company strategic plan: Propose and develop stakeholder database improvement plan and program in order to ensure provided C&R stakeholders database align to Company need;
• Identify, define and propose stakeholders mapping and criteria, level of impact to Company activities, specific characteristics, and other related information based on various sources; conduct stakeholders grouping according to the criteria and stakeholders database updating; review and analyze stakeholders’ historical data and expectation of future characteristics as additional information; in order to ensure stakeholders data updated and reliable as an internal information sources of strategic plan;
• Develop and propose format and system of stakeholders’ database, monitor and review current required stakeholders’ information and related systems submitted by individual departments; develop and propose socialization programs in accessing stakeholders’ information in database; in order to ensure stakeholders database management and socialization programs are in line with Company quality standards and departments need;
• Identify, define and prepare report based on stakeholders criteria, requirement, specific report, and mandatory by regulation; Review report stakeholders grouping according to the criteria and stakeholders database updating; Monitor and review the completeness of the report documents; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.

50. Senior Specialist IT Infrastructure
JOB ROLES
• Design and develop all INPEX Jakarta Office IT infrastructure and telecommunication systems; Provide input for IT Infrastructure & Telecommunication plan and strategy; Identify and evaluate IT infrastructure and equipment needs in INPEX Jakarta Office and its projects; Conduct and monitor documentation of IT infrastructure & telecommunications development and submit the document to Information Management (Document Management) Team in order to ensure availability of IT infrastructure and equipment as well as their documentation that in line with company policy and procedures;
• Identify, develop and implement IT infrastructure within INPEX offices, site and across many different locations including IT infrastructure for disaster backup recovery center for minimum IT requirement to run company in crisis situation; Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure service level and performances, technical standards, and maintenance programs both for records inventories and physical equipment; Design programs, policies and procedures to ensure continuous improvement of information technology services and maintain the integrity of system in order to support company business and strategy;
• Support and monitor IT infrastructure operations and infrastructure service level (such as network, server, storage, printer, workstation, personal computer (PC), hardware, tools and other equipment of IMT); Review and analyze infrastructure service level, technical standards and work processes through mapping workflow analysis, problem identification and analysis, user approval for service process, in order to ensure availability of IT Infrastructure and equipment service level required for various routine operational activities as well as projects activities and in line with Company policy, procedures and standards;
• Monitor and analyze IT Infrastructure services conducted by external parties and evaluate contractors, suppliers, and/or consultants; Maintain and manage the related contract and all necessary payment administration, in order to ensure IT Infrastructure and contractors quality of service in line with determined quality standards and based on agreeable contract;
• Manage all IT Infrastructure facilities (server, network, workstation, PC, printer, and others) and relevant software; maintain all systems related to network in close coordination with related Group, and monitor their performances; in order to ensure IT Infrastructure are maintained and recorded properly in line with Company policy, procedures, and quality standards;
• Develop IT Infrastructure & telecommunications philosophy, procedures and standards including user manual and frequently answer and question (FAQ) and other guidance; create training material and socialize IT Infrastructure to related parties through various media such as intranet, manual book, and others; to enhance IT Infrastructure and equipment user-friendliness and usage;
• Consolidate and work together as one team with other persons in IMT to establish fit for purpose of IMT solution. Find any problem and seek its solution. Do necessary actions to solve any related problems and implementation of solution to be fit for purpose, on specified schedule within the budget.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering or other related disciplines.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience. Having experience in the Oil and Gas Company/ Industry is preferred.
