21. Senior Engineer Flow Assurance
JOB ROLES
• Design and develop flow assurance concepts and studies based on, project objectives and design basis, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, INPEX Indonesia values and approach with best practices and technology improvement around the world related to technical integration LNG production system in order to ensure available standards of flow assurance process procedures and guidelines;
• Review, analyze and evaluate technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of flow assurance system proposed by related department in INPEX Indonesia projects; Review, initiate and recommend solutions of those matters to ensure justification on tolerable technical change/deviation in production system and meet engineering principles and advanced technology;
• Assist and support other related departments to conduct specific studies and researches before, during and after project phases related to flow assurance; Coordinate and compile studies and research result; Prepare, establish and recommend integrated studies and research report on flow assurance in INPEX Indonesian projects to ensure the availability of flow assurance process recommendations;
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate technical flow assurance implementation for overall technical integration in the each project phases in order to ensure that all technical interface and technical integration process are in line with determined technical quality assurance standards, engineering philosophy, and best practices;
• Monitor flow assurance on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of project phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for system interface and integration meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Flow Assurance experience is required.
22. Senior Engineer Offshore Material & Corrosion
JOB ROLES
• Review, evaluate and advice material selection and corrosion management for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Develop and recommend material selection and corrosion mitigation objective, plan, and strategy; Approve or not contractors material selection deliverables. Provide material and corrosion discipline support and recommendations during the Select and Define phases in the delivery of modifications and projects for INPEX Indonesia project (including policy and procedures, administration, documentations) in order to ensure available basis for design and project specification, guidelines of material and corrosion for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia Project.
• Develop and recommend material specifications and standards for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia project; Compile, review and advice related department related to material specification based on project plan and strategy as well as company material standard; Assist and support related department regarding material selection for their project to ensure material selection and corrosion specification and standard are understood and accepted by related department and are properly documented for future reference.
• Monitor and review material and corrosion management system implementation throughout Offshore project scope and contractors activities; Assist the identify & assess phase in the delivery of modifications and projects; Provide material and corrosion discipline input as required into initial scoping and business case development; Coordinate and support related engineering department; provide solution on any issues and emerging problems; to ensure that material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities will provide technical integrity during the projected life cycle and meet determined quality and standards.
• Review and conduct material and corrosion inspections/audit in INPEX Indonesia project area including relevant manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and materials testing laboratories as planned and impromptu; Monitor and evaluate their compliance with material specification and standard; Analyze and review HSSE matters are given due consideration in the selection of materials and the corrosion mitigation strategy. Evaluate inspection/audit findings as well as necessary corrective action to ensure material selection and Contractors compliance with HSSE Management System standards.
• Provide technical review and evaluation on material and corrosion tenders for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Verify, analyze and evaluate contractors material selection to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to ensure materials selected for INPEX Indonesia project comply and according to project and International standards and specifications.
• Review, analyze and evaluate application of new technology in material and corrosion; Conduct, review and recommend studies on material Selection and corrosion studies, cathodic protection, painting and coating, insulation related specification; Calculate corrosion rate for process and marine pipework and equipment; Establish report regarding corrosion rate and corrosion risk for each project phase; Expand the use of currently used materials where practical to reduce costs and risk of failure. Review, analyze and monitor risk management for material and corrosion management in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and support material and corrosion management system
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Material and Corrosion experiences are required.
23. Senior Specialist Management Of Change (MOC) Coordination
JOB ROLES
• Assist Head of MOC in establishing Management of Change (MOC) process, oversight of the implementation and management of the MOC system throughout project life; provide preliminary screening of MOC Request from packages; maintain and update the MOC database, tracking the status of all MOC requests and provide reporting to management periodically; in case of MOC affecting multiple packages, to oversee overall impact assessment process; endorse risk assessment by each package team with support from other functions as necessary and keep track of actions raised by action tracking system
• Assist Head of MOC in establishing Technical Query and Deviation (TQD) system process, oversight of the implementation and management of the TQD system throughout project life; provide support in coordinating with technical experts and relevant departments to resolve technical queries and manage deviations effectively; ensure that all deviations are documented, justified, and approved according to company procedures; understand and assess the impact of any TQD of a package to other packages.
• Assist Head of MOC Coordination in establishing Technical Authority (TA) system and implementation in MOC and TQD process; ensure appropriate MOC/TQD requiring rigorous technical review to be assessed by suitable TA; maintain an updated TA register for FEED.
• Review and evaluate technical documents for MOC and TQD procedures within contracts; review and evaluate contractors technical specification; act as company representative when contractors need technical consult related to MOC/TQD matters; monitor contractor performance to ensure contractors performs all MOC/TQD activities in accordance with its obligations under the contract and contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule.
• Monitor risk assessment related to MOC/TQD and process optimization to ensure best practice; review and update risk assessment related to Technical Integration; monitor TQD requests among relevant parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure potential risk spillover to other packages/departments is assessed and informed to relevant personnel swiftly.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

24. Senior Engineer Welding
JOB ROLES
• Define, develop, and evaluate welding quality assurance program based on best practice; Monitor and review industry welding best practices and technology improvement and deploy solutions; Ensure Quality Assurance implementation , Review and implement best practice - such as technical and process methodologies, procedures, standards and specifications for all types of OLNG construction and installation as part of performances monitoring system;
• Review, analyze and evaluate the execution plans with respect to welding and implications for construction, implementation of welding quality assurance programs by monitoring, testing, or evaluating construction and installation performances for discontinuities or differences in characteristics of overall INPEX Indonesia project production system according to determined engineering standards (DEP);
• Monitor and review contractors welding plans and quality based on project plan during FEED and detailed engineering design and ensure these plans meet project requirements; Review and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation (including (other INPEX Business Unit, JVP), and Third Parties on the Contractor’s deliverables quality assurance;
• Review and analyze welding and relevant construction aspects and ensure adequate risk assessment and quality assurance of technical interface and integration and its process in Contractors/Vendors activities; Review and monitor the report feedback on potential risks during manufacturing and any limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. to ensure risk assessment and quality assurance for welding program are being documented;
• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any deviation of specification, process, system, and others based on Project Welding inspection results, its impact to the overall LNG production system; provide technical justification and recommendation to those nonconformity treatment based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;
• Create/propose early identification, KPIs, leading indicators and tracking system. Ensure tools, procedures and QA and potential risk in technical and integration are all covered by quality management system; develop, monitor and evaluate database of INPEX Indonesia project; Maintain and record data, information, and documentation of any nonconformity occurrence both in Company and in Contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Welding experiences are required.
25. Senior Engineer Interface
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and promote best practices and improvement related to system interface and integration according to engineering design on each project phase to ensure availability of integrated system interface and integration project plan, and the systems meet engineering principles;
• Identify, analyze and manage interfaces with different department; Review and analyze interface management process that being handled by Contractors; Monitor interface management plan implementation with identifying interfaces between related department and contractor; Monitor and support communication between related Department and/or Contractor to ensure the implementation of interface management activities in accordance with the needs of related departments and using relevant tools and resources;
• Analyze system interface providing technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to project contract preparation and its terms and conditions;
• Monitor system interface and integration technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of project phases, implement Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for system interface and integration meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;
• Review, analyze and monitor systems for interface and integration project implemented by INPEX Indonesia, and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose interface management method based on technical standards or equivalent (DEP); Prepare risk assessment of system interface and integration in Contractors/Vendors engagement activities in order to ensure availability of reliable interface management method and support detailed interface and integration technical preparation;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing system interface and integration project and review potential risk with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; set up communication of Technical interface and integration status in order to ensure Technical interface and integration project achieve the target and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall interface and integration project.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Interface Management experience is required.

26. Project Contract Advisor
JOB ROLES
• Prepare Terms and Conditions for the combination of reimbursable and lump-sum contracts;
• Provide advanced professional expertise to standardize different EPC contract proposals for bid evaluation;
• Advise all contract types such as lump sum, reimbursable or major unit rate contracts for bid evaluation;

27. Project Engineering Specialist

28. Senior Specialist Project Control
JOB ROLES
• Monitor and review project Contractors work progress; Analyze and recommend project Contractors target, strategy and schedule, and other development service as well as project management system; Monitor and assist project planning and schedule alignment, interface and integration in the each of project plan and phases in order to ensure Contractors target and project planning and schedule are in place as a reliable guidance;
• Prepare project Contractors performance guidelines; Review and analyze INPEX Indonesia project plan and schedule; Recommend project Contractors performance indicators; Conduct and analyze project Contractors performance review process and result to ensure project Contractors performance according to project planning and schedule with deliverable according to agreeable contract;
• Prepare and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in tenders related to project Contractors requirement; Analyze and evaluate project Contractors based on evaluation process; Provide technical advice in project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Review and monitor any change and/or deviation of engineering design, technical standard, and contractor deliverable MDR (Management Deliverable Register), provide recommendation to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/deviation of engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure engineering design change/deviation comply with Company policy and procedures, and technical standard;
• Monitor project documents incoming and outgoing administration, filing system and documents retention; monitor communication, correspondence, and relationship with approved Contractors related to project contracts; in coordination with other departments and groups develop project report regularly and impromptu; to ensure project administration meet Company policy, procedures and standards, and project report submission within the timeframe;
• In coordination with related departments/groups, collect data and prepare plan of INPEX Indonesia project including its supporting documents to be submitted to SKK Migas, Assist and support to expedite project approval process from INPEX Indonesia Management and SKK Migas; Monitor and review project contractors, provide recommendation and solution to arisen issues and/or problems; in order to ensure documents completeness within the timeframe.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.
29. Specialist Compliance
JOB ROLES
• Implement the whistle-blowing system as methods/ systems to detect irregularities/ violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations.
• Perform the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations.
• Implement program of prevention measures such as compliance awareness/values/culture campaign including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture.
• Support conduct of investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations.
• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS

30. Specialist Social Performance
JOB ROLES
• Review and analyze the requirement of international best practices in social and environment and/or non-technical aspects including developing social impact assessment and implementation plan; Develop and recommend alignment of social program and initiatives in compliance with IFC Performance Standard requirements;
• Review, identify and summarize local stakeholder issues and concern; Conduct social and political risk analysis and link risks to the project’s risk register, and incorporate relevant findings and feedback into project design and engineering; Analyze and evaluate local stakeholder’s response and feedback to INPEX Indonesia projects and operation; Integrate feedback from public and government stakeholder engagement (including community consultation) and social baseline into project decisions, e.g. selection and development of preferred alternative to achieve stakeholder alignment, stakeholder engagement and ensure social and community acceptance of the Company presence and project in the working area;
• Develop Social Performance/Community Affairs needs of the project – especially working in direct coordination with Project team; Develop recommend and implement stakeholder engagement tactic to deliver social and community understanding and acceptance of the project and to support implementation of land and community affairs work;
• Develop, coordinate and monitor execution of project external stakeholder engagement and field-level community affairs work; Monitor the day-to-day work of the team on social issues, working in close coordination with Project team and other field-level staff from INPEX and construction contractor(s); Train project members to handle issues arising during construction and how to appropriately manage and document those issues and any feedback received;
• Lead required stakeholder consultation, including e.g., organizing and leading public consultation and leading delivery of other social and stakeholder engagement related components of permitting deliverables; Plan and implement project specific consultation with consideration of stakeholder timelines; Oversee the design and implementation of the Grievance Mechanism to manage stakeholder complaints associated with field activities of project and comply with Indonesian regulatory impact assessments;
• Build awareness of land and community stakeholder issues in project team and with contractors through execute and maintain Public and Government Stakeholder Engagement Plan; Develop and implement project level external stakeholder engagement database/management system; Develop, monitor and update exit strategy and stakeholder data management and tracking systems to ensure commitments made to Public and Government Stakeholders are captured in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract.
