We are a leading EPCI Contractor, especially engaged in Oil & Gas projects, looking for professional candidates of below positions:

1. PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PPM)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in purchasing and supply management or any relevant engineering discipline.

• Min. 5 years’ experience as PPM in EPCI projects, with preference given to those with similar purchasing & procurement experience in Oil & Gas projects.

• Experience in Oil and Gas upstream Industry

• have good inter-personal skills, possess knowledge of multi-discipline, and possess knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents and plans

• shall be “hands-on” type and must be able to, and be prepared to get their sleeves rolled up and get stuck into all procurement activities issues at a detailed level

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general.

• Have a thorough understanding of procurement workflows and supplier management.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

2. CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER (PM-CIVIL)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with a major in Civil Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline.

• Min. 10 years of experience in EPCI Projects.

• Min. 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role with minimum project contract value of USD 15million.

• Min. 8 years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas projects.

• Have advanced knowledge and awareness of Project Management principles, documents, and plans.

• Shall be “hands-on” type and must be able to and be prepared to get their sleeves rolled up and get involved into technical issues at a detailed level.

• Have excellent presentation and written skills to enable clear and concise delivery of information to staff, customers, contractors, and supervisors.

• Be proficient in English, Microsoft Office, and computers in general.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and judgment skills, with the ability to retrieve and organize information effectively.

3. WORK PACK ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from any relevant engineering discipline.

• Min. 5 years’ experience as Work Pack Engineer in EPCI projects for Oil & Gas industry.

• Have the ability to understand the scope of work and be able to identify changes.

• Able to drive the pursuit of excellence and continuous improvement, driving innovation, adopt best practices, standardized processes and procedures.

• Familiar with MS Project/P6/Asta/Excel.

• Understanding of constraints.

• Understanding sequencing.

• Understanding critical path management.

• Familiarization with SSoW.

4. T&I MANAGER

5. LEAD STRUCTURE ENGINEER - T&I

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil, Structural or Offshore Engineering preferably from local university or from internationally recognized university.

• Min. 5 years experiences in the same position within EPCI framework for Oil & Gas project.

• Experience in Analysis & Design of Fixed Offshore Platforms such as Jacket, Topsides & Interconnecting Bridges for Green Field & Brown Field Projects.

• Conversant with In-service analysis such as In-place, Dynamic, Fatigue, Seismic & Ship Impact.

• Conversant with Pre-service analysis such as Load-out, Transportation, Lifting, Jacket Launch, Jacket On-bottom Stability using SACS program.

• Experience in review of Detail Engineering Drawings & Miscellaneous Design Calculations.

• Well verse in using SACS, STAAD Pro & ANSYS programs.

• Good knowledge of the codes/rules such as API RP2A, AISC, ABS, BV & DNV/GL/ Noble Denton.

• Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.

6. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER (PCM)

Qualifications:

• Min. 5 years experience as PCM in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects, especially Offshore Construction.

• Have advanced knowledge of resource planning and scheduling software, such as PRIMAVERA, is a must.

• Has a good sense of responsibility and decision-making.

• Good leadership, planning, organizing and interpersonal skills.

7. QA/QC MANAGER

8. QC COORDINATOR

9. QC ENGINEER

Qualifications:

• All position : must have experience in EPCI / Construction Company.

• For Manager & Coordinator : Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 10 years experiences in the same field and position.

• For others : Diploma or Bachelor degree of Engineering, minimal 5 years experiences in the same field and position.

• Having experience in Oil & Gas Project.

• Having experience with EPC contractor for platform construction, piping and pipeline, Pre-Comm and Commissioning.

• Holding International CSWIP 3.1 certificate, PAUT certificate, NDT ASNT level II certificate.

• Holding ISO 9001 lead auditor certificate by IRCA is an advantage.

• Good knowledge in Welding, Coating, Materials, NDT & applicable code such as ASTM, ASME, NACE, AWS & ISO, EN, etc.

• Having experience in system mechanical completion and handover documents.

10. ENGINEER (ALL DICIPLINE)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher from any relevant engineering discipline (Offshore Structure, Process, Process Safety, Mechanical, Piping, Pipeline, Electrical, Instrumentation).

• Min. 5 years experiences in Engineering field within EPCI framework for Oil & Gas project.

All position must :

• Proficient in English.

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressure.

• Able to join immediately.

• Domiciled in Indonesia.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.
