PT Bumi Babah Rot is a Domestic Investment Company (PMDN) operating in the field of iron ore mining, with an Operating Production Mining Business License (IUP-OP) covering an area of 544 hectares, located in Babah Rot District, South West Aceh Regency, Aceh Province.

1. SITE MANAGER
This position is responsible for managing the entire mining operation effectively, productively, and efficiently, while implementing a Mining Safety Management System and Environmental Protection measures, in compliance with all regulations, company policies, and to achieve Good Mining Practice. This role requires leadership, operational supervision, resource management, and coordination with various departments and other external stakeholders.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology, Metallurgical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. A relevant advanced degree or a specialized certification may be preferred for large operations.
2. Additional certifications or training in Project Management, Safety Management, or Environmental Management may also be beneficial.
3. 15 years of experience in the mining industry, with a significant portion of that experience spent in iron ore mining or mineral extraction.
4. Extensive experience in site management, including overseeing the full range of activities on a mining site (e.g., excavation, blasting, crushing, transportation, beneficiation, and processing).
5. Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, Surpac, MineSight, Minex, Vulcan, Datamine, XPAC, Micromine, etc.
6. Understanding in-depth knowledge related to the mineral and coal mining planning process (particularly iron ore) in a long-term, mid-term, and short-term manner that is efficient, effective, and productive by applying Good Mining Practice aspects.
7. Oversee the budget for site operations, ensuring that costs are controlled and that resources are used efficiently.
8. Manage the allocation of materials, equipment, and labor to meet operational objectives.
9. Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to ensure the timely delivery of equipment, supplies, and parts required for operations.
10. Communicate with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
11. Handle relations with local communities, addressing concerns related to mining operations and ensuring that the mine contributes positively to the local economy and society.
12. Possessing a Middle-Level Operational Supervisor Certification (POM) is preferred, with priority given to those holding a Principal Operational Supervisor Certification (POU), Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) Training/Auditor certification, and Mine Planning Certification

2. FOREMAN PROCESSING & PLANT
This position is responsible for managing the entire iron ore processing process including maintenance processes, processing plant repairs and productive and optimal stockpile management, as well as understanding mining safety management and environmental protection.
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mining engineering, mechanical engineering, metallurgical engineering, electrical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering) is often preferred, especially for larger mining operations where technical oversight is critical.
2. Have 3 years of experience in mineral processing or iron ore mining operations, including experience in crushing, grinding, beneficiation, pelletizing, and concentrate production.
3. Familiarity with iron ore processing techniques such as magnetic separation, flotation, gravity separation, dense medium separation, and pelletizing.
4. Ensure that plant processes, including crushing, grinding, and flotation (if applicable), are optimized for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
5. Monitor and control the flow of materials through the plant, including stockpiles, feeding, and material handling.
6. Knowledge of mining safety regulations, especially in an iron ore plant where risks include heavy machinery, dust, and chemicals.
7. Possesses the ability to evaluate the entire processing plant and is capable of preparing evaluation reports (including calculating EWH, PA, MA, MTTR, and MTBF).
8. Understands mining safety and environmental management (preferably with certifications related to safety and/or the environment), and holds a Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) certification.
9. Strong leadership skills to manage, train, and motivate workers in a mining and processing environment.
10. Ability to troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions quickly.

3. FOREMAN MINE OPERATION
This position is responsible for managing the entire iron ore mining process, including land clearing, overburden removal, ore stripping, ore transportation, and productive and optimal stockpile management, as well as having an understanding of mining safety management and environmental protection.
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mining engineering, geological engineering, metallurgical engineering, civil engineering) is often preferred, especially for larger mining operations where technical oversight is critical.
2. 3 years of experience in mine operations or open-pit mining, with a solid understanding of mining processes. Proven experience in supervisory or foreman roles within the mining industry, especially in iron ore mining or similar operations.
3. Possesses experience and knowledge related to mining techniques in accordance with Good Mining Practices, both from a technical and conservation perspective (especially understanding proper land clearing processes, standardization of front loading & loading techniques, disposal standardization, fleet management, productivity unit, water management, selective mining, slope stability, mine road standards, topsoil management, mineral optimization, etc.)
4. Able to implement operational mining development and effectively guide operators, as well as conduct regular Safety Talks and P5M (Pencegahan, Pengendalian, Pemantauan, dan Pengawasan Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan - Prevention, Control, Monitoring, and Supervision of Health, Safety, and Environment) sessions
5. Possesses the ability to evaluate the entire mining process and is capable of preparing operational reports (including calculating EWH, PA, Productivity, and Payload).
6. Able to interpret and implement mine planning into mining operations and provide positive feedback related to effective mining practices.
7. Understands mining safety and environmental management (preferably with certifications related to safety and/or the environment), and holds a Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) certification.
8. In-depth knowledge of mining operations, including drilling, blasting, excavation, ore extraction, and hauling.
9. Solid understanding of mine safety regulations and ability to conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
10. Problem-solving skills to resolve operational and equipment issues quickly and effectively.

4. FOREMAN ENVIRONMENT
This position is responsible for managing the implementation of mining safety and environmental management in the iron ore mining operation.
1. Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or other related fields. Certifications or additional training in Environmental Management or Sustainability are a plus.
2. 3 years of experience in environmental management in the mining industry (or other heavy industry).
3. Knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001, EPA regulations).
4. Possesses a General K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) Expert Certification / Mining Safety Expert Certification and a Primary Operational Supervisor (POP) Certification, as well as Certifications in PPA / PPU / POPA / POIPU / PLB3.
5. Possesses a good understanding of Mining Safety and Environmental Management Systems, and is capable of preparing company reports related to Environmental Management Policies (KPLH) to the government (including EIA, UKL/UPL, RKAB, Reclamation Plan, Reclamation Guarantee, Monthly and Quarterly Reports, etc.)
6. Possesses good knowledge and skills related to Water Management Systems & Mine Water Treatment, the Process of Revegetation & Mine Reclamation, as well as the Control of Hazardous Waste (B3) and Hydrocarbons in Mining.
7. Familiarity with environmental monitoring tools and techniques (e.g., air, water, soil quality testing).
8. Experience in waste management, including handling hazardous materials and tailings.
9. Knowledge of land rehabilitation techniques and practices post-mining.
10. Ability to lead a team effectively and ensure the smooth implementation of environmental practices.
11. Ability to identify potential environmental risks and take corrective measures.

5. SPECIALIST MINING ESTIMATOR & PLANNING
This position is responsible for preparing the strategic mining plan, both in terms of technical mine planning and economic aspects of mining, as well as managing cost control, reviewing, evaluating, and periodically developing the plan to ensure the availability and accuracy of production target plans on a regular basis.
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., mining engineering, geological engineering, metallurgical engineering) is often preferred, especially for larger mining operations where technical oversight is critical.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on cost estimation, mine planning, and resource modelling.
3. Proven experience in creating mine plans, schedules, and production forecasts.
4. Familiarity with the use of mining software for estimating and planning (e.g., Vulcan, Whittle, Surpac, Datamine).
5. Develop and update short-term and long-term production schedules to meet operational targets while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
6. Develop and maintain cost estimates for all phases of the mining project, including capital costs, operating costs, and financial forecasting.
7. Strong ability to analyze complex mining data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
8. Ability to identify issues in the planning or estimation process and develop solutions that improve operational efficiency.

6. MINE PLAN SUPERVISOR
This position is responsible for preparing the iron ore mining plan, reviewing, evaluating, and periodically developing the plan to ensure the availability and accuracy of production target plans on a regular basis.
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (e.g., mining engineering, geological engineering, metallurgical engineering, geodetic engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering) is often preferred, especially for larger mining operations where technical oversight is critical.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining operations, with a focus on mine planning, production scheduling, or mining engineering.
3. 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a mining or open-pit mining environment.
4. Experience with mine design, resource estimation, and mine optimization.
5. Proven skills in Mine Scheduling tools utilizing software such as Minescape, Surpac, MineSight, Minex, Vulcan, Datamine, XPAC, Micromine, etc.
6. Exposure to safety management, environmental regulations, and good mining practices (GMP) is important.
7. Possess the ability to calculate and analyze Fleet Management, Productivity Unit, Utilization Availability, Physical Availability, and other technical engineering aspects.
8. Have a good understanding of preparing the RKAB (Work Plan and Budget), quarterly reports, and annual RKAB realization reports, as well as other related reports in mining operations.
9. Experience in the development of long-term, mid-term, and short-term mine plans is highly desirable.
10. A certification, such as POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama).

7. PROCUREMENT & WAREHOUSING OFFICER
This position is responsible for fulfilling the needs of goods and/or services, including the processes of receiving goods, storage/inventory management, and distribution of goods.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or warehousing management, preferably in a mining, construction, or manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to manage the procurement process, develop inventory management plans, and perform warehouse check-ups (stock opname).
4. Understanding and implementation of First In First Out (FIFO) method for managing warehouse inventory.
5. A keen eye for accuracy when managing inventory and procurement records, ensuring proper documentation and timely processing.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with vendors, internal teams, and senior management.
7. Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers to ensure favorable terms for the company.
8. Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments (e.g., operations, finance, production) and external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, logistics companies).

8. OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY OFFICER
This position is responsible for overseeing and implementing the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) system to prevent workplace accidents in mining areas, conducting socialization of OHS regulations, monitoring corrective actions from incidents, and controlling the management of mining environmental practices.
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of experience in mining operations (preferably with experience in a mining company in the mineral sector).
3. Ability to supervise and review potential safety hazards across all functions to ensure that all procedures comply with Occupational Health and Safety Management standards.
4. Ability to conduct property damage and environmental pollution reviews to ensure that health and safety conditions are properly managed.
5. Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or Mining Safety Expert and Operational Supervisor Certification (POP).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to report safety findings and ensure that safety messages are clearly conveyed to all levels of staff.
7. Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including operations, HR, management, and external safety bodies.

9. ACCOUNTING & TAX OFFICER
This position is responsible for the company’s accounting activities and preparing financial data for the preparation of financial statements, both for the company and consolidation, in accordance with accounting standards, as well as preparing the company’s tax data and administration.
1. Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum 2 years experiences in in accounting, taxation, or a related role, preferably in the mining, manufacturing, or natural resources sectors.
2. Knowledge of tax compliance, including corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax in Indonesia or applicable tax laws.
3. Ability to handle monthly/quarterly/yearly closing processes, including account reconciliations and journal entries.
4. Knowledge of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (IFA), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and Indonesian Tax Laws .
5. Tax certification (Brevet A & B) preferably.
6. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.

10. FINANCE & TREASURY OFFICER
This position is responsible for processing and managing the company's cash management.
1. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field with minimum 2 years experiences in related position.
2. 2 years of experience in financial management, treasury, or accounting roles, preferably in industries such as mining, manufacturing, or natural resources.
3. Experience in financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting is crucial.
4. Previous experience in managing cash flow, liquidity, bank relationships, and financial reporting in a corporate environment.
5. Experience working with senior management to develop financial strategies and supporting the decision-making process with financial data and forecasts.
