Senior Mechanic - 1 (MEC 1)
Assignment: Site Based
Responsibility :
• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Able to maintain and repair unit heavy equipment and dump trucks.
• Repairs, overhauls and rebuilds engines and does other major repairs.
• Able to diagnose mechanical defects.
• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.
Requirements :
• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.
• Minimum 7 years of experiences in similar position.
• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

Senior Electrician (ELE 2)
Assignment: Site Based
Responsibility :

Senior Tyreman (Code : TYR)
Assignment: Site Based
Responsibility :
• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Have a competency to operating the tire handler.
• Responsible to decide and determine the condition of rims & components.
• Proactively review tire damage and assess repairs as needed.
• Responsible to determine the level of damage to tires, variations in tire pressure on equipment, variations in tire types and patterns, variations in rim types.
• Remove tires and rims from heavy equipment units and medium trucks safely and according to procedures.
Repair tires safely and refer to quality standards using tools recommended at the project site.
• Good at recording daily tire activity
Requirements :
• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.
• Minimum 6 years of experiences in similar position.

HRGA Officer (Code : HGO)
Assignment: Site Based
Job Responsibilities :
• Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply it at the workplace.
• Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date.
• Conduct recruitment & selection administrative activities for local employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies to support the company’s operations.
• Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities for sick employees, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits and other obligations regarding human resources by liaising with the local Department of Labor.
• Conduct Payroll Activities (Calculate Salary, Overtime, Tax and other allowances)
• Coordinate and arrange business travel such as ticketing, accommodation and transportation and to ensure they are well arranged and on time.
• Coordinate and managing physical facilities on the project, including management of mess/ office/ canteen & clean water facilities and so forth
• Coordinate site office asset maintenance regularly to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready.
• Control the availability of the transportation, accommodation, meals of all employees on site area to meet the availability of facilities for the employees.

Operator Trainer (Code :OPT)
Assignment: Site Based
Responsibility :
• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.
• Conduct observation in the field to obtain training needs for operator
• Develop training programs (curriculum and evaluation) for operator according- to project needs.
• Responsible to review and evaluate Training packages for new operator (operating test tools, conduct theory and practice, pre-test, competency review and assessment for driver/ operator).
• Together with the production head evaluating and controlling the implementation of training program that has been implemented in work area.
• Conduct observation in the field to obtain the refresh and enlargement training needs for driver/ operator.

Job Responsibilities :
• Responsible to manage operational Procurement & Logistic function
• Manage a number of critical supply and contract agreement

• Actively involve in engaging with the local suppliers .
• Responsible for the selection of new prospective vendors and evaluating existing vendor performance according to applicable procedures

Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinate to review and apply inventory activities, including movements and deletions.
• Maintain and update inventory records.
• Good understanding in Fuel Management System
• Coordinate in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule.
• Reconcile and update processing warehouse stock products.
• Report any stock issues.
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high.
• Responsible to collect the information on inventory stock level.
• Carry out the stock opname activity regularly.
• Responsible to make analyze the amount and the type of inventory to control the accuracy of inventory data.

Quality, Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor (Code : SHV)

Job Responsibilities :
• Ensuring compliance by all parties with company QSHE requirements.
• Responsible to conduct the implementation of safety program on Project/ Site.
• Responsible to ensuring the implementation of Safety promotion.
• Coordinate the implementation of investigation of near miss, incident and accident that occur in the work area of site project, and also conduct an analysis of the causes and provide the recommendations for corrective action that must be taken, so that incident doesn’t recur.
• Responsible to conduct the implementation of B3 Waste and Non B3 Waste management at site project area.
• Responsible to monitor the implementation of the periodic inspection program carried out by all supervisors in all area in site project

Job Responsibilities :
• Compile work plan, review hazard identification in work locations and make programs related to safety campaign.
• Conduct inspections of each Section/ Department to ensure the K3LH is carried out.
• Ensure K3LH coordination between departments goes according to the company target.
• Responsible to monitor stock safety equipment (APD)
• Responsible to make and evaluate health program in Project
• Monitoring the implementation of standard operational procedure in every activity in Company area.
• Prepared SHE performance report periodically.

Job Responsibilities :

• Make analyze, control and evaluate related to the patients who drop to clinic as well as the illness (Report periodically the Top Ten disease).
• Control the clinic equipment periodically and make report.
• Responsible to make, control and evaluate health program.
• Prepared Quality & Document Control performance report periodically.

• Prepare production performance report periodically.
