Engineering Dept. Head (Code: ENS)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to ensure available plan, design and all mining cost

• Responsible to check and evaluate mining process (Actual VS Plan), 

• Work with other leaders (Site or Head Office) to provide engineering services and support to mining process.

• Responsible to assign the engineering team, work appropriate as a plan, budget and schedule.

• Responsible to solve the problem and take corrective action when required.

• Prepare technical reports include equipment and all project matters.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer.

• Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Min. have POP Certification.

• Understanding mining software (Mine Scape, Minex, Surpac & etc.).

• Good Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving.

• Leadership & Communication skills.

Mine Engineer (Code :ENO)

Assignment: site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to create of monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Responsible to identify lack of potential accidents and environment damage and take steps to prevent and repair

• Ensure compliance and monitor effectiveness of mine plans.

• Responsible to conduct field review every single day to ensure the execution of mining operations.

• Earthmoving equipment simulation and scenario planning.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

Mine Surveyor (Code : MSV)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible for mine measurement data, to carried out periodically. 

• Responsible to ensure measuring data & hauling path produced accurately.

• Responsible to make agreement letter of mining progress with client (BAI).

• Validate mine situation map and ensure that made periodically.

• Evaluate survey performance/ activities in the form of reports that show both performance and volume.

• Control and determine of the position and installation of survey tape in accordance with the design provided by the engineering.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic.

• Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have “POP & Juru Ukur Tambang Certification” is an advantage.

Engineering Data Control (Code : EDO)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to verification of data production and provide material balance according to the data submitted as a basis for invoice making.

• Responsible to process and analyze the actual achievement of production target and performance equipment in daily, weekly also monthly report

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model  in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering.

• Min. 2 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have good understanding in Mic. Excel Formula .

Maintenance Planner (Code :MPF)

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to Create forecast all cost of service periodically.

• Planning schedule service maintenance & PCR Unit.

• Analysis part failure & make failure analysis report.

• Responsible to create warranty claim report

• Responsible to record all history replace component major .

• Responsible to create KPI Plant (PA/MA, MTTR MTBS & Schedule).

• Responsible to create historical replace minor & major component.

• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

• Min. Diploma Mechanical Engineer.

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.

• Responsible to conduct trouble shooting. 

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Job Requirements:

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible identify and analyze the components of all unit/equipment that are damaged in electrical system.

• Carry out minor/ mild and major/ severe repairs related to the electrical system on production units (Heavy Equipment and Dump Trucks).

• Periodically inspect electrical components.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Senior High School majoring electro.

• 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Understand with high voltage/ low voltage material.

Mechanic Specialist - Mechanical (MSM)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to conduct overhaul, trouble shooting and test adjusting. 

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

Production Foreman (Code : PDF)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Take the necessary action for deviation problem in production activity (According to the target).

• Providing information to supervisor about the production result in working area and giving the suggestions about the excavations plan and also responsible for the shape of the pit (road forms and pit dewatering management).

• Responsible to lead directly about the technique of operating heavy equipment correctly and safe.

• Responsible to inform about the lack of between personnel number and unit (heavy equipment) in the working area.

• Control attendance list of operating personnel in the working area.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Production Supervisor (Code : PDV)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible to supervise all mining activities and maintain the cleanliness work environment also make sure all mining operation according to plan design made by engineering to achieve work target.

• Supervise the optimization of heavy equipment in the working area, including the number and type of heavy equipment needed.

• Supervise the optimization of personnel needed.

• Responsible to controlling the schedule of fuel filling for heavy equipment.

• Estimating the number of piles material and determines the action that need for the material.

• Responsible to reporting of heavy equipment that needed repairs and spare part replacement

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in safety, leadership and Company Value

Job Requirements :

• Max. 40 Years old.

• Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering,

• Min. 5 Years experiences in similar position.

• Min. Have POP Certification.

• Be able to work in shift (day and night shift)

• Willing to work with a roster system.
