Operator Support
Position Overview
Operates the plant and process equipment safely, efficiently, & effectively in compliance to Production
Procedures and Written Instructions to achieve the expected / targeted production rate.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operator is responsible for providing routine monitoring and operate of the plant include wells and process equipment, including taking production readings and reporting any discrepancies.
2. Operator is responsible for maintaining and ensuring the entire Gas Plant equipment and system facilities are in optimum condition to achieve operability and minimize down time period. He is also responsible to perform routine and general preventive maintenance to all Gas Plant facilities with high quality standard, monitors and controls process performance to keep operation steady as targeted and performs trouble shooting and analyzing the optimum operation.
3. Operator has to regularly propose work plan and schedule for routine and non-routine activities which should be submitted to Supervisor Operation for review.
4. Production Operator has to submit daily, weekly and monthly Operation report.
5. As part of Section at the field the Operator must know and understand the role on HSE procedure, Standard Operating Procedure including process control system and other requirement as Emergency Response Team member.
6. Complete 30D Front Line Maintenance PMO and activity.
7. The Completion of the asset specific Operator Competency Profile is mandatory. Operator is responsible to supervise, provide guidance and act as a mentor for any new Operator personnel.
8. This position in Onshore Operations, will be working in rotational work schedule of 14 day work shifts and with nominal 12 hours working day. Basic computer skills are required for access to company documentation and time keeping systems. Commitment to ConocoPhillips core values as well as Health, Safety, and Environmental rules is mandatory.
Qualifications
Education: D3\Bachelor\S1 Certificate holder:
- OPA, Operator
- OPM, Operator Madya Experience:
- D3 Minimum 5 years experienced in operations of Petrochemical or Oil/Gas Plants
- S1\Bachelor Minimum 3 years experienced in operations and/or operation engineering (Petrochemical or Oil/Gas industry)
Electrical/Instrument Maintenance Planner
Position Overview
a. Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Planner in Corridor is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordination of all plannable maintenance including maintenance works performed within the facility in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner to enable continuity of production and minimal equipment downtime.
b. The role of the Instrument & Electrical Maintenance Planner is to improve maintenance planning process starting from activity planning, scheduling including material readiness therefore it will improve maintenance performance work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination. Maintenance planner is also responsible to conduct technical review and provide recommendation for any work pack including manpower, materials specification, tools, equipment, 3rdparty services, as well as all documentation needed for complete work packs. This position is expected to provide analysis of maintenance performance KPI for operation & maintenance team in order to achieve high maintenance performance and reliability.
Minimum Qualifications:
(Education, Experiences & Certification or Technical Skill requirements)
a. Minimum S1 with technical background and 5 years Oil & Gas working experience or D3 graduate with strong related technical background and 7 years working experience in oil and gas industry. Experience in Planning and scheduling would be an advantage.
b. Minimum 4 years maintenance experience in oil & gas industry or 4 years planning experience in oil & gas industry.
Key Competencies:
- Knowledge of ‘Process Plants’, Operations, Maintenance and Engineering practices in Oil and Gas Industry
- Have strong sense of electrical maintenance equipment healthiness and reliability.
- Have knowledge in equipment criticality, PM programs and Maintenance performance KPI
- Understands the business impact and key contributing factors on economics.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills are required for access to company documentation and time keeping systems
- Able to work under pressure
Coord Road Maintenance
Position Overview
The position is established to ensure the execution of road maintenance activity based on the applicable engineering standard, this including HSE, people and cost in state of safe and efficient condition.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. To ensure of implementation of SOP and Site-Specific Procedure (SSP) regarding regular road maintenance and road repair.
2. Monitoring routine and non-routine work program by contractor is implemented and completed base on schedule.
3. Implementing road maintenance program to support Suban daily operational activity and related parties (Project, Drilling, etc).
4. Provide clear guidance to the contractor to perform daily activities
5. Build good communication with related parties
6. Supervise & implement all SOP & SSP activities in the sield to ensure work is executed with approved & accepted standards.
7. Supervise all contractors to ensure HSE performance of all operational activities comply with company & governmental regulations and are executed in line with the approved company HSE policy.
8. Updating the bridge and ROW information and develop data base.
9. Generate reporting daily, weekly report in timely basis.
10. Ensure that all contractor workforce have adequate competencies to operate the Equipment.
11. Motivate contractor workforce for continuous improvement in carrying out day to day task
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in any engineering background (Preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering)
- Familiar and understand regarding operational of heavy-duty equipment such as backhoe loader, excavator, dump truck, motor grader, and compactor drum.
- Working experience:
a. Minimum 5 years working experience in road maintenance activity
b. Minimum 2 years in supervisory role.
- Understand and familiar with safety concern of working in the ROW area
- Understand and familiar with road and bridge maintenance
- Good communication skill
- Good English language skill, written, and oral.
