PT Cakrawala Langit Sejahtera (CLS) is a leading mining contractor company, seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team. This role is key in ensuring the efficient management of procurement, logistics, and supply chain functions across the company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning and execution of procurement activities, inventory management, and logistics operations to support the mining projects. This role requires excellent leadership, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage complex logistics in a high-demand industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services for mining operations.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of logistics, including the transportation of goods, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.

- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to negotiate favorable terms, secure competitive pricing, and ensure the quality and availability of materials.

- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement and logistics strategies with overall company goals and project needs to ensure operational  efficiency

- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and industry best practices in all procurement and logistics activities.

- Conduct regular inventory audits and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure optimal inventory management.

- Lead and manage a team of procurement and logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.

- Monitor the performance of third parties (e.g. suppliers and logistics partners) and addressing any issues that may arise to minimize delays and operational disruptions.

- Prepare and manage the procurement and logistics budget, identifying opportunities for cost savings and optimizing resource allocation.

- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to procurement and logistics, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business goals. Along with market research and alaysing current trends for effective business operations.

- Able to analyse and resolve any logistical challenges related to transportation, customs, or other obstacles in the supply chain. including in daily operations in mining sites.

- Responsible for operational safety and develop safety-related programs and workshops for employees

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S-1) in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Business Management, Engineering, Mechanic or related fields.

- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement and logistics management, preferably minimum 3 years in the mining or construction industry.

- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, logistics operations, and supply chain management principles.

- Experience in managing supplier contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and coordinate cross-functional activities.

- Proficiency in procurement and logistics software, as well as MS Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of customs regulations, transportation laws, and industry compliance standards is preferred.

- Willingness to travel to project sites as needed and work in remote or challenging locations.

- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a must.

- Mining Safety Management System/Sistim Manajemen Keselamatan Pertambangan (SMKP)

- Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM)

- Skema Certified Procurement Specialist (CPSp)

- Certified Logistics Specialist (CLS)

- Driving License (SIM A)
