A. Informasi Pekerjaan / Job Information

Job Title  : Government & Public Relation Supervisor

Department  : External Affairs

Direct Report to  : External affairs Manager

Direct Subordinate : External affairs Officers

Indirect Subordinate : Community Relation Officers

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Directing all government relations, public and stakeholder engagement activities, and creating analysts who provide a deeper understanding to the company regarding regulations or information from stakeholders to anticipate and adapt to potential changes that will eventually occur including for Budgeting dan monitoring.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Develop and execute government affairs strategies to promote our organization's goals and objectives.

2. Build and maintain relationships with government officials, policymakers, and other key influencers to advocate for our organization's interests including media.

3. Collaborate with internal teams to analyze the impact of proposed regulations and legislation on our organization and develop appropriate responses and action plans.

4. Manage Media communication for company benefit

5. Coordinate with field team for PPM (CSR) strategies.

6. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and other materials to effectively communicate our organization's positions and priorities to government officials and other stakeholders.

7. Stay informed about oil and Gas industry best practices and trends in government affairs to continuously improve our strategies and approaches.

8. Monitor legislative and regulatory activities at the regency, province, and central government levels, and provide timely updates to External Affairs Manager.

9. Manage budgets, resources, and timelines related to government affairs initiatives

D. Hubungan Kerja / Work Relationship

Internal : All Departments

External : All Government body (Regency Government, Provincial Government, KLHK, SKK Migas and others).

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience :

• Minimum 15 years experience in oil and gas industry

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Bachelor degree (S1) from any major

• Minimum 35 years old

• Has experience in media communication

• Have a good relationship with oil and gas stakeholders, such as SKK Migas, KLHK, and preferred to West Papua Local Government

• Understands social issues in Papua

• Understands CSR programs and also managing teams, scheduling and making budgets
