The Company is looking for highly motivated professional who is talented, adaptive, initiative, and able to build collaborative team in achieving operational excellence to fill the following position:

ACCOUNTING STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Engage in monthly financial close process, including ensuring all costs incurred are completely and properly recorded, reviewing journal entries, reviewing account classification and allocation cost centre and cost grouping, account balance reconciliations and report preparations

• Review the general ledger and ensure the closing adjustment are properly recorded and complete

• Ensure and maintain proper documentation and filling all transactions

• Monitor closing progress in other departments to comply with the closing schedule

• Participate in the development and establishment of accounting policies and procedure

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting

• Proven work experience for at least 1 – 3 years in accounting

• Involve in financial Internal and external audit process

• Hands-on experience as external auditors around 2 years is a plus

• Hands-on experience with a general ledger system SAP B1

• Proficient use of MS Office Programs

• Robust Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP & Taxation

• Fluent and Effective Communication in English

• Based in Jakarta

• Willing to travel out of town

 

TREASURY STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming payment, planning and execute monthly payment and coordinate with other departments related to banking and payment matters

• Maintain proper documentation and filing on banking and payment matters

• Provide treasury report on the actual and projection cash flows and other documents

• Maintain corporate card facility in all country to support company business activity

• Proactively manage all the banking facility in all country to support company business activity

• Maintaining relationship with banking partner

• Negotiate with banking partner for any fee and interest on bank facility

• Contributing to management of treasury policy, treasury book and SOP/Guideline Related to Treasury Business implementation

• Liaise with auditors on payment related issue and act on their recommendation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business / finance/ Accounting

• Proven work experience for at least 1 – 2 years as a corporate treasury or cash management related job (A plus point if experienced in the Mining industry)

• Hands-on experience with a general ledger system SAP B1

• Detail oriented

• A good knowledge in Accounting or Tax

• Fluent and Effective Communication in English

• Based in Jakarta

• Willing to travel out of town

 

Project controller staff

Responsibilities:

• monitor the submission of stock report, usage report, work result report from project site and review the report are accurate and proper

• monitor the existence of assets on-book and off-book in the project site and regularly review the assets report on every procurement, assets transfers, and disposal of project-related assets

• daily inspection to the project site, on-site and off-site

• routine communication and coordination with project sites on reporting nad monitoring matters

• analyse the usage report, stock report, and work result report to ensure the conformity between reports, unusual inputs, and investigating changes that occurs

• review the system entry to the project site are aligned

• review the basis of invoicing to/from other parties are aligned with project site report or another basis

Qualifications:

• bachelor's degree in accounting, business or engineering.

• proven work experience for at least 1 project controller or in the similar role - 2 years as a project controller or in the similar role

• experience working in the mining industry

• basic knowledge of mining fields

• basic knowledge in accounting or taxation

• hands-on experience with a general ledger system sap B1

• proficient use of ms office programs

• fluent and effective communication in english

• based in Balikpapan

• will be traveling out of town a lot

• willing to be placed in rural areas

 

DRAFTER STAFF

Job Responsibilities:

• Memimpin proses desain dari awal hingga akhir untuk truk ANFO, MMU, pabrik emulsi, dan infrastruktur sipil.

• Mengembangkan serta memelihara dokumentasi proyek, termasuk spesifikasi desain, laporan kemajuan, dan catatan kepatuhan.

• Mengawasi aktivitas di lokasi untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan rencana proyek dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis yang muncul.

• Memastikan semua kegiatan konstruksi berjalan sesuai jadwal dan anggaran yang telah ditentukan.

Job Requirements:

• Minimal SMK atau D3 Teknik Sipil

• Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai drafter khususnya di industry blasting

• Menguasai perangkat lunak teknik (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) untuk desain dan pemodelan.

• Memahami prinsip-prinsip teknik sipil, khususnya dalam pengembangan pabrik dan infrastruktur.

• Mengetahui sistem pabrik emulsi dan bahan peledak, termasuk persyaratan untuk ANFO dan MMU.

• Pengalaman di bidang konstruksi, Design teknis engineering, design mekanis dan bangunan.

MATERIAL INVENTORY

Job Description:

• Conducting product research and sourcing new vendors

• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing, compare and evaluate offers from suppliers to obtain the competitive price

• Procure equipment through tender and negotiation process to obtain the competitive price

• Conduct the tender fairly and focus only to get the competitive cost of material

• Maintain and finalize tender/bidding process through system (SAP)

• Accommodate user's special requirement, including urgent and emergency request

• Performing inventory inspections and reordering supplies and stock as necessary

• Inspecting stock and reporting any faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.

• Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments, and received stock.

• Coordinating with the delivery team and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled

• Works in-line with applicable procedures, protocols and regulations contract management

• Manage spot purchase, administration data, and also contract transaction

• Handle contract transaction start with analysis data

• Ensuring all stock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correct location in a timely manner.

• Procurement, delivery import/local for explosives

Qualification:

• Minimum Diploma degree in Electro engineering / Machine Engineering

• Minimum 4 years working experience as a maintenance planner,

• Maximum Age 40

• Experienced in CMMS or SAP

• Having knowledge of Spare Part and Truck Unit Management such as Scania, Iveco, HINO, Genset, Burner System, Hydraulic, Electricity & Pneumatic System.

• Understanding the indicator of planning and scheduling operation unit maintenance, Fast Moving Part, Lead Time, Stock out, and Maintenance Cost.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate skills in Ms Office.

• Will be placed in Kalimantan (Balikpapan)

 

PROCUREMENT JAKARTA STAFF

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s Degree from reputable university

• Proven work experience for at least 5 - 10 years as a Procurement Staff, Procurement Specialist, Sourcing Analyst, Logistic.

• Hands-on experience procures for Mining such as coal, blasting, etc

• Hands-on experience with procurement software (SAP, Microsoft)

• Hands-on experience with Import & Export

• Hands-on experience procurement, shipment/delivery and regulation for explosives

• Solid analytical and negotiation skills

• Able to communicate in English.

• Able to work in team.

• Hard Worker

• Willing to do business trip
