A Process Expansion Project Team is expanding and would like to hear from you. To support our project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:
[EPC – PROCESS EXPANSION] - INSPECTOR QUALITY – ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
The Inspector QC Electrical & Instrumentation will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities related to electrical and instrumentation (E&I) installations within the project. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company requirements.
- Inspection & Testing:
o Conduct inspections of electrical and instrumentation systems, including cabling, grounding, power distribution, and control systems, during construction, installation, and commissioning phases.
o Perform testing and verification of E&I equipment, such as transformers, switchgear, MCC panels, DCS/PLC systems, and field instruments.
o Ensure compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE).
- Documentation & Reporting:
o Review and maintain quality-related documentation, including ITPs (Inspection and Test Plans), checklists, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and punch lists.
o Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the QC Manager.
- Liaise with EPC contractors, vendors, and consultants to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to the project quality plan; Coordinate with construction teams for timely inspections and testing activities.
- Compliance & Standards: Ensure all electrical and instrumentation work meets health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations; Monitor compliance with quality assurance programs and standards, such as ISO 9001.
- Identify and address any discrepancies or quality issues during inspections and propose corrective actions.
- Provide technical support during root cause analysis and issue resolution.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
• Have minimum of 7 years of experience in supervision roles related Quality Control within large-scale EPC projects, specifically in mining or mineral processing plant projects.
• Proven experience in inspection and testing of E&I systems in copper and gold mining or related industries.
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs; Familiarity with industry standards, including IEC, IEEE, NEC, and ISA.; Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, ASQ CQI) is preferred.
• Experience in HSE compliance related to E&I activities; Hands-on experience with test equipment like megger, multimeter, loop calibrator, and other diagnostic tools.
• Strong report-writing skills; Proficient in quality management software/tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
• Willingness to work in remote mining project locations on a rotational basis.

[EPC – PROCESS EXPANSION] - SUPERVISOR SCAFFOLDING
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
The Supervisor Scaffolding will oversee and ensure the safe and efficient erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures for the Process Expansion Project in a mineral processing plant. This includes coordinating with engineering, construction, and safety teams to meet project schedules and safety standards. The role also involves leading a team of scaffolding workers to execute tasks aligned with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to develop scaffolding requirements.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment for scaffolding works.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate scaffolding activities into the project timeline.
- Supervise and manage scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling on-site; Conduct routine inspections to ensure structural stability, compliance, and quality; Provide technical guidance to scaffolding teams to address challenges during installation or modifications.
- Enforce strict adherence to company and regulatory safety standards (e.g., OSHA, local mining regulations); Identify and mitigate potential hazards related to scaffolding activities; Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for scaffolding teams.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of scaffolding inspections, incident reports, and safety audits; Prepare daily progress reports and submit them to the Construction Manager; Ensure inventory of scaffolding materials and equipment is well-maintained and documented.
- Train workers in scaffolding techniques, safety practices, and the proper use of tools.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among scaffolding crews.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree or equivalent with extensive experiences in scaffolding supervision work in construction/ EPC Project, mining mineral processing plant or heavy industrial sectors.
• Have minimum of 7 years of experience in supervision roles as Supervisor Scaffolding
• Have certification in scaffolding (e.g., CISRS, TUV, or other recognized scaffolding qualification); Has in-depth knowledge of scaffolding systems, tools, and techniques; Familiarity with safety standards, including OSHA, MSHA, and local mining regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and scaffolding designs.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team; Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate for reporting purposes.

[EPC – PROCESS EXPANSION] - SUPERINTENDENT MILLS
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
The Superintendent Mills will oversee the construction, commissioning, and operational readiness of the expanded milling circuit as part of the mineral processing plant capacity expansion. The role will require close collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution.
Project Execution and Management:
o Lead and coordinate all milling-related activities during the EPC project lifecycle.
o Supervise the installation, commissioning, and testing of milling equipment and related systems.
o Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Technical Oversight:
o Provide technical guidance on milling processes and equipment, including SAG mills, ball mills, and related auxiliary systems.
o Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and vendor documentation.
o Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Operational Readiness:
o Develop commissioning and start-up plans for the milling circuit.
o Train and mentor operational staff to ensure a seamless transition from project to operations.
o Collaborate with the process optimization team to meet throughput, recovery, and product quality targets.
Stakeholder Management:
o Act as a key liaison between the EPC contractor, vendors, and site teams.
o Provide regular progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
Promote and enforce HSE best practices in all milling-related project activities; Ensure compliance with site and regulatory standards.
What skills and experience do you need?
o Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical, Mineral Processing, or Mechanical Engineering. A Master’s degree is an advantage. Have Professional Engineering (PEng) certification or equivalent is preferred.
o Minimum of 15 - 18 years of experience in mineral processing operations or EPC projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial role as Superintendent / Assistant Manager Mills, with proven track record in milling operations, including commissioning of SAG and ball mills. Experience in process plant expansions or similar large-scale projects, preferably in copper and/or gold mining is preferable
o Strong knowledge of milling equipment design, operations, and maintenance; Familiarity with EPC project frameworks and contracts; Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., process simulation tools, project management software
o Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams; Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

[EPC – PROCESS EXPANSION] - SUPERVISOR HEAVY LIFT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Planning and Coordination:
o Plan and oversee heavy lift activities for the installation of large equipment and structures in accordance with the project schedule.
o Coordinate with engineering, construction, and safety teams to ensure smooth execution of heavy lift operations.
o Develop and review lifting plans, risk assessments, and method statements.
• Supervise on-site heavy lifting activities, ensuring compliance with approved plans and procedures.
• Monitor and inspect lifting equipment, such as cranes, gantries, and rigging tools, to ensure they meet project specifications and safety standards.
• Verify load calculations, sling configurations, and equipment certifications.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure all heavy lifting operations comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO); Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure all personnel involved in lifting operations understand their roles and responsibilities; Report and investigate any incidents or near-misses during heavy lift operations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lifting operations, equipment inspections, and personnel certifications; Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the project manager and highlight any risks or delays; Participate in project review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and guide the lifting crew, including riggers, signalers, and crane operators.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and ensure adequate training is provided for skill development.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field with proven experience in heavy lifting for large-scale EPC projects, preferably in mining or mineral processing plants.
• Have minimum 7-10 years of experience in heavy lifting operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory role; Familiarity with lifting equipment such as mobile cranes, crawler cranes, and gantry systems.
• Have Certification in Heavy Lifting Operations (e.g., LEEA, CICB, or equivalent); Valid rigging and crane operation certifications are an advantage.
• Have knowledge of international heavy lifting standards and practices; Strong knowledge of load calculations, rigging methods, and heavy lifting equipment; Ability to read and interpret lifting plans, engineering drawings, and technical specifications; Proficient in lifting-related software tools (e.g., LiftPlanner, AutoCAD).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities; Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills; Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and contractors.

[EPC – PROCESS EXPANSION] - ENGINEER PROJECT STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL & PIPING (SMP)
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
As an Engineer Project – Structural, Mechanical & Piping (SMP), you will play a key role in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) phase of the process expansion project. The primary focus will be on ensuring structural, mechanical, and plumbing systems align with project specifications, timelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Engineering & Design:
o Develop, review, and approve SMP design drawings, calculations, and specifications.
o Ensure designs meet operational, safety, and environmental standards specific to the mining sector.
o Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (civil, electrical, instrumentation, etc.) to ensure integration of SMP systems.
• Project Planning & Coordination:
o Coordinate with engineering consultants, construction teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
o Develop project schedules and milestones for SMP scope and monitor progress.
• Procurement Support:
o Provide technical evaluation of SMP equipment and materials during procurement.
o Liaise with suppliers to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Construction Oversight:
o Supervise and inspect the installation of SMP systems during construction.
o Ensure compliance with quality standards, project drawings, and applicable codes (e.g., ASME, AISC, API).
• Reporting & Documentation:
o Prepare regular progress reports for SMP activities.
o Maintain comprehensive records of designs, inspections, and test results.
• Enforce safety practices and regulations during all project phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures for SMP works.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, or Plumbing Engineering with Proven experience with EPC projects in the mining industry is highly desirable.
• Have minimum 8-10 years of experience in structural, mechanical, and plumbing engineering for mining or heavy industrial projects, preferably in process plant expansions; Hands-on experience with mineral processing plant systems, including conveyors, pipelines, crushing, and milling equipment.
• Have Strong knowledge of SMP systems design, fabrication, and installation; Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) license (preferred); Project Management Certification (PMP or equivalent) is an advantage; Exposure to advanced technologies in mineral processing and EPC workflows; Familiarity with sustainable design and construction practices in the mining sector.
• Familiarity with international codes and standards, such as: Structural ( AISC, IS, BS, or equivalent ); Mechanical ( ASME, API, or equivalent ); Plumbing ( IPC or equivalent standards )
• Proficiency in using engineering design tools and software, such as Structural ( STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or equivalent; Mechanical ( SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar ), Plumbing ( Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, or similar )
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, Ability to work in remote, high-pressure environments; Commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate for reporting purposes.
• Willingness to work in remote mining project locations on a rotational basis.
