Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

OHS SPECIALIST (CODE : OS-XII/24)

Location : Toka Tindung

Duties :

• Communicate relevant laws and regulations and other standards;

• Support the implementation of Annual Risk Management/IBPR Sidewide;

• Implement the Toka Safe Programme (Key Indicators and Companion Indicators);

• Develop strong relationships with Supervisors/Supervisors of operations departments,

OHS Representatives and OHS Committee;

• Analyse and generate administrative reports through Incontrol (INX);

• Develop training modules as required;

• Conduct Heavy Equipment (HE) and assessor training;

• Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Bachelor of Industrial Engineering/Mining Engineering;

2. Minimum 5 years of experience as HE trainer (DT, ADT, HD, Grader, Loader, Excavator, etc);

3. Speak active English verbally and in writing;

4. Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point);

5. Excellent driving skills: LV (ambulance and rescue car) & Fire Truck;

6. Certified at least TOT Level III;

7. AK3 General, SMKP Training (implementation - KaIT registration), and POP certified is an advantage;

8. Valid driver's licence (SIMPOL B2 General);

9. Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.

REHAB DAS TEAM LEADER (Code: RDTL/XI/24)

Location : Toka Tindung

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Lead Field Assistants in promoting the planting, maintenance and management of seedlings in the rehabilitation area;

• Oversee the nursery program by guiding Field Assistants in the nursery process, planting seedlings, nursery maintenance, and preparing seedlings for transplanting;

• Provide assistance and supervision to field crews during the planting process, nursery maintenance and management;

• Discuss the results of routine inspections of work in progress and problems encountered with supervisors; encountered with the supervisor;

• Report the progress of the assigned watershed rehabilitation program to the supervisor on a daily basis, weekly, and monthly;

• Any other assignments may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

1. Minimum high school graduate / Diploma with majors in Natural Sciences, Agriculture, Forestry;

2. Experience as Field Assistant min 4 years;

3. Have good communication skills in writing and verbally;

4. Understand and can operate well Ms Office, Excel and mapping software (GPS);

5. Having POP certification will be preferred;

6. Having driver's license A will be preferred;

7. Able to demonstrate the company's awareness of safety and environment.

REHABILITASI DAS SPECIALIST (CODE : RDS-XI/24)

Location : Toka Tindung

RESPONSIBILITY :

• Ensure appropriate action is taken to remove/manage hazards/risks identified in all work area;

• Set high contribution standards at daily toolbox meetings, daily and monthly safety meetings within the work group;

• Implement Procedures, Work Instructions & Job Safety & Environmental Analysis (JSEA)

• Lead the progress of planting, maintenance, and nursery projects, while also supporting government initiatives in the rehabilitation of  watershed (DAS) areas

• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual performance reports on the progress of rehabilitation DAS project

• Execute comprehensive planting and maintenance programs, including the management of nurseries, within the framework of the watershed  rehabilitation (DAS) project

• Conduct GIS mapping to track the progress of planting and maintenance activities, including geotagging specific planting locations, as part of  the watershed rehabilitation (DAS) project

• Compile field data into monthly, annual, and other relevant reports, including the Watershed

• Rehabilitation (DAS) Report

• Any other assignments may be assigned.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree Agriculture/Forestry, Environmental from University;

2. Minimum 3 years experience as Rehibilitation DAS Specialist or minimum 5 years as Reclamation Supervisor;

3. Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written;

4. Proficient in Ms Office (Word, Excel, Power point) & mapping software (GIS);

5. POP certified is an advantage;

6. Having Driving Licence (SIM A) is an advantage.

7. Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment.
