We are a fast-growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, looking for highly skilled and experience candidates to fill the following position, are:

1. GM Legal (Code :  GM-L ).

Required qualifications:

• LLB/LLM qualified (8-10 PQE).

• Strong in corporate and/or litigation legal matters.

• Strong in-house and/or law firm experience in mining especially for preparing Mining contract & services.

• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.

• Capability to find creative solutions to complex legal issues, moving easily between a hands-on, operations-focused view and a larger strategic outlook.

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience working in a multicultural environment is helpful.

• To be successful in the role, you will need to be collaborative, independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel to East Kalimantan and/or other new site projects in future.

2. Project Manager (Code : PM ).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor graduate majoring in Mining Engineering.

• Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• At a minimum, having an active POM certificate is even better if having an active POU certificate.

• Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment and contract management capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

• Excellent reporting skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Willing to be place at remote site  in East Kalimantan with a roster.

3. HSE Manager (Code : HSE- Mgr).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from OHS / Environmental / Mine Engineering engineer / public health expert and or relevant.

• Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• Good knowledge of Quality Safety and Environmental System. Familiar with QSHE System Standard like ISO, OHSAS etc.

• Good knowledge of mining safety and environmental aspects, inspection, investigation, audit process and reporting.

• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).

• Having POU & SMKP Auditor from KAIT Minerba certificate is a must.

• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English.

• Willing to be place at remote site in East Kalimantan with a roster.

4. Maintenance / Plant Supervisor (Code : Maint / Plant - Spv).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum graduate of an electrical or mechanical vocational school.

• Having min 3 (three) years’ experience in the same position in Coal Mining Industry and have experience in mechanical / electrical engineering maintenance and problem solving.

• Accustomed to supervising repairs or maintenance on facilities in the Intermediate Coal Transfer area such as:

- Barge loading (BLC).

- Liebherr & SANY Material Handlers.

- Generators (with capacities ranging from 50 to 1000kva).

- Heavy Equipment units.

- Supporting buildings & infrastructure facilities

     (offices, mess, workshops, accommodation, filtration, WTP, STP, etc).

• Having POP Certificate is preferable.

• Good communication & leadership.

• Willing to be place at remote site in East Kalimantan with roster.

5. Geologist Superintendent (Code : Geos Spt ).

Required qualifications:

• Maximum 50 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree and above from reputable university major in Geology.

• Have a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• Capable of operating mining, geology modelling, and resource calculation software (Minescape, Minex, Xpac. ArcGIS, GIS)

• In depth knowledge in resource and reserve estimation refer to JORC, KCMI, USGA, JIS, and other international references.

• In depth knowledge in coal quality control.

• Able to generate coal geology model to becoming mine plan (especially for long term plan)

• Broad understanding external and internal economic factors affecting business

• Work extended hours meet section deadlines and emergency situations, and required is the experience end capability to manage safety initiatives at various project sites

• Experience in coal exploration and able to work in a cross-cultural environment

• Good level of written and verbal in English

• Willing to be place at remote site in East Kalimantan with roster.

6. IT Support.

Required qualifications:

• Mastering operating systems, network systems and computer programs.

• Can handle viruses and malware.

• Identify computer problems quickly.

• Have a good attitude and communication.

• Willing to be place at remote site in East Kalimantan with roster.
