Job Title: Cost Controller
Purpose:
Control of the project costs; this includes planning, developing, controlling, and forecasting the project's budget. To provide project management with accurate and timely project cost reports, verifying cost performance against plan and timely identification of areas of potential budget overrun requiring corrective action. To ensure project budgeting and cost control during the various project phases are properly in place, including verifications of contractor cost estimates and cost reports.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Preparing Budget and Cost Control Procedure.
• Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) preparation and updating according to existing cost estimates.
• Creation of the required Cost Centres in SAP according to the CBS to support Purchase Requisition (PR) creation in SAP.
• Preparing the budget starting from the existing cost estimate and the project CBS.
• Coordinating with project planner and controller to match project times and costs.
• Project accounting data feeding into company systems.
• Verifying work progress status updating cost documentation and allocating costs to the right cost elements.
• Assuring cost control for both contract and internal costs.
• Performing earned value analysis with the Project Planner.
• Assuring/developing and maintaining all cost reports feeding in cost reporting systems (supported by software tools).
• Support Cost Estimator in carrying out cost risk analysis and supporting management of reserve utilization (contingency).
• Provide critical assessment of all project budget line items and cost projections to ensure proper project budget development and updating in the Company BMS database during the company planning cycles.
• Providing services including assistance during contract preparation, bid evaluation, contract administration, and verification of contractual payments.
• Adherence of applied estimating/controlling methodologies to corporate standards.
• Timely and accurate execution of cost controls and collaboration with the Project Services Manager and Project Manager to develop ways to minimize project costs.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Education: Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering and relevant subjects or technical degree.
• Professional Qualification:
- Experience in Project Development team in Oil and Gas Company.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
- Not less than 3 years of experience working in a prior similar position.
- Not less than 3 years of experience working with contractors and supervising the Contractors.

Job Title: Offshore Facilities Engineering & Supplies Coordinator
Purpose:
To manage all engineering design activities related to the Offshore Facilities Work Package (FPSO/FPU); the activities include managing a multidisciplinary engineering team during the detailed engineering and project execution phases, ensuring that the design meets Company requirements, project objectives for cost, schedule, safety, and environmental impact.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Facilities engineering planning and monitoring (schedule, (work breakdown structure) WBS, cost, and compliance of work to project specifications)
• Reviewing detailed engineering documentation and coordinating the Company reviewing process relevant to the Offshore Facilities Work Package
• Verify proper engineering and HSEQ standards (according to Company standards and local norms and legislation) are applied
• Monitor Onshore and Offshore contractor activities from an engineering perspective, with particular attention to the contractor’s engineering plan
• Manage contractor performance in accordance with contractual obligations
• Liaise with Interface Engineer(s) to close out interface queries and ensure overall design integrity and consistency

Purpose:
- To support the project services manager in the planning, scheduling, and cost budgeting of upstream projects
- To provide support for Project time and cost control, monitor the project progress, provide accurate project time and cost reports, verify time and cost performance against plan, and identify areas of potential time target and budget overrun requiring corrective action.
- Support the Contract Holder in day-by-day contract management and eventual disputes or claims

Job Title: Subsea & Offshore Infrastructures Technologies Coordinator
Purpose:
To provide Subsea facilities engineering and operational solution to greenfield and brownfield production facility to support Development Projects planned in the Indonesian Area.
To assure the quality, consistency, and timely execution of engineering activities performed both by internal and contractor teams for new greenfield facilities as well as for the improvement of existing ones.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Coordination and development of a Subsea and Offshore Development team, mentoring the resources and developing a growing path for the managed resources
