Job Title : Commercial Specialist

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

To perform day-to-day commercial works to support Legal & Commercial Dept. in performing its commercial tasks to support Company's business activities.

C. Tanggung Jali ab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. To support Legal & Commercial Dept. for commercial matters specifically related to gas sales in an efficient, proper and timely manner.

2. To support Legal & Commercial Dept. to prepare assumption of gas price and its calculation in sales negotiation process for the best interest of the Company.

3. To support Legal & Commercial Dept. in handling and providing commercial services to Company including gas sales contracts.

4. To perform any reconciliation and calculation of gas sales delivery to establish an invoice and revenue report internally and externally.

5. To ensure that any and all commercial activities comply with applicable regulations, both internally and externally, to minimize Company's risk exposure in conducting its business activities.

6. To coordinate and cooperate with its Superior or the Manager and other departments, if required, in handling all commercial matters.

7. To support its Superior or the Manager in communication and coordination with external party.

8. To support its Superior or the Manager in liaising and coordinating with relevant parties from Indonesian Government institutions, such as, implementing body/SKK Migas, co-ventures and other relevant stakeholders.

9. To support its Superior or the Manager, if required, to liaise with head office and affiliated company. 10. Any other duties related to the job as directed by its Superior or the Manager.

D. Hubungan Kerja / Work Relationship

Internal : All Departments and Head Office

External : Any government or private institution, company and stakeholders related to commercial activities.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Min. 5 — 7 years working experiences in gas commercial of upstream oil and gas in Indonesia.

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) with any major, subject to candidate's work experience.

• Familiar with the Production Sharing Contract and other relevant commercial scheme and agreements on upstream oil and gas.

• Familiar with oil and gas laws and regulations including implementing body/SKK Migas procedures, guidelines & regulations relevant to commercial matters.

• Able to perform calculation and reconciliation related to gas sales delivery.

▪ Good interpersonal and communication skill.

▪ Good planning and strategic thinking.
