Logistic Supervisor

Requirements :

• Minimum 7 (Seven) years total experience in drilling operation, including 3 (Three) years’ experience in geothermal drilling logistic/field operation supervision.

Wellsite Geologist

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Geological Engineering.

• Minimum 5 (five) years’ experience as Wellsite Geologist in Geothermal industry.

• Having a good working knowledge of drilling engineering, directional drilling, geosteering, mud engineering, mud logging, logging whilst drilling, measurement whilst drilling and/or wireline logging.

• Proficient in english both oral and written.

• Having strong analytical skill.

Project Mechanical Estimator

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experiences in Project Estimation/Budget/RAB for project Oil & Gas Industrial Pipeline Maintenance, Geothermal, Petrochemical and Power Plant.

• Able to read engineering drawings & Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs

• Able working with deadlines and customer requirements

• Familiar with TKDN (Local Content Component)

• Understand tender documents (Scope Of Work) such as specifications, drawings, BoQ& Etc.

• Make an analysis of the unit price of work

• Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process

• Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers

• Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations

• Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements

HVAC Engineer

• Minimum D3 Teknik Mesin

• Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman sebagai HVAC Engineer

• Pengalaman dalam mengelola proyek HVAC skala besar

• Memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang proses Commissioning dan Validasi Sistem HVAC

Tool Pushers

Requirements :

Shall have at least seven (7) years of well services workover experiences including three (3) years of experience as a tool pusher and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:

a. Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.

b. Held valid MIGAS Ahli Perawatan Sumur Certificate.

c. Certified MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging.

d. Certified Advance Fire Fighting and First Aider; and

e. Minimum graduated from Senior High School.

Rig Engineer

Requirements :

Shall have at least seven (5) years of well services workover and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:

a. Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate

b. Minimum held bachelor’s degree of engineering.

Drillers

Requirements :

Shall have at least seven (7) years of well services workover experiences which includes two (2) years of experience as a driller and shall have completed the following training schools or programs:

a. Held valid IADC WellSharp or IWCF Well Control certificate.

b. Held valid minimum MIGAS Juru Bor Certificate.

c. Certified MIGAS Basic Rigging & Slinging; and

d. Good communication skills.

Derrickman

Requirements :

Shall be Migas certified (Operator Menara Bor) and have minimum 5 (five) years’ experience.

Shall have the following duties :

a. Supports daily rig operations/activities as needed by driller and tool pusher.

b. Responsible for complying with Company and Contractor HSE Procedure and Standard.

c. Capable of having good communication with rig team leader.

Mechanic/Electrician

Requirements :

• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum);

• Has five (5) years employment as a mechanic/electrician assigned to a drilling rig or work over rig; and familiar with hydraulic operating system; diesel engine, generator,

• Capable to troubleshoot engine and rig operation problem, familiar with rig equipment preventive maintenance program

• Holds a valid certificate in maintenance management; and

• Good communication skills.

Assistant Mechanic/Electrician

Requirements :

• High school graduate or equivalent (minimum);

• Has three (3) years employment as a mechanic/electrician assigned to a drilling rig or work over rig; and familiar with hydraulic operating system; diesel engine, generator,

• Capable of troubleshooting engine and rig operation problems, familiar with rig equipment preventive maintenance

• Good communication skills.
