1. Senior Industrial Relation
(Location : Papua)
Job Purpose
Complete tasks relating to Human Resources & Industrial Relations including employee relations and industrial relations with parties outside the company.
And also making sure the employees obey the work discipline
Main Responsibilities
Creating and maintaining a harmonious Industrial Relationship:
• Analysing the potential area creating problem to the Industrial Relationship.
• Proposing the management the action required to prevent the Industrial Relation.
• Communicate with the Labor Union to have a mutual agreement to prevent the industrial problem.
• Socializing any agreed HR Policies to all employees.
• Taking action required for work discipline enforcement.
• Dealing with both Authority and Local Community related to the Industrial Relation issues.
Establish good relations with internal and external companies (communities, agencies, governments, and other related institutions) to support activities related to industrial / employee relations
• Making communication with local and community organisation to solve the industrial relation
• Complete the process of industrial relations cases through the LKS Biparted, Tripatied, Mediation, Industrial Relations Court process up to the Supreme Court
• Advising the Human Resources Manager for solution in settling IR related issue with local authority and community organization
Review provisions related to employee and company rights obligations and monitor their implementation
Formulate company regulations and or Collective Labour Agreements (CLA)
• Identify the content that will be contained in the Regulations Company and or Collective Labor Agreement in accordance with organizational needs
• Negotiating CLA with UNION and pre-negotiation activities, such as verify union membership, time, place, cost, and procedures for implementing agreements
• Take care of the ratification of company regulations and or register CLA with the agency authorized employment
• Socializing Company Regulations and or CLA and monitoring the implementation in accordance with the validity period
Ensure that all company regulations / policies that apply in the company according to applicable laws / rules are implemented and carried out properly
Organizing and managing programs / activities together (employee events) to strengthen relationships between employees in the company
General Affairs
• Maintaining company housing & equipments
• Maintaining light vehicle’s and monitoring light vehicle’s operations
• Organize & manage company security officers
Required Competencies
• Deep knowledge in the area of labour legislation.
• Have 5 years experience in a Law Firm is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills would be a distinct advantage
• Ability to work as a member of a multi-disciplinary team and provide helpful assistance/guidance to members of the team as required
• University graduate with minimum 5 years experience in the related areas.
License & Cerificate
• Goverment certifificates

2. Position: General Manager (Operations)
Role Purpose:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities and ensuring that operations run smoothly in alignment with company goals. The role focuses on supporting team productivity, customer satisfaction, and compliance with EHS standards. This includes implementing operational plans, helping build relationships with customers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS):
• Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by following Company’s EHS standards.
• Promote a culture of safety and help the team follow EHS policies.
• Support the development and implementation of the EHS Management Plan.
2. Operations Management:
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Monitor team productivity and ensure operations are running smoothly.
• Help manage projects and make sure they stay within timelines and budgets.
• Support efforts to improve processes and implement changes when necessary.
3. People Management:
• Work closely with team members to support their growth and development.
• Assist in setting goals for the team and ensuring they align with business needs.
• Ensure strong teamwork and encourage collaboration within the department.
4. Business Growth:
• Support sales and business development efforts by assisting with customer relations.
• Help implement new products and services and promote them to customers.
• Look for ways to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
5. Customer Service:
• Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
• Ensure that products and services meet customer requirements and address any issues.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide top-level service.
6. Financials:
• Monitor and manage operational expenses within the budget.
• Support sales forecasts and help the team achieve financial targets.
Experience & Qualifications:
Essential:
• Background in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and EHS policies.
• Good customer service and relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage teams and improve productivity.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desirable:
• Experience in the mining, quarrying, or tunneling industry.
• Knowledge of heavy mining equipment such as crushers, loaders, haul trucks, drill rigs and the services.
