We are challenging the oil & gas experts to join us in the position of :

 

1. Project Manager

Job Roles :

1. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation

2. Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines

3. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitating communication in both English and Bahasa

4. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success

5. Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with budgetary constraints

6. Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders

7. Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment

8. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in project execution

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

2. Minimum 12 of experience in project management within the upstream oil and gas sector

3. Proficient in English and Bahasa

4. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus

5. Proficiency in project management software and tools, and Knowledge of industry standards and regulations

 

2. Drilling Engineer

Job Roles :

1. Develop drilling programs, select well equipment, and design well paths

2. Coordinate and supervise drilling teams, and monitor the daily progress of drilling operations

3. Ensure the safety of the drilling process and monitor safety regulations

4. Adhere to environmental protection standards and may work with local governments to ensure compliance

5. Plan resources, estimate costs, and keep track of daily costs

6. Identify and resolve problems such as formation stability issues, mud loss, and mechanical complications

7. Liaise with contractors and suppliers, and provide technical support to less experienced engineers

8. Keep records of drilling conditions, measurements, and progress

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree from Petroleum/Mechanical/Electrical/Geology Engineering

2. Minimal 5 years experience as a drilling engineer

3. Must have certificate Ahli Pengendali Pemboran (APB) III

4. Active in English

 

3. Geophysicist Engineer

Job Roles :

1. Perform seismic interpretation of new development prospects, new concepts, and propose drillable prospects

2. Provide recommendations to management regarding oil and gas block tenders, possible Farm in / Farm Out, quick evaluation & due diligence

3. Coordinate with development Geologist, Petrophysicist and Reservoir Engineer

4. Coordinate with the partner's technical committee and obtain approval

5. Ensure that every work carried out is maximally in accordance with HSE policies, procedures and safety management systems

Qualification :

1. Bachelor Degree from Geophysics and have minum 5 years experience in Oil and Gas

2. Have basic knowledge related to geophysical science in oil and gas operations settings

3. Have knowledge related to seismic interpretation, well correlation, and well analysis

4. Active in English

 

4. Logging Engineer

Job Roles :

1. Conduct and manage well logging operations, including the preparation, execution, and data acquisition

2. Analyze logging data to provide insights into reservoir properties and well performance

3. Provide technical expertise and support to field operations and engineering teams

4. Prepare detailed logging reports and presentations for stakeholders

5. Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of logging equipment

6. Work closely with geologists, engineers, and other professionals to optimize well completion and production strategies

7. Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements during logging operations

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geologist, Geophysics, or a related field

2. Minimum 5 years of experience in logging engineering within the upstream oil and gas sector

3. Relevant industry certifications are a plus

4. Proficiency in logging software and data interpretation tools

5. Knowledge of well logging techniques and technologies

6. Active in English

 

5. Production Engineer

Job Roles :

1. Overseeing the daily operations of wells, including monitoring performance, planning workovers, and designing well completions

2. Analyzing data to improve production and reservoir recovery, and optimizing artificial-lift and pipe flow systems

3. Championing new technologies to improve well integrity, productivity, and efficiency

4. Participating in project technical reviews and reviewing proposals to ensure efficient operations

5. Conducting seminars, preparing manuals, and training engineers and production operating personnel

6. Working closely with other professionals, such as geologists, geophysicists, technicians, and maintenance team

7. Planning field development, Maintaining existing wells and platforms, Designing well/reservoir interfaces, Well, reservoir, and facility management, Modeling and optimizing well flow performance

Qualification :

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or other related engineering disciplines

2. Have minimum 5 years of working experience as engineer in oil and gas industry, field experience is preferable.

3. Have minimum 5 years of experience as Production Engineer in Oil & Gas Reservoir

4. Have an understanding of risk assessment for oil and gas field operations

5. Have an understanding of international standards relating to well integrity

6. Have strong knowledge in nodal analysis, production logging, tubing movement & stress analysis for dynamic producing / simulation conditions

7. Have knowledge in well interventions and workover, well stimulation, and also well integrity

8. Active in English

6. Production & Operation Manager

Job Roles :

1. Ensure that field staff have clear guidelines and access to training to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations (Safe operating practices, Reporting procedures, Testing and maintenance schedules, Asset care standards and inspections)

2. Coordinate with field operations, drilling and completion activities to safely and successfully develop oil and gas assets :

-  Design flowback and production facilities

-  Coordinate with field staff to oversee construction

-  Design, implement and optimize flowback, early life and initial artificial lift programs

3. Evaluate and optimize existing, mature production including :

-  Rod pump, gas lift, plunger lift and intermittent production

-  Gas/water and oil/gas/water separation facilities

4. Participate in regularly scheduled, interdisciplinary meetings to ensure engineering, geology, land, accounting and other functions have access to timely, accurate information

5. Coordinate with the Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) function to ensure that all operations personnel, contractors and sites have adequate training and resources to meet or exceed company standards and to communicate information in an accurate, timely manner

6. Coordinate with SHE function to ensure that field remediation, testing and reporting activities are properly performed and regulatory and land releases are secured

7. Participate in periodic well reviews with management and field personnel to discuss production performance, costs, optimization plans and performance goals for each well

8. Maintain operating records including wellbore diagrams, process diagrams, well files and performance analysis

9. Manage service providers and vendors to ensure safe, cost effective operations

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s Degree from Petroleum Engineering or a related field

2. 12 years upstream experience preferred, including production engineering duties as part of a multidisciplinary team overseeing active development

3. Ability to use industry standard software and methods to prepare Cost estimates, Surface equipment and artificial lift designs, Well performance analysis

4. Familiarity with industry standard processes, software, tools and techniques used in oil and gas development and operations

5. Experience performing look-back analysis to evaluate and improve AFE and performance forecasting processes

6. Ability to anticipate the needs of the various functions involved in oil and gas operations and to plan and coordinate interdisciplinary projects

7. Ability to prioritize and progress multiple projects in parallel to ensure development, operations and reporting functions are properly supported

8. Ability to coordinate operations, planning and resources with service companies, competitors and partners in order to meet company objectives while maintaining a positive company image with the Industry and Regulators

9. Ability to anticipate resource needs, identify the appropriate internal and external resources, negotiate terms of service and manage performance to meet company objectives

7. Planning & New Project Manager

Job Roles :

1. Leading the potential development of deep water offshore and onshore, multiple options (including potential synergies with other assets in the area) and significant investment of area development concept from early stage up to concept select gate and hand over to Execution Project manager

2. Planning and organizing the area development plan following the exploration progress, both short term and long term

3. Assess and evaluate the best option including potential synergy with other adjacent Working Area

4. Develop early stage development concept, project requirement, schedule, cost and resources

5. Work closely with the other functions, such as subsurface, drilling and ESG manager to achieve Net Zero

6. Communicate the plan internally, authorities, JVs and other stake holders

7. nalyze logging data to provide insights into reservoir properties and well performance

8. Provide technical expertise and support to field operations and engineering teams

9. Prepare detailed logging reports and presentations for stakeholders

10. Ensure the proper maintenance and calibration of logging equipment

11. Work closely with geologists, engineers, and other professionals to optimize well completion and production strategies

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with extensive oil and as experience

2. Experienced and good track records in Project Engineering and Project Manager roles from early stages in oil and gas upstream industries. Experience in deep water development, deep water pipeline and Floating Facilities. Experience in CO2 emission mitigation project is a plus

3. Fluent in English verbal communication including presentation

4. Minimum 12 of experience in project management within the upstream oil and gas sector

5. Active in English

 

8. Accounting Supervisor

Job Roles :

1. Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities

2. Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards

3. Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development

4. Assist in coordinating internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support

5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, analyzing variances and providing recommendations

6. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies, as well as local and international regulations

7. Identify opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting operations

8. Deliver Finance Group and Statutory Reporting to internal group and SKK Migas

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or economics

2. 5 years’ experience Accounting in the Indonesian upstream oil & gas industry

3. Experience and knowledge of IFRS accounting standards and their application in the business

4. Knowledge and experience helping to establish and work under production sharing contracts between foreign parties and SKK Migas

5. Active in English

 

9. HSE Manager

Job Roles :

1. Develop, managed and improve company HSE objectives, strategies , plan and performance in company activities/ projects in safely, on time, within budget and accordance to regulation and standard

2. Ensure that company HSE policies, procedures and controls are always adhered

3. Establish, monitor and supervise proper Emergency Response Plans for company activities

4. Support Human Resources Department to ensure proper job training and requisite skill sets development

5. Oversee, monitor and report HSE activity and performance adhered to HSE Management Plans and effectively implemented

6. Ensure safety section of the contract bid documents are complete; review and evaluate contractor safely information during the contractor selection process

7. Serve as the point of contact for the project HSE Coordinators with regards to HSE plans, processes agreements and progress updates

8. Monitor, inspect and audit contractor engineering, construction or installation safety programs and safe work practices

9. Recommend course of action on safety mitigation performance and willing to travel domestically

10. Provide safety and health information/expertise to the site team

Qualification :

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major

2. Experience min 12 years as HSE in oil and gas industry

3. Experience on gas field development, operation and working practices

4. Experience on project based activities on oil and gas industry i.e: drilling, EPCI

5. Good knowledge on local and international HSE regulations/standards, HSE Management System, ISO/OHSAS, etc

6. Ability to conduct risk management and incident investigation & root causes

7. Good command in English both written and oral

 

10. Legal Contract Manager

Job Roles :

1. Vary from giving legal advice, contract review and drafting, negotiation, assessing legal risk, regulatory compliance, provide recommendations, handling litigation and dispute resolution, corporate governance

2. Handle all legal matters and communicate/coordinate with relevant departments, management, head office and Joint Venture (JV) partners

3. Provide legal advice for a variety of upstream oil and gas matters, including those related to regulatory issues, operations, finance, tax, human resources, environment, marketing, project, and procurement related issues

4. Prepare, review, and negotiate legal and commercial agreements also other legal documents, including those related to agreement with JV Partners, interest transfer, contract with vendors, marketing, land lease and other operations

5. Provide legal advice relating to any potential or existing litigation proceedings and, when necessary, manage outside legal services for local or international arbitration or court as well as other significant dispute resolution procedures

6. Provide legal advice on issues relating to ethics and compliance including providing advice and guidance on any matters related to ethical misconduct

7. Conduct/coordinate/liaise legal relations activities with external lawyers, government agencies (SKK Migas, Ditjen Migas, Ministry of Energy and other stakeholders) and industry associations

8. Regulatory compliance, stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry guidelines

9. Member of Bid Committee: follow the bid process, review the contracts, suggest any necessary action to be taken in handling the procurement process

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in law

2. Having Min. 10 experience in PSC/ upstream oil and gas industry

3. Legal Review and Drafting, Good Communication and Negotiation, Knowledge in Oil and Gas Industry, Problem Solving Ability

4. Good command in English both written and oral
