Job Title : Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager
Location : Head Office, South Jakarta
Position Code : FAT-MGR

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist General Manager in overseeing and managing the full spectrum of Finance, Accounting and Tax activities

• Manage monthly and annual closing of accounts and prepare monthly and annual financial reports.

• Handle all tax filing and liaise with government agencies related to tax and audit compliance.

• Manage all audit requirements (related to accounting and taxation).

• Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures.

• Prepare accurate financial statements and manage finance and accounting activities.

• Analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with corporate policy.

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements and reports, cost control analysis, tax strategy, budget forecasts, and inventory control.

• Manage cash flow to maintain healthy financial condition.

• Manage financial budgets and analyze financial results compared to the budget.

• Manage relationship with tax auditors, local finance offices, and other internal/ external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance.

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax with at least 3  years in managerial role, including experience in the mining industry.

• Proficient in cost accounting, negotiations with local tax offices, and using accounting system.

• Hard working, able to work under pressure, good leadership skills, and attention to detail

Job Title : Foreman Mechanic
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : MTC – FME

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect subordinate’s daily activities, offering coaching and job training to ensure maintenance according to company’s standards.

• Ensure scheduled and non-scheduled mechanical repairs and installations are carried out.

• Be available for overtime, standby and call-outs as needed.

• Perform administrative duties to ensure accurate records, budget compliance and equipment spare availability.

• Inspect, repair, and troubleshoot equipment effectively.

• Skilled in brand knowledge and component overhaul.

• Identify major engine and transmission overhaul needs and prepare service orders.

Requirements

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman mechanic.

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.

Job Title : Foreman Tyre
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : MTC – FTE

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of tyre technicians and maintenance workers, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules for tyre inspection, repair, and replacement for all heavy mining equipment.

• Conduct regular inspections of tyres for wear, damage, and proper inflation; ensure compliance with safety standards.

• Be available for overtime, standby and call-outs as needed.

• Perform administrative duties to ensure accurate records, budget compliance and equipment spare availability.

Requirements

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D III/ S1 in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman Tyre.

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.

Job Title : Foreman Electric
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : MTC – FEL

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of electricians and electrical technicians, providing guidance and support on daily tasks.

• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and equipment used in mining operations, including motors, generators, and control systems.

• Diagnose electrical issues and develop solutions to minimize downtime, coordinating repairs effectively.

• Be available for overtime, standby and call-outs as needed.

• Perform administrative duties to ensure accurate records, budget compliance and equipment spare availability.

Requirements

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman Electric.

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.

Job Title : Foreman Welder & Fabrication
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : MTC – FWL

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of welders and fabricators, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure quality work.

• Conduct inspections of welded joints and fabricated parts to ensure they meet quality and safety standards; implement corrective actions as needed.

• Be available for overtime, standby and call-outs as needed.

• Perform administrative duties to ensure accurate records, budget compliance and equipment spare availability.

Requirements

• SMK Teknik Mesin or D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as foreman Electric.

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.

• Relevant welding certifications highly desirable.

Job Title : Foreman Production
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : PRO – FM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily mining activities, including exploitation, excavation, and transportation of materials. 

• Plan and schedule mining operations, including production planning and managing resources. 

• Manage human resources, machinery, and materials at the mine. This includes workforce allocation, equipment maintenance, and monitoring of material inventory.  

• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety standards. 

• Maintain material quality standards and meet production target

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as foreman production.

• Good leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.

• Preferably POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama) certified.

Job Title : Supervisor Logistic
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code : LOG – SPV

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and in warehousing, logistics and purchasing.

• Control inventory management and operational costs using data system.

• Manage and monitor the process of receiving goods and services according to Purchase Order.

• Ensure compliance with KPI and SOP.

• Evaluate performance and quality and to plan improvement.

• Assist in budget preparation and monitor warehouse operations for safety compliance.

Requirements

• D3/S1 in Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering.

• At least 3 years experiences at Logistic / Supply Chain department.

• Preferably experience in the coal mining industry.

• POP Certififed.

• Computer literate, preferably familiar with ERP system.

• Independent with strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.

Job Title : Purchasing Officer
Location : Head Office, South Jakarta
Position Code: LOG – PUR

Job Responsibilities:

• Research potential vendors and negotiate contracts.

• Comparing and evaluating quotation from supplier.

• Make sure delivery and distribution process according to PO schedule.

• Monitor purchasing operations to ensure compliance with KPI and SOP.

• Conduct supplier/ vendors evaluation.

• Prepare monthly purchasing report and outstanding PO

• Establish good cooperation with other departments.

Requirements

• D3/ S1 in Logistic Management or Industrial Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Purchasing officer.

• Preferably experience in coal mining industry.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills and familiar with ISO 9001.

• Computer literate preferably familiar with ERP system.

Job Title : Mechanic
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code: MTC – MEC

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy mining equipment, such as excavators, haul trucks, loaders, and conveyor systems.

• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment; identify problems and provide effective solutions.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and repair activities, including parts used and labor hours; report findings to management.

• Be prepared to respond to equipment breakdowns or emergencies, providing timely repairs to minimize operational downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum High School graduate.

• 3-4 years experience as mechanic.

• Very good physical strength and stamina.

• Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) certification is highly desirable.

Job Title : Operator Excavator & Dump Truck
Location : Site, South Sumatera
Position Code: EXC – DT

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on excavator or haul truck, including checking fluid levels, filters, and mechanical parts to ensure optimal performance.

• Work closely with other team members, including miners, supervisors, and safety officers, to coordinate excavation activities and achieve production targets.

• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, including equipment failures and safety incidents, following established protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum Junior High School Graduate

• 2 years of experience as an excavator and dump truck operator in the coal mining industry.

• Valid SIO/ SIM BII Umum

• Very good physical strength and stamina.
