1. SENIOR HR MANAGER (HR & Legal Background)

Qualification & requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in LAW from reputable university is a must.

• Min. 10 years experiences in the same position.

• Have experiences in EPCI for Oil and Gas company is a must.

• Knowledge of general business law and procedures.

• Advanced knowledge of legislation governing human resources and labor relations.

• Excellent knowledge in Civil and Corporate law.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail.

• Outstanding managerial and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in English

• Able to work independently and able to work under high pressure.

Qualification & requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Faculty of Public Health (FKM) or any related filed.

• Has General K3/ Oil and Gas K3 in Supervision Level.

• At least 5 years working experience in the same position with min. 2 years experience in offshore oil & gas facilities.

• Familiar with SOLAS codes and ship/marine operations.

• Have experience in creating HSES plans, HSES procedures, site instructions, etc.

• Willing to be placed in offshore locations/projects.

• Have good communication and coordination.

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

• Able to join immediately.

• Domiciled in Indonesia.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.

5. MARINE COORDINATOR

Qualification & requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Marine or related discipline from a reputable university.

• At least 15 years working experience in offshore marine operation with 8 years of which in the construction, load out, T&I of offshore oil & gas facilities with at least 5 years of supervisory level experience.

• Have a good understanding of all applicable codes, standards, specifications, and safety policies/procedures as well as experience in managing marine operation.

• Have proven planning and organizational skills.

• Good written and oral communication abilities.

• Proficient in English.

• Able to work independently and able to work under high pressure.

• Able to join immediately.

• Domiciled in Indonesia.

Requirements :

• All position : must have experience in EPCI / Construction Company.

• For Manager level : min. 5 years experience as PCM in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects, especially Offshore Construction.

• For others level : min. 3 years experience in the same position in EPCI / Construction for Oil & Gas projects, especially Offshore Construction.

• Have advanced knowledge of resource planning and scheduling software, such as PRIMAVERA, is a must.

• Proficient in English.

• Able to work independently as well and able work under high pressured.

• Has a good sense of responsibility and decision-making.

• Able to join immediately.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island (if needed).

10. PERMIT COORDINATOR

Qualification & requirements:

• Min. S1 from a reputable university.

• Min. 5 (five) years in the same position including at least 3 (three) years in offshore oil and gas facilities.

• Experienced in handling permit of Daerah Terbatas dan Terlarang (DTT), updating of Peta Laut Indonesia (PLI), Sarana Bantu Navigasi Pelayaran (SBNP), and Daftar Suar Indonesia (DSI).

• Experienced in managing Building Construction Permit (IMB) for onshore facilities of MIGAS, road crossing permit, Land and Pipeline Ownership Letter and Land Use Designation Permit (IPPT).

• The Permit Coordinator must have good interpersonal skills, excellent communication in writing and verbally.

• Able to join immediately.

• Domiciled in Indonesia.

• Placement – Jakarta & Site/ Outside of Java Island.
