Senior Supervisor of Construction Facility Maintenance & Repair (CFMR) Section

 

Responsibilities & Jobs Description:

- Prepare, plan, implement & evaluate Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) in upgrading and/or fabrication of Production & Support Facilities.

- To set up program and schedule and execution of preventive maintenance program and predictive maintenance and repair of Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation of all Rotating Equipment such as Generator Set, Pumps, Compressors and all Static Equipment such as Separators, Scrubbers, Storage Tanks, Oil pipe line, Gas pipe line, PSV’s, PCV, LCV, Measurement equipment, Valves & Piping.

- To set up inspection program of all electrical/device installation such as Lightening Protection System, Motor Control Center, Electrical Device protection System, Megger Electrical insulation testing to ensure the electrical installation and system is in safely condition.

- To set up program to perform inspection, wall thickness measurement of flowlines, gas pipe line, oil pipe line.

- To carry out fabrication & repair to stop leaking of all Pressure Vessel, Piping, Pipe Lines, and replace if required.

- To set up monitoring program to ensure that all production facilities and safety equipment are working properly & smoothly operation.

- To prepare daily report, weekly report, quarterly report, semi annual report and annual report of all CFMR activities.

- To Supervise Mechanics, Electricians, Instruments, Welders related to the Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fabrication and Construction & installation Jobs.

- Understand & Familiar with Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability of Equipment, Quality Control (QC) ISO 9001

- Understand to aware with Safety Golden Rule.

- To close coordination with other section especially Production, attend and proactive in daily tool Box Meeting.

- Close coordination and report to the Field Manager.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.

- Min. 10 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.

- Good understanding in HSE regulation for Oil & Gas Operation.

- Work experience in the maintenance, construction and engineering in upstream Oil & Gas facilities.

- Experience in maintenance of trouble shooting, hydraulic power system, electrician’s equipment, valve (high pressure rating), high pressure pump, centrifugal pump, HVAC, compressor system, control valve, choke valves, HIPPS valves, instrumentation control system, X-Mas Tree, crane and other production facilities.

- Having the ability to create and review aspects of project engineering or work.

- Familiar with Microsoft project and AutoCAD.

- Good behavior, can work together in teams and high integrity.

Civil Engineer

 

Responsibilities & Jobs Description:

- Responsible to plan, supervise and control Civil Engineering work activities throughout all project phases beginning from Front End Engineering Design to commissioning until handover of surface facilities to Operations.

- Perform technical review and compliance project checks on engineering consultant’s deliverables.

- Support the development plan for oil and gas production.

- Self-driven to introduce new technology or proven design improvements and optimizations of surface facilities to contribute towards achieving Best-In-Class cost and schedule for projects assigned.

- Experienced design access to drilling wellsite.

- Experienced designing Drilling Site Preparation (DSP) on exploration and exploitation Block.

- Additional roles shall include leading or participation in contracting strategy formulation, tender technical evaluation, contract execution as well as short assignments to fabrication yard and or site to provide technical support if required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree from Civil or equivalent Engineering from reputable university.

- Min. 5 years relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry.

- Knowledgeable in relevant standards and policies, possess good analytical skill and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e. PIPESIM, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, STAAD Pro, Expert GPS, PIPE-FLO Professional, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc.

- Possess strong analytical skill and effectively communicate technical data.

- Ability to interact effectively in diverse team environment, especially in multinational environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and a team player.

- Proactive, meticulous, responsible and good working attitude.

- Can adapt in fast-pace working environment.
