Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

 

Manager position:

1. ICT Manager

Responsible to lead and manage the formulation and implementation of business information and telecommunication technology (ICT) services through a comprehensive execution of ICT plan, operations, maintenance and upgrading in order to achieve maximum return to stakeholders and business.

Strategy & Plan

Lead and manage the formulation of integrated strategies for ICT plan, operation, maintenance and upgrading related activities at Indonesia operations through development and implementation of ICT annual work program & budget, effective monitoring and optimization in line with corporate business philosophy to ensure long term reliability and technical integrity of all ICT asset to support country business objectives and host government expectations.

Technology Advancement & Investment

Lead and manage the review of ICT project investment proposals from other departments through effective assessment of value/benefit analysis, drive the ICT procurement and contract management to ensure maximum utilization to support Country business objectives.

ICT Asset Reliability & Inventory Optimization

Lead and drive the development and implementation of maintenance and anticipation of critical spares and materials of the hardware, software, telecommunication and service provision through effective scheduling, benchmarking, best practices, to achieve targeted reliability of ICT asset as part of operational excellence to support Country business objectives.

ICT Governance & Policy

Lead and manage ICT Management system through development, implementation and improvement of policies, procedures, standard and guidelines to comply with Government regulation PETRONAS policies, and industry standard.

Strategy & Initiatives

Adopt and enforce a distinctive approach in delivering of quality and excellence business productivity through determining and introducing appropriate intervention program or solutions, engagement with staff under Information and Communication Technology to appreciate and adhere to brand value, quality management, and customer centric mindset that promote and instill a high sense of commitment , ownership, integrity and loyalty among staffs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT technology/engineering discipline.

• 12-15 years of engineering experience in oil and gas, with sound multi-discipline ICT application and system (Production facilities / process / structure mechanical, electrical & instrument) technical.

• All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

 

Senior officer position:

2. Sr. Well Maintenance Engineer

Responsible to plan, execute, and control well services operation to meet reservoir management plan, well integrity and production enhancement initiatives to ensure high well reliability and availability, optimized production and operational expenditures, while complying with PETRONAS policies and guidelines.

Well Integrity Operations

Plan and execute well integrity operations as mutually agreed with Resource Management department to ensure compliance to reservoir management plan.

Communicate and collaborate with Production Analyst and Production Technologist on routine well performance analysis as part of well optimization efforts while ensuring well integrity is not jeopardized.

Monitor and execute routine well operations in collaboration with Production department to ensure maximum well availability through optimum production within best well operating range.

Production Enhancement

Plan and execute production enhancement project (non-rig assisted) as mutually agreed with Resource Management and Production department through thorough analysis on well performance in order to maximize well production potential.

Advisory Role

Attend to problematic well advice (PWA) raised by Production department in a timely and most productive manner by analysing and integrating common well problems and its intervention methodologies through consultation with well services technical expertise and Resource Management department in order to avoid interruption to the operations.

Well Intervention

Analyse and consult with Production department on planned/unplanned well       intervention and reactivation programs to ensure minimum production deferment.

Plan and direct the non-rig well intervention implementation in line with the approved regional production plans by ensuring comprehensive and accurate technical evaluation of well intervention approach through the most innovative, viable and cost effective intervention solutions to ensure continuous and sustainable value creation in the organization.

Cost Saving

Monitor and control operating cost including manpower and equipment charges from outsourced contractors to ensure optimization of operation expenditures while sustaining productivity.

Lead the monitoring and control of operating cost from manpower and       equipment charges from outsourced contractors to ensure optimization while sustaining productivity.

HSE

Lead and drive safe working culture to meet HSE target and requirements in accordance with PETRONAS HSE policies and corporate governance in order to ensure safe working environment and practices for the personnel and contractors to perform the job safely.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or any relevant engineering discipline.

• Min. 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry is an added advantage

• Good working knowledge and relevant experience in the multi-disciplinary aspects of project management preferably on project risk assessment and project reviews is an added advantage

• All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).

 

Officer position:

3. Data & Document Management Officer

Responsible to plan and execute the design, development, and implementation of Record and Document Management (RDM) architecture, framework, and solutions based on user’s requirements and available technologies to create significant qualitative and quantitative values and benefits to support Upstream business value creation. Engage and collaborate with users to continuously improve records and document management cultures and practices with compliance and adherence to Petronas Record and Document Management governances. Perform daily supports and services as main custodian for managing physical data assets, digital data assets, and physical and electronic documents; and identify and execute opportunities to streamline and implement effective and efficient data and documents management processes.

Record & Document Management Strategy

Assist planning and implementation of the records and document management (RDM) framework and architecture by putting in place an audit policy for softcopy and hardcopy records, enforcement of the audit policy such as conducting audits and preparing reports with recommendations, check for compliance and plan steps to close gaps against RDM policies to improve the way records and documents are managed, in line with the PETRONAS Records and Document Management Policy and Guidelines

Document Storage Management & Compliance

Execute the implementation records and document management (RDM) compliance framework through stakeholder engagements, communication programs, sharing of lessons learnt and conducting audit to provide assurance to the management to achieve a secured, well-controlled RDM application usage and also enhancing and promoting awareness on system compliance to users.

Record and Document (RDM) Support

Manage and evaluate directions or solutions on records and document management (RDM) issues through ad-hoc support and continuous education programs on RDM for users to use RDM infrastructure and application(s) effectively in order to optimize return-on-investment.

Operations Continuity Management

Conduct record and document management (RDM) business continuity plan by conducting a baseline assessment and identification of critical documents and the retention mechanisms of those documents required to enable critical business functions in order to ensure sustainability and continuity of business operations during disaster or crisis.

Records and Documents Management Initiatives

Conduct approved record and document management (RDM) projects in the most cost-effective manner through syndication with stakeholders, engagements sessions and supervision of infrastructure projects by vendors to ensure critical business documents are well managed and retained to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or Engineering from accredited Universities/Institutions

• Min. 3 years of experience for education background as above

• Min. 5 years of experience for other education background

• All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
