Position : Manager Operational / PJO

Job description:

1. Coordinate with clients regarding mining safety policies and ensure all activities comply with government regulations

2. Coordinate with clients and governments on inspections and inspections and incident investigations

3. Coordinate with clients regarding mining progress and production targets

4. Ensure work and mining costs are in accordance with the contract

5. Establish good relationships with clients and stakeholders in the mining area

6. Manage costs according to plan

Qualification

 1  Bachelor Min (S1) in Mining Engineering / Geology  with min. GPA 3.00

 2  Max. 40 - 50 years of age

 3  Min. 10 years experience in the same position in mining industry

 4  Holding a certificate of POU / KTT from Ministri of Energy (Minerba)

 5 Roster 8-2

 6 Has experience working for a contractor with a coal target of 4 million tons/year and OB 12 million tons/year

 7  Understanding aspects of mining services business management in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations

 8  Understand the technical aspects of mining, conservation, mining safety, and environmental protection in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations;

 9  Understand the obligations and sanctions of the mining service business in accordance with the provisions of the legislation

 10  Experience in Mining Operations and SHE Systems in mining industry

 11  Have a good networking with Government, Regulators and Associations

 12   Thorough in mine planning, monitoring of mining implementation and evaluation of target achievement

 13  Good knowledge of operating mine planning, mine maangement and scheduling software such as Minescape, Mine, and Xpac

 14  Having great communication skill and proven records of leadership

 15  Proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

 16  Willing to be Placed on-site (Tabang – Gunung Sari – Kaltim)
