Overview

We are looking for an experienced individual to join with Bureau Veritas Indonesia who will play a key role position as

 

Senior Process Safety Engineer.

Key deliverables include:

• Solving technical problems in real-time with a bias for action and a hands-on attitude

• Integrating into the site business team to partner with resources at the manufacturing site to meet site needs while addressing hazards and risk scenarios

•  Developing technical expertise in one or more sub-disciplines of Process Safety and sharing training/mentorship with rest of group

• Delivering ExxonMobil Process Safety technical training to a global audience

• Having an in-depth understanding of manufacturing equipment operations and ability to identify applicable process safety hazards & scenarios through independent review.

Your primary role will be the development, collaboration, implementation of the company safety management system, environmental management system and involved BVI project activities

Key Responsibilities

As the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:

• Provide and assist team, stakeholder, management in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with BVI environmental/safety regulations, standards and practices.

• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.

• Participate and involve in various process safety, asset integrity studies/activities, such as: PHAs, MAH, SECE, HAC, Process safety review, etc. 

• Participate and conduct process safety analyses, asset integrity analysis, review engineering documents for compliance with company and industry safety standards.

• Conduct and coordinate on-site (site visit) for any requirement project process safety and implement safe work practices.

• Build and support cross department to assist in technical requirement

• Lease communication within team, external and global division

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering field

• At least 3 years industry experience

• Be able to demonstrate the following:

-  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

-  Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external

-  Innovative and analytical thinking

-  Strong initiative, drive and self-motivation skills

• Experience PHA work processes such as HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, etc.

• Familiar asset integrity work process such as RBI, RCM, etc.

• Experience with risk assessment, consequence analysis, dispersion modelling, etc.

• Knowledge in using technical software (e.g. PROII, PHAST, HYSYS, PHAPro)

• Site experience to support deliver practical risk mitigation solutions

• Knowledge of identified hazards and mitigation

• Ability to work in a multi-cultural global team with schedule flexibility for global meeting needs

• Ability to manage workload under time pressure and changing priorities task

• Ability to travel and relocate to any client site

With Specific Qualification Requirements as below :

- 10 Years Work Experience with the managing and execute the project management in the wide and complex organization

- Has Experience Managing contractual, administration, commercial, HSE and Execution aspects of the contract on the major project oil & gas or petrochemical.

- Has Successfully delivered project with the good achievement on the project objectives.

- Has Experience with the preparing and managing budget, cost, invoicing process and accurate in services acceptance paper (SAP)

- Having Knowledge with the transformation program and concept

Personnel Role & Responsibility

- Develop/update of the QTP execution Plan (Collaborate with QTPL)

- Collect and Review Company Provide information as document reference for QTP material execution

- Prepare and submit all deliverable of QTP (Collaborate with project admin)

- As a focal point for the QTP member mobilization according to CTR & Project Schedule

- Liaise with QTP leader to prepare and submit CTR to Company for Approval

- Manage Contractual, Administration, commercial, HSE and Execution aspect of the contract compliance review.

- Communicating with project team, clients and internal and external stakeholders.

- Manage and lead monthly invoicing submission to company and ensure accurate SERVICE ACCEOTANCE PAPER(SAP) for company's review approval.
