Senior Mechanic Grade 1 (MEC 1)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Able to maintain and repair unit heavy equipment and dump trucks.

• Repairs, overhauls and rebuilds engines and does other major repairs.

• Able to diagnose mechanical defects.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.

• Minimum 8 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to joint as soon as possible.

 

Mechanic Grade 2 (MEC 2)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Able to do Trouble Shooting & Test Adjusting

• Fit and install any of parts also make changes or modification accordance the guidelines.

• Responsible to Set an example in the workplace to become a role model in Safety, Leadership Traits and Company Value.

Requirements :

• Minimum Senior High School Any Major.

• Minimum 6 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have Basic Maintenance Course Certification.

• Willing to work with a roster system.

• Able to joint as soon as possible.

 

Plant Supervisor (Code : PLV)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities:

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Implement the policies and procedures to ensure that plant strategy meets the company target.

• Conduct and control premature down equipment & unit Schedule & Unscheduled, Redo Job, Accident/ Unscheduled Damage.

• Estimate, control and monitor the utilization of component exchange.

• Control, manage and review equipment requirements (hourly budget cost, oil grease and undercarriage components).

• Creating job report which includes compiling data from all work processes, compiling data into report forms and submitting work reports to superiors.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Min. 7 years experiences in similar position.

Plant Foreman (Code : PLF)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Familiar and able to do preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance for heavy equipment and dump truck.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Analysis of component condition and recommendation of parts required. Ensure correct procedures used when troubleshooting breakdowns and failure.

• Review operator’s checklist summary and mechanical inspection sheet.

• Responsible to conduct trouble shooting.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Mechanic Specialist - Electrical (MSE)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible identify and analyze the components of all unit/equipment that are damaged in electrical system.

• Carry out minor/ mild and major/ severe repairs related to the electrical system on production units (Heavy Equipment and Dump Trucks).

• Periodically inspect electrical components.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Job Requirements :

• Min. Senior High School majoring electro.

• 5 years of experiences in similar position.

Mechanic Specialist - Mechanical (MSM)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Responsible to conduct overhaul, trouble shooting and test adjusting.

• Has an experience in mechanical repair main engine components which include identifying engine specifications and identifying structures and functions of mechanical systems, fuel systems, lubrication systems, hydraulic systems.

• Responsible to create historical replace minor & major component.

• Responsible to validation part order from mechanic.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Condition Monitoring Analyst (CMA)

Assignment: Site Based

Responsibility :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Manage, organize and supervise specialized Condition Monitoring works performed by external contractors.

• Monitoring the compliance of condition monitoring inspection and keep the data up to date according to inspection frequencies extracted from maintenance equipment strategies.

• Constantly refine the condition-based maintenance program with the aim of forewarning execution teams of impending failure to increase the lead time to react.

• Collaborate with planner to implement the schedule strategic of production units to support the achievement of target (PA, MTBF and MTTR Units).

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Production Foreman (Code : PDF)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Take the necessary action for deviation problem in production activity (According to the target).

• Providing information to supervisor about the production result in working area and giving the suggestions about the excavations plan and also responsible for the shape of the pit (road forms and pit dewatering management).

• Responsible to lead directly about the technique of operating heavy equipment correctly and safe.

• Responsible to inform about the lack of between personnel number and unit (heavy equipment) in the working area.

• Control attendance list of operating personnel in the working area.

Mine Engineering (Code : MEN)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Directing and coordinating the making of short-term mining designs and long terms plans based on the correct sequence to ensure that mining production achieve the target.

• Responsible to monitoring and manage for monthly, quarterly and annual plans, including one treatment forecast.

• Prepare operational overview from mine planning (Production plans & estimation of tool requirement to ensure the effectiveness of mining operations).

• Pit design processing with overall Geotech recommendation and economic stripping ratio.

• Reconcile plans to practical considerations and re-calibrations when it necessary.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company.

Job Requirements :

Mine Surveyor (Code : MSV)

Assignment: Site Based

Job Responsibilities :

• Understanding occupational, safety, health and environment (K3LH) procedures and applying in the workplace.

• Responsible for mine measurement data, to carried out periodically.

• Responsible to ensure measuring data & hauling path produced accurately.

• Responsible to make agreement letter of mining progress with client (BAI).

• Validate mine situation map and ensure that made periodically.

• Evaluate survey performance/ activities in the form of reports that show both performance and volume.

• Control and determine of the position and installation of survey tape in accordance with the design provided by the engineering.

• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, customer and other Department in Company

Job Requirements :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic.

• Min. 5 years of experiences in similar position.

• Have “POP & Juru Ukur Tambang Certification” is an advantage.
