We are a fast-growing company engaged in coal mining located in East Kalimantan, looking for highly skilled and experience candidates to fill the following position, are:

1. Project Manager (Code : PM ).

Required qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor graduate majoring in Mining Engineering.

• Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• At a minimum, having an active POM certificate is even better if having an active POU certificate.

• Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment and contract management capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

• Excellent reporting skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.

 

2. Legal Manager (Code L – Mgr).

• LLB/LLM qualified (8-10 PQE).

• Strong in corporate and/or litigation legal matters.

• Strong in-house and/or law firm experience in the mining, port, shipping, and/ or construction sectors.

• Excellent legal drafting and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills.

• Prior experience working in a multicultural environment is helpful.

• To be successful in the role, you will need to be collaborative, independent, hands-on and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel to East Kalimantan and/or other new site projects in future.

 

3. HSE Manager (Code HSE- Mgr).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from OHS / Environmental / Mine Engineering engineer / public health expert and or relevant.

• Have a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• Good knowledge of Quality Safety and Environmental System. Familiar with QSHE System Standard like ISO, OHSAS etc.

• Good knowledge of mining safety and environmental aspects, inspection, investigation, audit process and reporting.

• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).

• Having POU & SMKP Auditor from KAIT Minerba certificate is a must.

• Good Leadership, Communication skill and preferably able to communicate in English.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.

 

4. Barge and Logistic Manager (Code BL Mgr).

Required qualifications:

• Marine / Nautica graduate and have a minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in a similar position or higher in a coal mining company.

• Having experience in

- Preparing Cargo in Port Operations & Transshipments (Stock File Management, Intermediates Stockpile, Port Operations, Transshipments Activity).

- Setting up transshipments such as floating crane, barging, OLC/ BLC (Over Land Conveyor System & Barge Loading Conveyor System with PLC (Program Able Control) & SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)., etc.

- Preparing budget barge and logistic forecasts.

- Select carriers for barge, negotiate rates and contract.

- Responding and resolving complains and problems

- Keeping up to date on barging carriers and rates.

• Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment and contract management capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

• Excellent reporting skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Having POP and or POM Certificate is preferable.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.

 

5. Maintenance / Plant Manager (Code Maint / Plant - Mgr).

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical / mechanical engineering and or a bachelor’s degree in business administration is preferred.

• Having min 5 (five) years’ experience in the same position in Coal Mining Industry,

and have experience in

- Preparing budget maintenance forecasts.

- Maintenance planning & management.

- Fix plant including facilities and monitoring equipment performance.

- Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance and problem solving.

- Budget / Cost controlling.

- Handling internal audit, data analysis and reporting

• Having POP and or POM Certificate is preferable.

• Strong experience in managing contractors and quality in safety, environment and contract management capabilities.

• Strong interpersonal, management skills and leadership ability.

• Excellent reporting skills.

• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills including presentation skills in Bahasa and English

• Ability to interact with the local communities to ensure win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.

 

6. Maintenance / Plant Superintendent (Maint / Plant - Spt).

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical and or Mechanical Engineering.

• Having min 5 (five) years’ experience in the same position in Coal Mining Industry.

and have experience in

- Maintenance planning.

- Monitoring and managing budgets.

- Fix plant including facilities and monitoring equipment performance.

- Mechanical / Electrical Maintenance and problem solving.

- Handling internal audit, data analysis and reporting.

• Having POP and or POM Certificate is preferable.

• Good communication & leadership.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.

 

7. Maintenance / Plant Supervisor (Maint / Plant - Spv).

     Required qualifications:

• Minimum graduate of an electrical or mechanical vocational school.

• Having min 3 (three) years’ experience in the same position in Coal Mining Industry and have experience in mechanical / electrical engineering maintenance and problem solving.

• Accustomed to supervising repairs or maintenance on facilities in the Intermediate Coal Transfer area such as:

- Barge loading (BLC).

- Liebherr & SANY Material Handlers.

- Generators (with capacities ranging from 50 to 1000kva).

- Heavy Equipment units.

- Supporting buildings & infrastructure facilities   (offices, mess, workshops, accommodation, filtration, WTP, STP, etc).

• Having POP Certificate is preferable.

• Good communication & leadership.

• Willing to work in East Kalimantan with a roster.
