PEMA GLOBAL ENERGI is a subsidiary Aceh’s regionally owned company as operator “Wilayah Kerja B” known as Arun Field in North Aceh, has been present since May 2021 as Operator through a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with the Government of Indonesia under the supervision of Badan Pengelola Migas Aceh (BPMA) which currently engage in Aceh Production Operation – Optimization and Revamping Project (APO – ORP).

We are challenging the Experts to join us through third party contractor (PT Adimukti Energi Nusantara) in the positions below :

8. Civil & Structure Construction Supervisor

Job Roles

• Overseeing related civil and structural construction and installation entire project scope to ensure all activities are performed efficiently, safely and in compliance with the requirements of the construction specifications, drawings, codes and standards.

• Provide daily monitoring of contractors works to achieve targets and schedule set by the planning and report to Construction Lead on main issues, events at the site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Civil, Structural Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related civil, structure and building construction in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of earthwork, geodetic surveying, deep/shallow foundation construction, reinforced concrete and steel structure materials, components, installation, erection, lifting methods, examination and testing.

 

9. Mechanical (Static) QC Inspector

Job Roles

• Overseeing related quality control on mechanical static equipment installation, attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) entire project scope to ensure all equipment are installed in compliance with the requirements of project quality plan specifications, codes and standards. Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.

• Provide continually surveillance to achieve quality targets and schedule set by the planning and report to QA/QC Lead on main issues, witness events at the site, progress reporting, all deviations and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related mechanical static fabrication and installation in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of pressure vessels fabrication and installation, heat exchanger, tanks, etc. materials, components, welding processes, fabrication, assembly, erection, examination, inspection, and acceptance testing both at factory and field.

• Hold a valid relevant professional certification.

 

10. Mechanical (Rotating) QC Inspector

Job Roles

• Overseeing related quality control on mechanical rotating equipment installation, attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) entire project scope to ensure all equipment are installed in compliance with the requirements of project quality plan specifications, codes and standards. Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.

• Provide continually surveillance to achieve quality targets and schedule set by the planning and report to QA/QC Lead on main issues, witness events at the site, progress reporting, all deviations and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related mechanical rotating installation in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of rotating equipment package installation, assembly, erection, examination, inspection, and acceptance testing both at factory and field.

• Hold a valid relevant professional certification.

 

11. Mechanical (Piping & Pipeline) QC Inspector

Job Roles

• Overseeing related quality control on piping and pipeline fabrication, installation nad attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) entire project scope to ensure all components are installed in compliance with the requirements of project quality plan specifications, codes and standards. Maintain good record keeping of activities carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports, etc.

• Provide continually surveillance to achieve quality targets and schedule set by the planning and report to QA/QC Lead on main issues, witness events at the site, progress reporting, all deviations and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related mechanical piping, pipeline installation in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of process piping and gas transmission pipeline materials, components, welding processes, fabrication, assembly, erection, examination, inspection, and testing.

• Hold a valid relevant professional certification.

12. HSE Officer

Job Roles

• Develop, update and implement Health, Safety and Environmental program and procedures in all Project phase accordance with regulatory requirements, industry and company standard.

• Monitor and ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety and environmental regulations

• Conduct Risk Assessments and hazard analysis to ensure all project activities is done safely and environmental friendly.

• Promoting HSE and safety communication (safety meetings, HSE signs) to employees.

• Performing a strong visible commitment in to HSE Management System

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related discipline.

• Minimum 8 years experiences related HSE Officer.

• Possessing knowledge related to Quality Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety (K3)

• Have strong knowledge of preparation of all HSE documents (Work Permit, HSE Plan, JSA, ERP, Work Methods, Daily Report, Weekly Report, ERT, and others)

• Hold a valid HSE/AK3 Migas certification.

 

13. HSE Supervisor (2 Personel)

Job Roles

• Assist the project team to prepare Project HSE requirements

• Involve in the preparation of Project HSE Execution Plan

• Assist project team to prepare Project Readiness

• Assist project and operation team for readiness of HSE equipment and its

Requirement

• Conducts regular site HSE inspections, reports deficiencies, analyzes inspection

and incident data to identify opportunities to develop preventive and corrective practices

• Prepare and submit statutory and internal reports required by company and/or clients

• Prepare Weekly, and Monthly Safety Report

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) in related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years experiences related HSE Supervisor.

• Conducting Coaching and Mentoring     

• Have strong knowledge of preparation of all HSE documents (Work Permit, HSE Plan, JSA, ERP, Work Methods, Daily Report, Weekly Report, ERT, and others)

• Possessing knowledge related to Quality Management Systems and Occupational Health and Safety (K3)

• Hold a valid HSE/AK3 Migas certification.
