PEMA GLOBAL ENERGI is a subsidiary Aceh’s regionally owned company as operator “Wilayah Kerja B” known as Arun Field in North Aceh, has been present since May 2021 as Operator through a Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with the Government of Indonesia under the supervision of Badan Pengelola Migas Aceh (BPMA) which currently engage in Aceh Production Operation – Optimization and Revamping Project (APO – ORP).

We are challenging the Experts to join us through third party contractor (PT Adimukti Energi Nusantara) in the positions below :

1. Construction Lead

Job Roles

• Overseeing the construction site and lead the construction team of multi discipline back ground to ensure the contractor’s construction and installation activities executed efficiently, effectively, safely, completed on time, correspond to engineering documents, drawings, specifications and within the specified code and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering. Minimum 8 years experiences in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry with minimum of 2 years as Construction Lead position. Natural gas processing and sweetening plant construction & installation experiences are preferred.

• Have strong understanding of all applicable codes, standards, specifications and safety policies or procedures related to industrial facilities construction and installation. shall have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling and organizational skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.

 

2. QA/QC Lead

Job Roles

• Responsible to ensure the Quality Assurance and Quality Control are implemented in project scopes according to oil and gas industry codes and standards. Involved in developing and review the project quality plan and quality procedures documents during the DED phase. Overseeing the fabrication, site construction related quality and leading, mentoring QA/QC team to work strategically to ensure testing and inspection activities performed efficiently and within the project’s timeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering. Minimum 8 years experiences in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry with minimum of 2 years as QA/QC Lead position. Natural gas processing and sweetening plant construction & installation experiences are preferred.

• Have strong understanding of all applicable codes, standards, specifications and procedures related to industrial facilities quality management and assurance. shall have excellent interpersonal, planning, scheduling and organizational skills as well as superior written and oral communication abilities.

 

3. Process Specialist

Job Roles

• Provide gas processing engineering expertise on Gas Processing Facilities DED, this includes CO2 and H2S treating, Propane Refrigeration, Condensate Stabilizer and TEG Dehydrator.

• Provide technical guidance and input to Project Management, includes process modelling (using ProMax or Hysis software), equipment sizing, process safety design, etc. and review and approve all process design and drafting deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, advance degree in Chemical or Gas Processing Engineering is a plus.

• 10+ years of demonstrated oil and gas industry process engineering experiences, preferrable in designing, evaluating, Amine base Gas Sweetening Process, TEG Dehydrator unit, and Condensate / NGL Stabilizer plant.

• Proficiency in using process simulation software such as ProMax to design gas-treating equipment.

• Strong knowledges of ProMax or Hysis, thermodynamics, heat transfer, mass transfer, and fluid mechanics.

 

4. Construction Engineer

Job Roles

• Plan and coordinate the site construction/installation of all project phases and provide timely, accurate information to the project construction leader to assure the job status opposite the contractor commitments. Proactively provide input to the project team, the constructability analysis, construction scope of work and inclusion of innovative/safe construction methods.

• Assure that the contractor adheres to the contractor’s work process to ensure that materials, manpower and equipment are available and are delivered to the proper locations so as to maintain schedule and productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry related construction and equipment installation with minimum 2 years working on EPC projects type.

• Have strong understanding of applicable codes, standards, specifications and safe work procedures related to industrial facilities construction. shall have good interpersonal, planning, scheduling and organizational skills as well as good written and oral communication abilities.

5. Project Control

Job Roles

• Monitoring and tracking project timelines, milestones and deadline meticulously to ensures the smooth flow of project operations, keeping track of progress, schedules, performance indicators, and escalating project risks to the team to contribute to the overall success of project.

• Preparing, generating, updating and presenting reports with interactive dashboards that outline project progress, status, and any potential risks or deviations from the plan to the project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering, Project Management or related discipline, hold certifications in project management is a plus. Minimum 5 years experiences in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry with minimum 2 years working related project controlling on EPCC projects type.

• Have strong knowledge and understanding the flow of EPCC project life-cycle, project management principles, methods and tools, including technical, analytical and interpersonal skills.

• proficient and mastering in using various software applications and tools to collect, process, and present project data such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Primavera.

 

6. Piping & Pipeline Construction Supervisor

Job Roles

• Overseeing related piping and pipeline construction and installation entire project scope to ensure all activities are performed efficiently, safely and in compliance with the requirements of the construction specifications, drawings, codes and standards.

• Provide daily monitoring of contractors works to achieve targets and schedule set by the planning and report to Construction Lead on main issues, events at the site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Mechanical or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related piping, pipeline construction and installation with various materials, size and welding technology in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of process piping and gas transmission pipeline materials, components, welding processes, fabrication, assembly, erection, examination, inspection, and testing.

 

7. E & I Construction Supervisor

Job Roles

• Overseeing related electrical and instrumentation system installation entire project scope to ensure all activities are performed efficiently, safely and in compliance with the requirements of the construction specifications, drawings, codes and standards.

• Provide daily monitoring of contractors works to achieve targets and schedule set by the planning and report to Construction Lead on main issues, events at the site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum Associate’s degree (D3) in Electrical, Instrumentation or related discipline. Minimum 5 years experiences related LV/MV electrical system, instrumentation, PLC, automation and SCADA system installation in the oil and gas and/or petrochemical industry.

• Have strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation materials, components, equipment, cabling/wiring diagram, assembly, installation, examination and testing.
