Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience

• 5-7 years experiences as management for construction job in various project scale and service such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Having experience to work in Revamping/Modification Project would be an advantage

• Excellent computer software literacy, using Microsoft Suite daily

• Proficient in the English language, both written and spoken

 

Construction Manager

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead construction work

- Well Understood with Construction drawing and specification

- Basic knowledge of the above requirement, and understanding and correct interpretation on technical specifications, drawings, and code and standards

- Understanding of construction workflow, interrelation between own deliverables and critical path of project schedule.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Develop detail schedule, control, and monitoring progress, comply with HSE & QC

- Communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

- Develops Construction Plan and Subcontracting Plan including all inquiry for Construction Work Package and Subcontractor Selection and Evaluation from both technical and commercial aspects

- Coordinates with all concerned management staff at site and subcontractors to ensure the project specified quality and performance

- Attends modification meeting

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Review & comment subcontractor's documents and drawings to confirm the compliance with project requirements and prepare for queries to subcontractor as required

- Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination for overall construction work

- Advice on optimizing the construction sequence

- Advise on the need to make changes to work plan and sequencing of activities to ensure the coordination of several discipline works included in construction work

 

Engineering Manager

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead multi-disciplinary engineering work

- Experience to site engineering work

- Has knowledge and skills on Plant Engineering

- Knowledge, understanding and correct interpretation for technical specifications, drawings, code and standards.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Manage multi-disciplinary engineering tasks and keep schedule and quality

- Coordinate with all discipline engineers and prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and perform technical bid evaluation

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Perform trouble shooting relating to engineering matters

- Review & comment subcontractor's documents and drawings to confirm the compliance with project requirements and prepare for technical queries to subcontractors as necessary

- Coordinate with client engineers for their comments on the subcontractor's documents and drawings

- Coordinate interface/tie-in with other disciplines such as mechanical, piping, and instrument /electrical

- Understand Client’s requirements and perform consistent Design according to the project specificities and procedures

- Responsible for technical matters, procedures, design deliverables and schedule compliance

- Prepare reports on job progress/status on the assigned project

- Clear and solve engineering issues at site with steel fabricator

- Work as field engineer where required

 

Mechanical Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead design (Basic and Detail) work for mechanical design

- Experience to lead site mechanical work

- Basic knowledge of the above requirement, and understanding and correct interpretation on technical specifications, drawings, and code and standards.

- Understanding of engineering workflow, interrelation between own deliverables and critical path of project schedule

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and etc and perform technical bid evaluation

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for Modification works

- Support commissioning work for Mechanical equipment

- Perform trouble shooting relating to Mechanical matters

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination of the mechanical equipment installation, preservation, and pre-commissioning plan

- Advice on optimizing the construction sequence of the Mechanical equipment

- Review the mechanical equipment manufacture vendor’s document for shipping, storing, installation, and pre-commissioning

- Collect and maintain the data for the mechanical equipment construction and utilize this data for the future construction, preservation, and pre-commissioning plan

 

Piping Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead design (Basic and Detail) work for piping design

- Experience to lead site piping work

- Basic knowledge of the above requirement, and understanding and correct interpretation on technical specifications, drawings, and code and standards

- Understanding of engineering workflow, interrelation between own deliverables and critical path of project schedule

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and perform technical bid evaluation. Engineering package including, but not limited to:

o Material Specification and required documents for inquiry including Painting and Insulation

o Piping Layout

o Piping Service Class

o Line List

o Piping Bill of Materials

o Isometric Drawings, etc

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for modification work

- Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination of the package equipment installation, preservation, and pre-commissioning plan

- Advice on optimizing the construction sequence of the package equipment

- Advise on the need to make changes to work plan and sequencing of activities to ensure the coordination of several discipline works included in the piping work

 

Civil Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead design (Basic and Detail) work for Civil design

- Has knowledge and skills of foundation design using the software MAT3D/Foundation3D

- Has knowledge and skills to review 3D models (PDS, PDMS and SP-3D) using the software such Navisworks or Tekla structure

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and etc and perform technical bid evaluation

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for Civil work

- Coordinates and instructs to Subcontractors for engineering issues with related engineers

- Perform trouble shooting relating to Civil matters

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination of the Civil construction

- Advise on the need to make changes to work plan and sequencing of activities to ensure the coordination of several discipline works included in the Civil construction work

- Review the subcontractor’s shop drawings for Civil construction

- Understand Client’s requirements and perform consistent Design according to the project specificities and procedures

- Prepare reports on job progress/status on the assigned project

 

Structure Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead design (Basic and Detail) work for Structure design

- Has knowledge and skills of steel structural design using the software STAAD Pro

- Has knowledge and skills to review 3D models (PDS, PDMS and SP-3D) using the software such Navisworks

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and etc and perform technical bid evaluation

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for Structure (building) work

- Coordinates and instructs to Subcontractors for engineering issues with related engineers

- Perform trouble shooting relating to Structure (building) matters

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Accountable for the preparation of safe and efficient coordination of the Structure (building) construction

- Advise on the need to make changes to work plan and sequencing of activities to ensure the coordination of several discipline works included in the Structure (building) construction work

- Review the subcontractor’s shop drawings for Structure construction

- Understand Client’s requirements and perform consistent Design according to the project specificities and procedures

- Prepare reports on job progress/status on the assigned project

 

Instrument Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Knowledge, understanding and correct interpretation for instrument related technical specifications, drawings, code, and standards.

- Understands engineering, construction schedule, managing of subcontractors and subcontract documents.

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and perform technical bid evaluation. Engineering package including, but not limited to:

o Material Specification and required documents for inquiry

o Hook-up drawings

o Cable List & Drum Schedule

o JB Schedule

o Instrument Plot Plan

o Cable tray Layout

o Instrument Bill of Material, etc.

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for Instrument work

- Conducts Programming Check for Control Panel, Verification of Control Loops, Verification of Control Cable Terminations, Verification of Control System & Functional Check, other test, pre-commissioning and commissioning works with related engineers and supervisors as required.

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

Electrical Engineer

Technical Knowledge / Skills / Competencies:

- Experience to lead design (Basic and Detail) work for electrical design

- Experience to lead site electrical work

- Knowledge, understanding and correct interpretation for instrument related technical specifications, drawings, code, and standards.

- Understands engineering, construction schedule, managing of subcontractors and subcontract documents

Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

- Conduct engineering support for Owner’s project from any aspects

- Prepare engineering package for procurement and construction for plant modification, new facility and perform technical bid evaluation. Engineering package including, but not limited to:

o Material Specification and required documents for inquiry

o One Line Diagram

o Electrical Load List

o Cable list and Drum schedule

o JB schedule

o Cable tray out

- Electrical Bill of Material, etc.

- Review & conduct technical clarification regarding engineering document from other party (such as Vendor/Subcontractor)

- Work as site coordinator/supervisor for Electrical work

- Instructs and supervises the subcontractors and vendors to prepare as built documents after completion of the work

- Coordinates with all concerned management staff at site and subcontractors to ensure the project specified quality and performance
