An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.
A Human Resources Team is expanding and would like to hear from you. To support our expansion project, we are looking for highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the following position:
SPECIALIST MEDICAL SITE
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Manage and protect the reputation of the company.
• Understand the company's health benefits, insurance policies, and referral system.
• Reading procedures, flow process, and guidelines, including regulations & best practices, to ensure that clinic operations & site health programs meet the qualities of the COMPANY expectations
• Consistently meets or exceeds expectations for departmental standards related to Quality, Service Level, Call Goal, and other KPIs.
• Liaise with other departments and sections, including external parties, e.g., hospitals and insurance companies, to ensure the proper site referral system.
• Coordinate, supervise, monitor, and maintain ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on all steps of the referral process.
• Receive visiting employees/dependents and provide them with necessary assistance.
• Discuss with the referral patient by email, telephone, WhatsApp, face-to-face, or other applicable recognized media by the company and provide information.
• Provides information on the claim process, policy changes, benefits, and payment modes/methods
• Maintain strong clientele relationships with employees and dependents.
• Take calls from patients and in charge of offering necessary assistance to employees and dependents.
• Analyze employees' and dependents' complaints, communicate, escalate, and communicate.
• Record all conversations with patients, including details of inquiries or complaints (managing database) and action steps.
• Recommending any necessary adjustments and changes in all business flow processes, including procedures & guideline
• Keep accurate documentation, perform analysis (including maintaining the available database) & create a report for the medical advisor.
• Assist health advisor/manager in monitoring the quality aspects of a site referral program.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare such Nursing/public health, or related field or equivalent solid experience.
• Proven experience in a Hospital/Clinic setting or similar experience in managing & monitoring patient referral and health insurance for min 4 years; Have knowledge and experiences in Quality Management (quality control/quality assurance) of Hospital/ Public Health will be desirable;
• Understanding all Indonesia health regulations; have basic understanding of Healthcare management and Health insurance;
• Customer service oriented, ability to handle and pacify demanding customers; Have a good Practical communication skills – both verbal and non-verbal; A good listener with sound judgment; Friendly and professional demeanor - must always be friendly and willing to assist others; Must be punctual at all times and able to put in flexible working hours; Ability to cope in a fast-paced job environment; He/she must be able to analyze all situations and solve problems efficiently and critically; Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (Advance in data analysis & statistic management skills).
SPECIALIST BENEFIT – DATA COLLECTION & BILLING
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Monitor, control and coordinate related clinic operational related consumable and administration
• Avoid delays in the review and approval of invoices submitted by contractors
• Ensure that processes and reports reflect actual on-site conditions
• Oversee all processes related to medical service administration
• Facilitate smooth administration of billing and payments, ensuring reliable reports.
• Collect, validate, process, and store billing data provided by contractors for services and purchases, including cashless transactions, back charges, Engro, purchases, contracts, access cardax, quotations, and others
• Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly reports on invoices and billing
What skills and experience do you need?
• Experience in Medical Benefit operations and reporting in an international company is preferable
• Must have experience with a computer-based Medical Benefit system (prefer experience with SAP) and the use of MS Office programs (Master in excel, data calculation and Database Management);
• Possess leadership trait, good communication and interpersonal skills; has initiative; planning & organising skills; team player; client focus; good data analytical skill; conflict resolution; able to work under pressure are preferred character traits.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
SPECIALIST BENEFIT – INSURANCE ( Health Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan )
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Handle benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations accurately and promptly to the Insurance provider and BPJS Kesehatan.
• Assist employees with benefits-related issues and questions, providing excellent customer service
• Manage and process claims and invoices and resolve administrative problems with insurance providers.
• Conduct presentations, enrollments, and educational sessions to inform employees about their benefits.
• Evaluate benefits plans, programs, and policies to recommend changes and improvements.
• Perform regular audits of benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Ensure that all benefits programs comply with legal requirements.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Graduate from reputable university in Human Resources/ Management/ or relevant major
• At least 5-7 years of experience in handling compensation and benefit administration in mining/ construction industry, with last 3 years in similar role as Specialist Benefit - Insurance
• Understanding of Indonesian manpower related regulation; Good knowledge in INSURANCE ( Health Insurance, BPJS Kesehatan ); Certified on Compensation & Benefits program
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate (computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Database Management); Has data analytical skill will be desirable.
DATA ANALYST – HR SYSTEM
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Serve as the go-to expert for HRIS-related queries
• Prepare ad-hoc reports as needed for management and other stakeholders; Collaborates with internal and / or external stakeholders to understand business and HR requirements and develops routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards in line with these requirements.
• Compiles, sorts, and organizes data in preparation for subsequent analysis HR Data to generate reports
• Identifies and resolves any data quality issues by conducting both routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing
• Uses a range of business intelligence and data analysis tools to provide analysis and reports within a comparatively structured reporting framework
• Applies statistical and / or data visualization techniques
• Prepares and presents interpretation of findings to internal and / or external clients.
• Provide technical support and assist end users with SuccessFactors queries, such as forgotten passwords, leave requests, benefits approvals, etc.
• Work closely with HR other functions (Payroll, Salary Benefit, Recruitment, IR) to ensure data employees are well maintained, especially during payroll preparation.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role as Data Analyst – HR System, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in compiling, sorting, and organizing large datasets
• Proficiency in identifying and resolving data quality issues through routine and ad-hoc data cleaning and testing.
• Proficiency in using business intelligence and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, and BI platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Knowledge of applying statistical techniques and data visualization methods.
• Experience in developing routine and ad-hoc reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings and interpretations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to understand business and HR Operations requirements.
• Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate
