1. Manager - Commercial

 

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal or Engineering (Master Degree are Preferred), with a minimum 15 years of experiences in oil & gas commercial with a 5 years of experiences in Managerial level.

Work Location: Office Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Advanced understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry business process.

• Advanced understanding of contracting, developing agreements & commercial project management strategies.

• Advanced understanding and detailed knowledge of authorization processes and experience of dealing with and cooperating with SKK Migas, Pertamina Group, PLN Group, and regional-owned enterprises.

• Proven advanced negotiation skills in Crude and LPG sales, Gas marketing, and related commercial agreements.

• Advanced economic analytical skill

• In-depth knowledge of updated GOI Regulations.

• Proven record of strong leadership.

• Advanced strategic Decision-making skills.

• Good Computer skills: Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Outlook

• Advanced English proficiency.

2. Attorney

 

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Legal Graduate, with a minimum 5 – 7 years of experience as in-house lawyer in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) in Indonesia.

Work Location: Office Jakarta

Qualifications:

● Strong knowledge and advanced understanding of the legal framework of oil and gas operations both from regulatory, contractual, and business perspectives.

● In-depth knowledge of oil & gas business processes and applicable procedures.

● Strong lawyering skills including strong communication and negotiation skills.

● Having experience in handling Permit & Land Matters.

● Having Bar Certificate is preferred or having experience in handling litigation case(s).

● Having PTK 007 certification will be an advantage.

● Adherence to ethical and professional standards in the legal matter

● Excellent communication / strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively with colleagues and peers.

● Advanced English proficiency.

● Good computer skills which are relevant to support lawyering works (Word, Excel, Outlook, and other operating system in oil & gas organizations).

3. Engineer - Process

 

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Chemical Engineering Graduate from reputable university, with a minimum 5 Years of experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industries in related position.

Work Location: Office Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in applying process engineering standards and procedures in oil and gas industries.

• Excellent knowledge of engineering for oil and gas processing facilities

• Excellent knowledge of oil, gas, and LPG process modeling, design, and analysis for purposes of existing facilities problem solving, continuous improvement, and Brownfield or Greenfield development.

• Excellent knowledge/interfacing experience on/to related facilities engineering, disciplines (incl. subsurface engineering).

• Excellent knowledge of developing in written and presenting ideas, concepts, and project strategy including execution.

• Excellent knowledge of project planning and execution process.

• Excellent knowledge of oil and gas industry standard & business process.

• Excellent technical problem solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in Bahasa & English).

• Good computer skills: Ms. Office and others technical operating system (e.g. HYSIS, PIPESIM and Microsoft applications, and other software such as AutoCAD).

4. Engineer – Drilling Well Intervention Support

 

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Engineering graduate with a minimum 5 years of experiences in upstream Oil & Gas industries in related position

Work Location: Office Jakarta

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with well intervention planning

• Hands-on experience with well intervention practice

• Hands-on experience in applying drilling engineering standards and procedures in upstream oil and gas industries

• Hands-on experience in conducting well design and well intervention program.

• Excellent knowledge of applicable Oil & Gas industry standard procedure.

• Excellent understanding of the Oil and Gas Industry business process.

• Excellent technical problem solving skill

• Excellent Project management Skill

• Excellent Data analysis skill

• Excellent communication skills

• Good computer skills (Words, Excel, Outlook, and other applied Oil & Gas Operation System and drilling).

• English Literate.
