PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining and processing within the Martabe Gold Mine. Our operational area is situated in Province of North Sumatra, with overall management functions based in Jakarta.

In 2023 employing a workforce of over 3,000 employees and contractors. Over 99% of our workforce are Indonesian Citizens (WNI), with more than 70% locally recruited. The Martabe Gold Mine, situated in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, spans 657 hectares per December 2023 and commenced production on July 24, 2012. It boasts an annual capacity exceeding 6 million tonnes of ore, resulting in an annual output of over 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver.

All the operation activity is governed by a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) in collaboration with the Government of Indonesia, the mining area has evolved from the original 6,560 km2 in 1997 to its present refinement of 130,252 hectares (1,303 km2), encompassing the South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies. As of June 2023, the mineral resources totalled 6.2 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver.

PT Agincourt Resources is seeking a qualified individual to join our Community team to strengthen its capabilities and support the achievement of departmental goals.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – COMMUNITY

(GDP-CRD)

This role is based at the Martabe Site within the Community Department, reporting directly to the Superintendent of Community.

The Graduate Development Program – Community, in collaboration with the CRD team, is responsible for implementing the PPM program (including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities), conducting general or program-specific community needs assessments, engaging in all program-related community relations, and providing input on new program initiatives based on relevant educational knowledge.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in social Welfare Science, Social Development Science, Public Health, Development Economics, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, or Civil Engineering.

2. Indonesian citizen, bachelor’s degree candidates aged 18-25 years, or Master's/Postgraduate candidates aged 24-28 years.

3. A minimum GPA of 3.0.

4. Internship experience in a company or organization.

5. Active involvement in campus organizations or other relevant extracurricular activities during university.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – ENVIRONMENT

(GDP-ENV)

This position is based at the Martabe Site within the Environment Department and reports directly to the Supervisor of Data Management & Geographic Information System (GIS).

The Graduate Development Program – Environment aims to ensure the accurate entry of all environmental data collected by the department into both digital and hardcopy management systems, utilizing specialized database software, such as DataSight, for water quality monitoring data. Proper storage and efficient retrieval of this data is critical to facilitating internal and compliance reporting in line with PTAR’s environmental policies, ANDAL, RKL, and RPL requirements, relevant permits, and Indonesian and international regulations. This role will focus on developing and implementing secure, efficient data management systems for the department's monitoring data. Additionally, the position involves creating a departmental Geographical Information System (GIS) to allow for professional review and presentation of monitoring data to both internal and external stakeholders.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, GIS, or Chemistry.

2. Up to 3 years of experience in a similar role, or up to 5 years in general mining environmental management.

3. Indonesian citizen aged 18–25 for bachelor’s degree applicants or 24–28 for Master’s/Postgraduate applicants.

4. Minimum GPA of 3.0.

5. Preferably possess a Light Vehicle (LV) driver's license.

6. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – EXPLORATION GEOLOGY (GDP-EXP)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Exploration Department, reporting directly to the Junior Geologist – Exploration.

The Graduate Development Program – Exploration is designed to support geologists in various technical tasks, working under close supervision to gain practical experience.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Geology or Geological Engineering (from Indonesia).

2. Indonesian citizen aged 18-25 for bachelor’s degree holders, and 24-28 for Master’s/Postgraduate degree holders at the time of enrolment.

3. A minimum GPA of 3.0.

4. Proficiency in general computer software.

(GDP-HR)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Human Resources Department and will report directly to the Superintendent – Human Resources.

The Graduate Development Program – Human Resources will be responsible for performing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks across the Human Resources Department, including in Recruitment, Industrial Relations, and Compensation & Benefits.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Law or industrial engineering.

2. Preferably possess an HR Expertise Certification or a BNSP certificate in HR.

3. Maximum of 2 years of experience in HR; Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.

(GDP-MG)

This position is based at the Martabe Site within the Mine Geology Department and will report directly to the Geologist – Mine Geology

The Graduate Development Program – Mine Geology offers a hands-on opportunity to support geological development within the mining area and daily grade control activities. The selected candidate will assist in providing accurate geological field data for ore block design and will work closely with the geologist on various technical tasks, all under supervision.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. Bachelor's degree in Geology from an accredited university with a GPA > 3.0.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – MINING

(GDP-MIN01)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department and will report directly to the Engineer – Drill & Blast.

The role of the Graduate Development Program – Mining is to assist and support the Engineer – Drill & Blast in providing effective engineering control for drilling and blasting activities, as well as overseeing the supervision of the drilling and blasting contractor. The candidate will be responsible for developing drill and blast designs with the goal of ensuring statutory compliance and achieving blast results that optimize project costs. In addition, the role involves supporting drilling and blasting activities, along with OrePro3D modeling, particularly for the full implementation of OrePro3D across all ore and waste material operations.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (master’s degree preferred).

2. Indonesian citizen aged 18–25 for bachelor’s degree holders or 24–28 for Master’s/Postgraduate Degree holders at the time of enrolment.

3. A minimum GPA of 3.0.

4. Demonstrated knowledge of drill and blast engineering and hard rock mining operations.

5. Strong proficiency in Surpac, tie-up/in software, OrePro 3D, Split Desktop, Blast ware, or other equivalent drill and blast software packages.

(GDP-MIN02)

This position is based at the Martabe Site within the Mining Department and reports directly to the Engineer – Fleet Management System.

The responsibilities of the Graduate Development Program – Mining includes:

• Gaining in-depth knowledge of PTAR's Business Processes and providing data-driven solutions supported by the Fleet Management System.

• Managing mine production information and reporting systems on a shift-by-shift basis.

• Maintaining and updating the Fleet Management System in line with mining progress.

• Coordinating and overseeing production activities through the effective use of the Fleet Management System, ensuring alignment with operations to meet or exceed production and productivity targets.

• Analyzing and reporting reasons for non-compliance with operational targets or dispatch instructions by operators or supervisors, providing data-driven recommendations to the operations team for resolution.

• Upholding operational quality standards to implement Good Mining Practice (GMP) as part of operational excellence, utilizing the Fleet Management System as a core value.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications, experience and attributes:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering; a master’s degree in mining is preferred.
