We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Specialist Compliance
JOB ROLES
• Implement the whistle-blowing system as methods/ systems to detect irregularities/ violation of company policies and Government laws and regulations.
• Perform the implementation and compliance of Company code of conduct, anti-bribery and anti-corruption policy and procedures, business ethics, other Company policies in INPEX Indonesia, as well as government laws and regulations.
• Implement program of prevention measures such as compliance awareness/values/culture campaign including implementation and socialization initiatives and programs; monitor and evaluate work progress and provide solution on any emerging issues during implementation and socialization; in order to achieve optimum compliance culture.
• Support conduct of investigation on alleged irregularities/violation and applied confidential treatment during investigation process in line with Company policy and procedures and government laws and regulations.
• Improve compliance sustainability, performance monitoring, conduct continuous improvement on the detection and investigation to meet international standard and best practices, as well as continuous improvement program of compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any disciplines.
• 5 - 10 years of experiences with at least 2 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
2. Specialist Internal Audit
JOB ROLES
• Conduct audit of company organization and/or activities/ process/ system which include but not limited to related business process procedures, efficiency and effectiveness of the process, responsibility of each process, new activities/projects, etc.; Perform audit steps starting from preliminary work, audit fieldwork, prepare audit inquiry, draft/final report, completing working paper, until monitoring status of audit recommendation follow up; provide recommendations and solution of any issues in audit process; align audit execution to audit plan to ensure all organization and/or activities/ process/ system are in accordance with standard operating procedure, company policy, rules & regulations.
• Identify and define alleged irregularities based on audit finding, review and analyze type of irregularities and conduct further audit to find out the root cause of irregularities, provide recommendation to inform related department for corrective action; find out the root cause and hand over the identified violation for further investigation to Compliance Section.
• Appraise the use of company’s resources in each process and organization of Company activities, safeguard company assets from various types of losses, and identify opportunities to improve operating performance; develop and propose internal control system improvement related to organization and activities/ process/ system and audit methods based on national and international standards
• Discuss with auditee on audit findings to be reported to INPEX Management; monitor necessary corrective action on audit findings; develop and submit audit reports; and ensure audit reports development meet Company Audit policy and procedures.
• Recommend improvement to audit process and revise audit procedures. Work independently with some guidance, priority, and schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any disciplines.
• 2 - 10 years’ experience with at least 2 years related to Oil & Gas industry (preferable) / Accounting Firm / Mining Industry.
3. Lead People Development
JOB ROLES
• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target;
• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan;
• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning;
• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan;
• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards;
• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
A minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum of 3 years experiences in oil & gas industry.
4. Senior Specialist Studies & Organization Development
JOB ROLES
• Develop Organization Design and Development (RPTK), including analyzing, reviewing and giving recommendation on strategic issues related to Organization Design and Development and its approval process (SKK Migas, & Manpower Minister).
• Analyze Organizational issue & Organization Effectiveness and provide recommendation on action item and implementation of Organization Effective Program.
• Develop and maintain updated Job Administration which covers Job Description, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation; including giving expertise advice on strategic issues related to Job Administration.
• Organize, monitor and improve the implementation of KPI establishment, Employee Performance Management System (EPMS),
• and Strategy Deployment process.
• Organize Employee Promotion activities and provide summary and analysis of Employee Promotion Proposal.
• Develop, monitor and improve the implementation of Career Development Management; design improvement of Career Development Management system policy & procedure.
• Develop, monitor, and improve the implementation of employee Competency Management.
• Develop, monitor, and improve Organization Development administration, system, database and reporting.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Tertiary degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years experiences.
• Experience in Human Resources in Oil/Gas industries is preferred.
• Advance Skills in Ms. Office application (Excel, Power Point, etc.).
5. Specialist Industrial Relation
JOB ROLES
• Review, analyze and monitor Indonesian law and regulations related to manpower, Tokyo Head Quarters guidelines, INPEX Masela planning and strategy and current HR guidelines, act as person in charge in handling industrial relations matter in order to achieve harmonious industrial peace;
• Coordinate to prepare draft of Company regulations to be discussed by assigned Parties; monitor the team in developing and updating HR policy and procedures and monitor Company Regulations and HR guidelines socialization including its implementation; provide suggestion on Company Regulations interpretation to related departments; in order to ensure availability of Company Regulations and HR policy and procedures within the timeframe as well as their socialization and implementation;
• Develop and review to identify and address industrial relations issues within the organization and manage all activities directed at resolving issues; analyze and interpret bargaining trends and issues, as well as employment standard, regulations and laws in order to understand how this impact the organization and adapt employee relations practices as appropriate;
• Analyze turnover level and related issues, monitor and review company competitiveness in attracting and retaining high potential employees and other things that impact on company turnovers; conduct exit interview; to provide information of employee resigning reasons as feedback to Management in determining Company bargaining positions;
• Prepare draft of employment agreement for new employees to be inline with Company policies including the content update related to employee agreement matter.
• Prepare, arrange, and monitor process of exit clearance in cooperation with other related departments (such as Finance, IMT, and other HR sections); Coordinate with other departments to ensure rights and obligations of the employees are fulfilled. Register termination case (mutual agreement) to related Government Institution.
• Arrange process of “Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan” to Local Government Institution;
• Prepare required documents and liaise with Local Government for Inspection process;
• Handle and manage implementation of manpower supply and coordinate with Third Party Contractor company in order to ensure the compliance of Company and Government rules and regulations; Conduct manpower supply tender process; Review manpower supply contract in order to ensure the contract is valid and the implementation in line with the contract and comply with Government laws and regulations;
• Review and improve Business Process/ Standard/ Procedure/ Guideline related to Industrial Relations program.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experiences and having experience in handling Industrial Relations. Having experiences in Oil & Gas industry is preferred.
6. Specialist Project Contract & Procurement Coordination
JOB ROLES
• In coordination with Project Procurement Team, assist in Prequalification Document package and Tender Plan package which will be submitted to SKK Migas, submit such document package to SKK Migas and lead the discussion with SKK Migas to obtain approval;
• Monitor process of market survey, prequalification and tender process for goods and services in compliance with prevailing procedure and regulation and conduct negotiation to seek best technical and commercial proposal favorable to Company;
• Monitor process of Contract Award and Post Contract Award as well as provide support in procurement reporting, contract close out and audit response;
• In coordination with Project Contract Team regarding technical queries and clarifications from Contractor and to negotiate with Contractors for change of scope during Contract implementation; to support SCM team in discussing with SKK Migas on contract, procurement and local content matters; Manage and monitor contractual implementation and post contract requirements including preparation of amendment and variation order, contract close out that is stored in well managed filing system;
• Provide support to the Project team in monitoring Contract implementation after Contract Award including delivery of goods and services and prepare Contract Amendment and/or Variation Order documents as deem necessary;
• Provide expertise and support to SCM Department in managing and undertaking strategic and tactical activities such development of SCM procedures, guidelines, reports, promote safety and zero incident, local content target and achievement, National Capacity Building, vendor database and performance, discussion and maintain good relation with SKK Migas, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experiences in Oil & Gas Company (PSC).
7. Senior Counsel Contracts
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts");
• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective;
• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable;
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same;
• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees;
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure;
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Contracts and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in law. Master’s or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience on Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
8. Senior Engineer Mud
JOB ROLES
• Progress detailed drilling (WBM and SBM) and completion fluids engineering studies during FEED phase, including formation damage and return permeability studies.
• Review, analyze and recommend standards, plans and targets for well fluids during drilling and completion activities.
• Assist in MODU selection by specifying drilling fluid storage, mixing and handling specifications including drilling cuttings disposal (0% TPH).
• Provide input in the selection and operation of supply vessels specific to the management and transportation of bulk materials and fluids.
• Study and prepare draft fluid programs and disposal plans (0% TPH) for drilling and completion fluid, in line with Local laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, environmental plans, INPEX standards and manuals and industry practice.
• Support drilling team with engineering and operational input into cement design, handling, storage and cement job planning.
• Prepare technical requirements (specifications and scope of work) for drilling and completions fluids service contracts and recommend contract and procurement strategy. This is to include solids control equipment, filtration equipment, laboratory services, Liquid Mud Plant (LMP)/Bulk Storage Plant (BSP), well bore clean up services, etc.
• Progress regulatory compliance process and permits related to drilling and completions fluids service contracts in line with project schedule.
• Estimate the drilling and completion fluids, materials, disposal volumes and chemical stock requirements for all drilling and completion activities (including batch drilling and completion operations) and provide input into logistic and supply chain plans for drilling and completion fluids.
• Prepare drilling and completion fluid and services cost estimates and prepare input into work program and budget /AFEs to secure required budgets.
• Support the SCM tendering process and post award of drilling and completions fluids service contracts, manage the service providers in accordance with the service contracts.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• 15 years of experience in Drilling and Completion Fluids Engineering and Operational experience in the Oil & Gas Industry is preferable.
