OFFSHORE METHODS MARINE ENGINEER

Job Descriptions: 

• Perform all necessary preparation for vessel mobilization for well slot relocation work for BP Tangguh TEP Offshore

• Coordinate with vessel owner and BP marine GOO

• Develop mooring installation procedure and all other marina vessel operation procedure

• Develop bridging document between BP GPO document and requirement from GOO

• Develop other T&I document as requested by PMT

• Experience in method engineering and project coordination, with offshore and site inspection experience preferred.

• Oversee project programs to ensure they meet plans, designs, and specifications.

• Maintain an organized filing system and manage document reviews and distribution.

• Monitor work progress, review procedures and reports, and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

• Work with the technical team on vessels, support installation teams, and advise on technical matters.

• Conduct onshore inspections to ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.

• Experience in method engineering and project coordination, with offshore and site inspection experience preferred.

• Strong skills in interpreting technical designs and managing projects.

• Good communication skills for liaising with clients and teams.

• Organizational skills to manage documentation and tasks efficiently.

• Experience in offshore and onshore operations is a plus.Has knowledge on the offshore construction vessel including vessel preparation

• Understand international code and standard related for marine vessel operation (DNG GL, etc)

• Understand Teluk Bintuni Characteristic

PIPELINE PRECOMM ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Develop Pipeline pre commissioning procedure for dewatering, drying and N2 packing

• Prepare equipment mobilization, function test and other necessary equipment preparation

• Interface with subcontractor and company contractor

• Develop technical documentation related to hydrotesting and precommissioning activities as specified by project or bid requirements.

• Create and manage the operational schedule for hydrotesting and precommissioning operations in coordination with other function engineers.

• Perform calculations and verifications to select the appropriate materials, consumables, and equipment for hydrotesting and precommissioning.

• Design and oversee the fabrication of temporary items required for hydrotesting and precommissioning operations.

• Evaluate technical and commercial proposals from hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractors, issuing relevant technical bid evaluations (TBEs) to the procurement department for final selection.

• Supervise the hydrotesting and precommissioning subcontractor during both the engineering and execution phases of the project.

• Monitor hydrotesting and precommissioning activities on-site for both onshore and offshore pipeline projects.

Requirements:

• Has knowledge of offshore and onshore pipeline pre commissioning work

• Has knowledge of pipeline dewatering and N2 Packing

• Has experience for working at brownfield

• Has good knowledge on the pipeline pre commissioning equipment

• Relevant experience in hydrotesting and precommissioning or a similar field.

• Strong understanding of technical documentation and operational scheduling.

• Proficient in performing material, consumable, and equipment calculations and verifications.

• Experience in designing temporary items and overseeing fabrication processes.

• Ability to evaluate technical and commercial proposals and manage procurement processes.

• Skilled in attending meetings and discussing technical aspects with clients and internal teams.

• Capable of supervising subcontractors and following up on-site activities.

• Willingness to work in both onshore and offshore environments

 

LIFTING ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Develop lifting plan for brownfield activities

• Get approval of lifting plan form client lifting authority

• Develop other T&I documents as requested by PMT

• Report to the Offshore Method Lead and support project engineering efforts.

• Determine and procure necessary materials and services for engineering tasks, within the allocated budget.

• Approve technical designs required for client deliverables and construction.

• Notify the Project Manager and direct responsible of any issues with engineering areas.

• Perform engineering verifications and calculations necessary for methodology implementation.

• Supervise and validate the drafting of methodologies and document all activities in a clear manual.

• Provide operational staff with essential data through reports, manuals, and drawings.

• Follow up on offshore or construction site activities as required by the project.

• Participate in offshore activities as a field engineer when needed, both in yards and during vessel operations.

• Verify equipment and materials to ensure quality and compliance

• Develop work pack

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 10 years experience in method engineering and project coordination with offshore background.

• Certified with minimum LEEA level 1

• Experience with offshore (mandatory) and onshore operations is a plus.

• Strong skills in technical problem-solving and decision-making.

• Experience in drafting and verifying technical specifications and methodologies.

• Good communication skills for working with clients and project teams.

• Organizational skills to manage and document engineering tasks effectively.

• Has Knowledge of offshore lifting, from vessel or from fixed facilities

• Understand international code and standard related to lifting operation

ENVIRONMENTAL LEAD

A. REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

1. Minimum 10 years working experience in Environmental Lead and/ or Engineer, with minimum 5 years extensive field experience in Environmental Lead and/ or Engineer at oil and gas sector (EPCI offshore experience preferable)

2. Must be Indonesian citizen with excellent knowledge in AMDAL, applicable environmental regulation, international standards, industrial practices, and regulations.

3. Previous experience in conducting and leading internal environmental audit, and development and implementation of Environmental Management Plan is an advantage.

4. Formal training in general environmental management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System, NEBOSH Environmental Management and National Competency Certification is an advantage.

5. Good in English, both in oral and written

B. BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Provide technical advice on environmental aspects applicable to all phases of operations.

2. Ensure the implementation of the Environmental Management System (EMS) at site in compliance with Company and Project Requirements, and applicable environmental regulation.

3. Develop specific environmental plans/procedures and monitor implementation.

4. Establishing an environmental monitoring and audit program applicable to all phases of operations.

5. Ensure, together with the relevant technical functions, the implementation of Project strategies for GHGs/ Climate change, energy management at site.

QUALITY TRANSFORMATION ENGINEER

Job Descriptions: 

• Act as the primary assurance authority within the Project Quality team.

• Coordinate and follow up on QTP initiatives across all disciplines.

• Familiarity with ISO standards:

- ISO 9000, ISO 9001 (QMS), ISO 10005 (Quality Planning), ISO 19011 (Auditing Management Systems), ISO 10006 (Quality Management in Projects), ISO 10474 (Inspection Documents)

• Formal qualification in QMS auditing and completed Lead QMS Auditor course.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Power BI or similar tools.

• Extensive knowledge of relevant codes and standards (DNV, ISO 9000 series, ASTM, NORSOK, API, ANSI, ASME, NACE, AWS).

• Significant experience in fabrication and construction, including materials management, welding, NDT, and coatings.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

3D CAD ADMINISTRATOR (S3D)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / WORKING SKILLS / QUALIFICATION / CERTIFICATION

1. Minimum 5 years or at least 2 big EPCI project experiences, set-up and maintaining 3D Model administration.

2. Mastering knowledge in S3D Administration, anyhow literacy in AVEVA E3D/PDMS Administration is beneficial.

3. Expert in 2D CAD system (AutoCAD)

4. Literacy in System / Server Database

5. Having good command of English

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

1. Set-up of 3D Modelling and Review tools and support the activities of 3D model specialists

2. Prepare and update component libraries collecting necessary component dimensions and data

3. Set-up of 3D model for data import and export

4. Collaborate with ICT function in the management of the activities relevant to 3D model software system

5. Analyze, within his area of responsibility, criticalities in 3D Model development and propose recovery actions.

6. Set up of tools for 2D drawing issue and data extraction (neutral / b-file setup), including piping isometric drawings and MTOs.

7. Ensure standardization on 2D drawing settings and 3D model elements.
