1. Project Control

 Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Having at least 2 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries

• Able to Operate Ms Project

• Proficient in using Ms. Excel

• Communication skills, negotiation, problem solving, work planning, data processing.

• Willing to be placed on site if needed

 

2. Project Engineer Process

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering

• Having at least 3 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries

• Able to read PFD, HMB & P&ID, analyze operating parameters

• Able to perform simple calculations related to process data and N2 purging

• Able to operate Hysys Software and etc

 

3. Project Engineer Electrical

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical

• Having at least 2 - 3 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries

• Able to operate computer programs, at least Ms Office & can use electrical engineering software is an added value

• Good knowledge in design work on Electrical, MCC & Switchgear, transformer, Generator, Single line diagram & Wiring diagram, Elelctrical Power Sizing & Calculation.

 

4. Senior Electrical Engineer

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical

• Having at least 5 - 8 years of experience in Plant service (Operation, maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of process both in the oil & gas industry & other industries

• Able to operate computer programs, at least Ms Office & can use electrical engineering software is an added value

• Good knowledge in design work on Electrical, MCC & Switchgear, transformer, Generator, Single line diagram & Wiring diagram, Elelctrical Power Sizing & Calculation.

 

5. Project Engineer Mechanical

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical 

• Understand the process of executing plant service product work

• Having at least 3-5 years of experience in Plant service ( Operation, Maintenance, Turn Around) & Engineering Procurement & construction project activities in the field of Mechanical both in the oil & gas industry & other industries

• Able to operate computer programs, at least Microsoft Office & able to use Mechanical software (PV Elite, etc) is a plus

• Have an understanding of rotating and static equipment parts

• Able to read GA drawings of Mechanical equipment

 

6. Contract Engineer

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• Have at least 10 (ten) years of experience as a contract engineer, with at least 5 (five) years in the oil and gas industry.

• Have extensive knowledge in multidisciplinary engineering, a good understanding of various types & scope of projects, and preferably excellent English language skills in communicating both verbally and in writing.

• Have strong inter-personal skills and good communication skills regarding the procurement of structural, mechanical, electrical and control materials and equipment for large oil and gas development projects.

• Experience in the use of computer programs applicable in procurement control on construction projects and analysis of bids.

• Based on experience, can be seen to be able to manage contracts such as reviewing, administering and/or negotiating contract drafts as well as being a contract troubleshooter.

• Understand PTK-007 and extensive experience and work abilities at the I K3S contractor and has experience carrying out work on projects in the oil and gas industry.

 

7. Commissioning Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• Have at least 10 (ten) years of experience in executing activities

pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in the oil and gas industry.

• Have good technical, communication and supervisory skills.

• Have the ability to have a proactive approach to decision making and organizational capabilities in an environment that demands technical capabilities.

• Have knowledge and understanding of PFD and P&ID, skills for effective and efficient commissioning engineering practices.

• Have a good understanding of applicable codes, standards and specifications.

• Have interpersonal skills. good planning and scheduling as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.

 

8. HSE Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of 3 (three) Diploma degrees with at least 10 (ten) years of work experience in the construction industry of at least 5 (five) years in onshore/offshore oil and gas installation facilities including at least 3 (three) years of experience as a Project HSE Supervisor.

• Preferably those who have received formal training in onshore/offshore construction safety management, accident monitoring and prevention as well as the use of basic fire extinguishing equipment, portable gas explosion detection meters, portable oxygen content meters, portable hydrogen sulfide (H2S) detection meters and auxiliary equipment independent breathing (ABPM).

• Have experience as a Project HSE Supervisor on at least 1 (one) previous project which is basically similar in scope as regulated in the contract.

• Have good written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and have superior planning and organizational skills.

• Demonstrate experience and ability to become a safety leader.

• Based on experience, it can be seen that they are able to monitor each activity based on safety aspects.

 

9. Process Safety Engineer

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with at least five (5) years of experience in the design and construction of oil and gas production facilities.

• At least 10 (ten) years of process design experience process safety review/

HAZOP/PHA works / simulation experience, compression and gas processing systems, flow pipe hydraulics, preparation of PFD, UFO, P&ID / SAFE charts I utility studies including Flare & Blow Down, etc.

• Have a working knowledge of the codes and standards :

i. American Petroleum  Institute (API),

ii. American National Standards Institute (ANSI),

iii. Instrument Society of American (ISA),

iv. American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), and

v. National Association of Corrosion  Engineers (NACE).

 

10. Senior Project Engineer

Qualifications:

• Have a minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering

• Have at least 10 (ten) years of experience working as a Project Engineer, with at least 5 (five) years of experience managing onshore/offshore facilities and/or construction and/or installation and/or fabrication.

• Have working knowledge of project planning & control of industrial practices

applicable and have extensive experience and work abilities in I K3S contractors, preferably have experience for Engineering, Procurement & Construction {EPC) and/or Detail Engineering Design (DED) pipeline projects in the oil and gas industry, working on projects with a project value > 100 MM US$ is an added value.

• Have good written and verbal interpersonal communication skills and have superior planning and organizational skills.
