8. Planning & Scheduling (Coordinator / Lead / Engineer)

9. Project Control Engineer

10. Subcontracting Engineer

 

1. Project/Deputy Manager

Qualification:

• Familiar with EPC project Type in various project scale

• Having experiences for cost estimating of equipment supply, installation, and manpower planning for project execution

• Well known for the risk contingency for project execution, other cost, and the Tax

• Having knowledge how to handle the Master List facility including Import Duty and customs clearance based on Incoterm

• Experience to coordinate the discipline engineer to product his delivery

• Have good endurance to handle several Proposal in parallelly

• Taft and detail follow-up the ITB requirement

• Humble to communicate with his subordinate

 

2. Engineering Manager

Qualification:

• Familiar with EPC project Type

• Having experiences in various project scale and service such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Experience how to handle the proposal book based on the ITB requirement

• Experience to coordinate the discipline engineer to product his delivery

• Have good endurance to handle several Proposal in parallelly

• Accuracy and detail to follow-up the ITB requirement

• Humble to communicate with his subordinate

 

3. Project Control Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having minimum 10 years of project controls experience

• Familiar with EPC project Type

• Having experiences in various project scale and service such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.

• IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

• Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills.

 

4. Field Control Manager

Qualification:

• Having 5 - 10 years experiences as a Field Control Manager

• Proficient in Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project)

• Experiences with Schedule, Progress, & Reporting

• Having knowledge about Controlling, Monitoring, and Analysis at Site Project

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Teamwork, good communication and coordination

• Self-Learning, Quick Learning

 

5. Construction Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Civil Engineering

• Having 3-5 years Experiences as Construction Manager

• Able to develop detail schedule, control, & monitoring progress, comply with HSE & QC

• Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

• Well Understood with Construction Civil drawing and specification

• Good attitude, honest, positive thinking, hard work, proactive

 

6. QC Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having 5-10 years Experiences as QC Coordinator

• Familiar with code / standard in Quality Control (ASTM, ACI, ASME, & SNI)

• Able to develop detail schedule, control, & monitoring progress, comply with HSE & QC requirement

• Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

• Well Understood with Construction Civil drawing and specification

• Good attitude, honest, positive thinking, hard work, proactive

 

7. Insulation Superintendent (Construction)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Painting Insulation Engineering

• Having 3 - 5 Years experiences in Painting Insulation work

• Experiences in Piping, Painting, Insulation, Refactory, Scaffolding work for Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Capable to plan, monitor, control, recify the work progress

• Familiar with international code & standard

• Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

• Well Understood with Construction drawing and specification

• Good attitude, honest, positive thinking, hard work, proactive

 

8. Planning & Scheduling (Coordinator / Lead / Engineer)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering

• Having Experiences in develop schedule, update and analyze project schedule status

• Capable to Develop Progress Plan, Measurement Procedure, monitoring, expedite & calculate EPC progress achievement

• Understanding project scope, identify the change, provide weekly & monthly report

• Capable to operate MS Office especially Excel (advance) and PowerBI as advantage

• Team Work, good communication and coordination

 

9. Project Control Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having 3 - 5 years experiences in Proposal Stage and Construction Phase

• Proficient in Computer Skill of Ms Office, Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project) & Power BI.

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Hard work, good communication and leadership.

 

10. Subcontracting Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having 3 - 5 years experiences in Subcontracting activities

• Familiar with contract Agreement, prepare inquiry document, negotiate and analytes claim & back charges

• Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Hard work, good communication and leadership
