1. LNG Sales (Third Party Contractor)

Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Purpose:

Responsible for the commercial management and optimization of LNG sales agreement with the buyer. This includes from negotiating of LNG agreements/contracts and supporting agreements up to monitoring the implementation of the contract, managing stakeholder relationships, analyzing market data, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Negotiate terms/clauses in the agreements with the potential LNG buyers, and other related support, monitor, and implement the agreements.

• Optimize LNG capacity utilization and revenue generation.

• Conduct market analysis to understand supply, demand, and pricing trends in the gas market.

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance the company’s market position and profitability.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, regulatory bodies and industry partners.

• Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.

• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on potential impacts.

• Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with pipeline operations and commercial activities.

• Develop and implement risk mitigation plans.

• Shall comply with all Company HSSE Policy, Standards, and Procedures.

• Demonstrate HSSE commitment in any activities.

• Responsible for working safely and environmentally manners.

Qualifications include but are not limited to the following:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

• Having 5 – 10 years of working experience in LNG sales with a focus on its operations and commercial agreements.

• Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment and industry standards.

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving.

• Strong communication and networking with stakeholders such as Government (SKK Migas, Dirjen Migas, etc).

• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

• Effective communication skills in English (oral and written).

• Position is for Indonesian National only.

2. Pipeline Gas Sales (Third Party Contractor)

3. Senior Reservoir Engineer (Third Party Contractor)

Jakarta, Indonesia

Role Purpose:

Provide Reservoir Engineering evaluation of deep-water block prospects and/or potential opportunities in the surrounding area, covering resource estimation, well-test design, and analysis, support post-well study, and stakeholder engagement. The engineer might supervise the reservoir engineering data acquisition on exploration and appraisal well(s) on-site.

Responsibilities include but not limited:

• Perform deep-water prospects evaluation to estimate the volume of the recoverable resources.

• Design well tests for exploration and appraisal wells, including the post-well test evaluation.

• In collaboration with other functions to ensure the agreed well-test design/program is implemented.

• Collaboration with relevant functions to develop a conceptual development model.

• (Possible) onsite supervision for the reservoir data acquisition during DST operations.

• Support the post-well study.

• Engagement with relevant stakeholders to obtain program approval.

Qualifications include but not limited:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum/Reservoir/Chemical/Mechanical). A master’s degree in Reservoir/Petroleum Engineering is advantageous.

• Minimum eight (8) years of reservoir engineering experience in the oil and gas industry.

• Skilled user of reservoir engineering software such as Eclipse E100/300, Petrel RE, MBAL, Prosper, GAP, and Kappa Saphir.

• Having experience in operational well test and reservoir data acquisition and fluid characterization are added value.

• Ability to work well in a team, combined with flexibility and adaptability are essential.

• Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating between drilling, well-testing personnel, service providers, and subsurface teams.

• Excellent reporting and communication skills and an ability to express ideas and instructions clearly, both orally and in writing, are also essential.

• Comply with Local Regulators and Mubadala Energy requirements of health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.

• Position is for Indonesian National only.
