Position Title           :     SCM / Logistic Manager

Location                    :     Jakarta – Indonesia

Reports to                 :     General Manager

Summary of Role:

  •  Plan, direct, and oversee the management of Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM), including the procurement of goods and services, vendor performance evaluation, and compliance with all necessary permits and regulations. Ensure that all company needs for goods and services are met accurately, on time, and in accordance with company and government regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, and oversee the procurement of services to ensure the operations comply with company regulations and Good Corporate Governance (GCG), while also supporting the timely and accurate availability of service providers as per user requirements.
  • Manages and coordinates matters related to procurement/purchasing, tenders, and contract preparation according to PTK 007.
  • Direct and oversee the procurement of goods to ensure that operations comply with company regulations and GCG, while also supporting the timely and accurate availability of goods as per user requirements.
  • Direct and oversee the evaluation of vendor/contractor performance to ensure that current, accurate, and appropriate data and follow-up actions are available based on the vendor/contractor's performance.
  • Direct and oversee the management of permits and compliance related to the procurement of goods, services, and asset management to ensure that all required documents are fulfilled in accordance with the applicable requirements, and that necessary permits and compliance are achieved as mandated by the government.
  • Implement HSSE regulations within the area of responsibility to minimize potential risks and ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
  •  Conduct training, mentoring, and development of subordinates within the area of responsibility to enhance their skills and capabilities, enabling them to perform their tasks more effectively and efficiently within the organization.

Qualifications

  • University Degree in Law / Business Administration or related subject.
  • Minimum (15) years experience working in procurement field or other related supply chain area.
  • Understanding of Indonesia Procurement regulations

 

Position Title           :     Sr. Reservoir Engineer

Location                    :     Jakarta - Indonesia        

Reports to                 :     Subsurface Manager

Summary of Role:

  • Planning, conduct studies and technical evaluation on well data to perform simulation, analysis, and well testing to identify well characteristic, predict reserves and well production profile in the future to provide recommendation of development program and workover which support optimalization to achieve production target, improve engineer competencies and zero fatalities in gas production

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct simulation based on reservoir engineering practices and simulation techniques such as matrix solution methods, numerical analysis, vectorization, finite element/difference analysis, parallel processing, etc to identify well characteristic, predict well reserves, well drain, and well production in the future
  • Conduct risk analysis to predict engineering factors and geosciences that influence on recovery factor in effort to production optimalization and increase profit
  • Design well testing, perform and evaluate well test analysis based on design principles and test analysis using well data to evaluate performance and well characteristic such as skin factor, permeability, wellbore storage and productivity index (Pressure Transient Analysis)
  • Perform decline curve analysis and material balance to identify problem occurred in the well and predict performance and well age based on production data
  • Prepare and update database relate to reservoir function to ensure the availability of accurate data for the latest well condition
  • Run and develop reservoir project and conduct risk mitigation and project complexity medium scale to ensure project run on target, on time, on budget according to strategy and field development plan that has been set.
  • Conduct coaching and mentoring to youth engineer for sharing knowledge and improve technical competencies

Qualifications

  • Minimum S1 Degree in Petroleum Engineering
  • At least ten (10) years comprehensive experience of reservoir optimizing engineering, well testing design and analysis, reservoir simulation, development studies, and economics or Master Degree with minimum 6 years working experience in reservoir/production, preferably gas reservoir
  • At least 3 years work at Sr. Reservoir Engineer level
  • Familiar with simulation software (eclipse/cmg); Petex Suite software (mbal/gap) and kappa saphire

 

Position Title           :     Drilling Engineer

Location                    :     Jakarta - Indonesia        

Reports to                 :     Operation Manager

Summary of Role:

Planning, designing and engineering drilling and workover operations in order to achieve technical objectives in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare drilling program, drilling budget (AFE), drilling project summary, drilling time estimation.
  • Perform drilling engineering analysis including trajectory, torque & drag, hydraulics, hole cleaning, well path, anti-collision management, casing & tubing design, kick tolerance, well control, drilling fluid and cementing.
  • Prepare the drilling plan and support its execution, provide engineering advice, and update well design and execution.
  • Assist tender process and contracts preparation; providing technical input and evaluation, inspecting drilling rig.
  • Assist & supervise the drilling (vertical, directional & horizontal well) / Work Over / Well Service operation; to achieve drilling target within time & within budget.
  • Assist rig site operation for specific jobs and undertake fieldwork as directed by Drilling Manager.
  • Coordinate & report drilling activity to government representative.
  • Prepare Final Well report & Close Out report.
  • Prepare Drilling and Work Over for WP&B preparation & monitoring.
  • Assist cost control monitoring and engineering reporting procedures.
  • As the company representative in a drilling or workover campaign.
  • Support the HSEQ department in preparing the environmental studies and obtaining the necessary authorization.

Qualifications:

  • Indonesian citizen.
  • Minimum S1 Degree in Petroleum Engineering
  • Excellent in English skills, oral and written.
  • At least five (5) years comprehensive experience of work over, well stimulation technology/ operations
  • Highly motivated, initiative, strong personality, capable of working independently with limited resources within tight time constraints.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals.

 

Position Title           :     HR & Relations Specialist

Location                    :     Jakarta - Indonesia        

Reports to                 :     Business Support Manager

Summary of Role:

Assist Business Support Manager in handling expatriates formalities and national employees’ Relation matters including preparing personnel reports for SKKMIGAS and other Government Offices.  Creating analysts who provide a deeper understanding to the company regarding regulations or information from stakeholders to anticipate and adapt to potential change that will eventually occur including for budgeting and monitoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and obtains permits for expatriates, personnel with formalities agent, SKKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower, Immigration and other Government Offices.
  • Counter checks invoices related to administration responsibilites including approval on employees medical/expense report, payroll etc for the payment by Finance Dept.
  • Assists management with establish of Manpower plan acording to company programme every two (2) years with coordination of SKKMIGAS and MIGAS for furhter legalization by Manpower Dept.
  • Ensures that all personnel matters are implemented in accordance with Company, SKKMIGAS and government regulations. Advise management where changes appear desirable.
  • Maintains a good businees relationship with government agencies personnel such as SKKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower dept. and other oil companies HR admnistrators for the smoothness of HR matter handling.
  • Monitor legislative and regulatory activities at the regency, province, and central government levels, and provide timely updates to Business Support Manager.
  • Coordinate with field team for PPM ( CSR ) Strategies.
  • Prepares monthly / quarterly / six monthly Personnel Reports for SKKMIGAS, Migas and Manpower Department as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 8 years experience in HR and relations in Oil and Gas Industry
  • Experienced in full spectrum of HR and Relations
  • Having well established business relationship with government agencies such as SKKMIGAS, MIGAS, Manpower Department and other PSCs
