1. Project/Deputy Manager

Qualification:

• Familiar with EPC project Type in various project scale

• Having experiences for cost estimating of equipment supply, installation, and manpower planning for project execution

• Well known for the risk contingency for project execution, other cost, and the Tax

• Having knowledge how to handle the Master List facility including Import Duty and customs clearance based on Incoterm

• Experience to coordinate the discipline engineer to product his delivery

• Have good endurance to handle several Proposal in parallelly

• Taft and detail follow-up the ITB requirement

• Humble to communicate with his subordinate

 

2. Engineering Manager

Qualification:

• Familiar with EPC project Type

• Having experiences in various project scale and service such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Experience how to handle the proposal book based on the ITB requirement

• Experience to coordinate the discipline engineer to product his delivery

• Have good endurance to handle several Proposal in parallelly

• Accuracy and detail to follow-up the ITB requirement

• Humble to communicate with his subordinate

 

3. Project Control Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having minimum 10 years of project controls experience

• Familiar with EPC project Type

• Having experiences in various project scale and service such as Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Fertilizer and Power Plant

• Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project.

• IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.

• Fluency in English with strong written and oral communication skills.

 

4. Field Control Manager

Qualification:

• Having 5 - 10 years experiences as a Field Control Manager

• Proficient in Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project)

• Experiences with Schedule, Progress, & Reporting

• Having knowledge about Controlling, Monitoring, and Analysis at Site Project

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Teamwork, good communication and coordination

• Self-Learning, Quick Learning

 

5. General Superintendent (Construction)

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

• Having 3 - 5 Years experience in General Superintendent activities

• Experiences with planning, monitor, and evaluate and rectify progress achievement

• Able to communicate and interface with Subcontractor, Owner, and Local Community

• Well Understood with Construction drawing and specification

• Good attitude, honest, positive thinking, hard work, proactive

 

6. Mechanical Superintendent

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Mechanical Engineering

• Having 3-5 years Experiences in Mechanical Work

• Experience as Superintendent for Mechanical Work, especially Oil & Gas for EPC Plant

• Able to develop detail schedule and planning for Mechanical work

• Well understood with Mechanical work sequence, specification, technical clarification, CMS/PMS with puling target and monitoring

 

7. ELINS Superintendent

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering

• Having 3-5 years Experiences in Electrical Instrument Work

• Experience as Superintendent for Electrical and Instrument Work, especially Oil & Gas for EPC Plant

• Able to develop detail schedule and planning for Electrical and Instrument work

• Well understood with Elins work sequence, specification, technical clarification, CMS/PMS with puling target and monitoring

 

8. Senior Construction Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent.in Engineering

• Having experience in Construction Coordinator / Manager 5-10 Years.

• Understand manpower & Construction equipment plan, work schedule.

• PMS, CMS, Subcontracting, Progress Control, STO, Proposal stage, etc.

• English Proficiency, communication & interface skill with team.

• Computer skills of Microsoft Office, Power Point, Scheduled Software, etc.

 

9. Field Control Engineer

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent in Engineering

• Having 3 - 5 years experiences in Proposal Stage and Construction Phase

• Proficient in Computer Skill of Ms Office, Schedule Software (Primavera & Ms. Project) & Power BI.

• English proficiency, communication & interface skill.

• Hard work, good communication and leadership.

 

10. QC Engineer

Qualification:

• Min. Diploma 3 Degree or equivalent and have minimum 5 years experiences as Quality Control in EPC Project

• Good English written and communication skill

• Familiar with Microsoft office application

• Welding Inspection (WI) certified; having NDT Certification in addition is preferred

• Good understanding for API, ASTM, ASME, AWS and Government Regulation for Certification

• Having experiences in fabrication monitoring and inspection of PV/HE, Steel Structures and Piping Materials
