Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

Sr. Budget and Reporting Accountant

Manage the implementation of the production, development, consolidation, and timely submission of Divisional Strategies, Initiatives & KPIs, Performance Dashboards, Variance Analysis, and periodic progress status reports to Head of Budget and Reporting (management) in accordance with the Company plans, policies, practices, and procedures. Conduct effective monitoring of cost and reporting to achieve a reliable business performance indicator system to support management decision-making/risk mitigation process.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and consolidate operational budget inputs from Fields Operations and Line departments for Country WP&B and Corporate plan and Budget (CPB) by verifying and analyzing these inputs to ensure that they are reasonable and in line with Company's objectives, strategies, practices, procedures and operational needs and the requirements of PSC and JOA.

• Provide periodical consolidated expense report and financial statement to various stakeholders.

• Maintain and monitor an effective, standardized and well understood expenditure tracking system by ensuring the availability of Master budget and appropriate Segmental Opex and Capex Budgets and analysis of over-utilization causes, and implementation of necessary action plans for re-allocation or cost-saving measures.

• Maintain an effective accounting support for the support departments other than the fields with respect to expenditure monitoring by providing analysis on performance of departmental expenditure spending against budget to ensure that over-utilization (if any) is properly addressed.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance Accounting

• Understanding of E&P life cycle & business

• Minimum 8 years of experience in oil and gas industry, in budget and reporting.

• Well versed budgeting, consolidation and accounting standards IAS,PSAK with proven practical experience.

• Strong knowledge to annual corporate plan budget and work program and budget (WPB) cycle in relation to cost recovery.

• Able to operate SAP, power BI and other daily softwares.

• Knowledge in JOA and PSC of upstream industry.

• Excellent in English, Both writing and conversation

• Strong organization and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced multinational environment

• Able to work independently and team work including cross section and cross department to accomplish the deliverables.
