Requirements:

Job Summary

As an Expeditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of materials and equipment essential to project execution. You will coordinate closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to monitor order progress, resolve issues and expedite deliveries to meet project timelines and requirements.

Qualification

• Minimum bachelor's degree

• Has minimum 3 years of experience in expediting, logistic coordination, or supply chain management preferred.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

2. Job Name: Account Manager - Direct Sales

Job Summary:

The Account Manager will work from Jakarta and is responsible for generating profitable sales revenue and increasing operating income. This involves expanding sales coverage, acquiring new accounts, and providing comprehensive compressed air solutions to customers, particularly within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients and business prospects through outreach efforts such as cold calls and emails.

• Meet sales targets for assigned areas and industries by fostering strong customer relationships, including conducting customer visits to secure orders.

• Negotiate tender and contract terms, and prepare sales contracts.

• Prepare sales reports, analyze costs and sales figures, create and maintain client accounts.

• Provide pre-sales technical support including demonstrations, technical presentations, product training, and after-sales support.

• Attend trade shows, conferences, marketing events, and other relevant industry gatherings.

• Collaborate closely with supply chain management, sales support, project engineers, and the order fulfillment team.

Basic Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related fields.

• Sales experience with industrial products such as Air Compressors, Dryers, or similar equipment.

• Strong network of customers within the Pharmaceutical Industry.

• Valid driving license and own vehicle.

This role involves expanding sales coverage, establishing new channel partners, and overseeing sales of compressed air products (GDK series), covering both capital equipment and aftermarket sales.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.

• Manage partner sales activities by implementing business plans to achieve revenue targets.

• Analyze market trends to devise sales strategies aimed at enhancing brand presence.

• Evaluate partner performance, offer recommendations for improvement, and educate on product offerings and services.

• Manages production budgets and ensures comprehensive training for Plant Operators.

• Experience operating coal-fired power plants of at least 300MW.

• Minimum 10 years in the power industry.
