Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation:

BUSINESS ANALYST – CAPEX & PROJECT COST CONTROLLER

(CODE : BACPCC-VII/24)

Location : Toka Tindung

Duties:

• Collect and analyse capital expenditure proposal from all departments related to Feasibility Study, RKAB, Internal Capital Expenditure Budget & Forecast;

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports related to capital expenditures, including variance analysis;

• Conduct assessment and administration of Capital Expenditure Requests and Asset Acquisition;

• Perform project cost control role – Monitor and analyse capital expenditures against budgeted costs, identifying and addressing variances promptly;

• Work closely with engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure accurate capitalization and reporting of expenditures

• Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements :

1. Graduated S1 – Economics (Accounting, Management or related field);

2. Minimum 3 years experiences in capital accounting, preferably in the mining industry.

3. Proficiency in SAP (Minimum 3 years experiences);

4. Intermediate up to advance skill in Excel and other Microsoft Office;

5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;

6. Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments;

7. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines;

8. Fluent in English – Verbal and Written;

9. Able to demonstrate the awareness of corporate safety & environmental.

 

PROJECT MECHANICAL ENGINEER (CODE : PME-VII/24)

Location : Toka Tindung

Duties:

• Develop concept and scope for all mechanical work providing detailed designs, drawings and calculations;

• Preparing cost budgets for project groups and managing project costs into relevant project budgets;

• Prepare specifications, scope of work, procedures, safety job analysis (JSEA) and mechanical engineering packages;

• Participate in weekly planning meetings and closing meetings to ensure proper input or coordination into weekly work plans and closing plans;

• Communicate with direct reports to ensure good two-way communication at all times. Ensure that problems and issues that cannot be resolved within the modification group or project are communicated to the appropriate person;

• Monitor and justify the progress of the project status;

• Other assignments that may be given.

Requirements :

1. Graduated from Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (University);

2. Minimum 3 years' experience in General Construction and 1 year (in between) in the Mining Industry - also experienced with supervisory roles for Process Plant & Mining area projects;

3. Able to communicate in English (both oral and written);

4. Experienced in engineering design and maintenance project management;

5. Experienced with heavy equipment and lifting equipment including tools; 

6. Proficient in mechanical software : Autocad, Ms Project & Ms Office;

7. Possess a driver's license (SIM A);

8. Able to demonstrate awareness of company safety and environment
