PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. Procurement

Job Responsibilities :

• Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance

• Receiving, Register PR

• Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well

• Learning and clarifying as needed with the User

• Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcontractor those that are in accordance with the request

• Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

Requirements :

• Max 40 years

• S1 Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrument, etc)

• Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company

• Have good negotiation and communication skills

• Have good knowledge of export and import procedure

• Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend

• Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.

• Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)

• Computer literate

• Good individual and team player

• Excellent in time management and planning skills

• Fluent in English both oral and written is a must

 

2. Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Managing project resources such as: Budget, HR, Equipment and Project equipment.

• Managing project costs, quality and schedule, and ensure there are no work accidents in the project.

• Reviews and make project progress reports, so that they are in accordance with the specified time limit, and inform the project progress to customers

• Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects related to contracts and amendments when the project starts until completion.

Requirements :

• Male, max 52 years old

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent

• Having min 15 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; min. 5 year experience working as Project Manager in relevant industry

• Able to leading teams and project successfully

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC Contracts

• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage)

 

3. QA/QC Coordinator

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement QA/QC plans, procedures and work instructions

• Monitor and verify that construction activities comply with the project's quality requirements

• Conduct regular inspection and audits of construction processes, materials, and workmanship

• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to adress quality issues

• Ensure that all quality records are properly archived and accesible

• Provide training to the construction team on quality standards and procedures

Requirements :

• Male, max 50 years old

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA/QC Coordinator roles within EPC project

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards

• Certification in Quality Management is preferred

• Proficient in QA/QC software and tools

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

 

4. PPC

Job Responsibilities :

• Compile project plan and monitor the project.

• Managing and facilitating project plans / schedules, daily meetings, retrospectives and arranging meeting schedules.

• Controlling project costs, quality, and schedule.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.

Requirements :

• Max. age 45 years old

• Min. S1 Engineering or equivalent

• Have min.5 - 6 years of working experience in Oil & Gas/ Construction company or Fabrication

• Expert in Ms. Office; Ms. Project

• Fluent in English (spoken and written)

• Having knowledge and understanding of the drawings and specifications, general contract and subcontract documents, materials, means and methods.

• Having experience in preparing the technical & commercial proposals.

• Expert in Ms. Project and S. Curve.

• Willing to be located at Project

 

5. Account Payable Staff

Job Responsibilities :

• Receive, review, and verify for accuracy and appropriate approvals

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents

• Ensure payments are made within payment terms to avoid late fees

• Ensure that all expenses are recorded in compliance with company policies and accounting standards

• Maintain and update vendor files and records

• Reconcile accounts payable transactions

• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

• Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable records

• Provide analysis on accounts payable trends and issues

Requirements :

• Max. age 35 years old

• Bachelor degree in Accounting

• 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role

• Proficiency in accounting software (SAP)

• Strong understanding of basic accounts payable processes

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

 

6. Site Manager

Job Responsibilities :

• Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.

• Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs

• Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with construction and safety regulations.

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors

• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques

• Analyze, manage and mitigate risks

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or equivalent

• Having min 5 or 10 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry; min. 5 year experience working as Site Manager (preferable experience in relevant project ; EPCI project)

• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client

• Good command in English both written and spoken

• Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
