The Company is looking for highly motivated professional who is talented, adaptive, initiative, and able to build collaborative team in achieving operational excellence to fill the following position:

TECHNICAL SERVICES ENGINEER GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT  PROGRAM

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering with an minimum IPK of 3.00

• Have organizational experience on campus

• Knowledge of blasting technology/systems/software.

• Technical knowledge of mining explosives and services.

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

• Intermediate skills in Ms Office.

• Will be placed to project site.

Assistant Site Coordinator (Asst. PJO)

Qualification:

• Minimum of Senior High School education with at least 5 years of experience, Diploma 3 with at least 3 years of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.

• Obtain a Class 2 Explosive Competency Certificate (KJL 2).

• Obtain an Operational Supervisor (POP) Level 1 Certificate.

• Proficient in computer use.

• Possess a SIM A license, with SIM B2 preferred.

• Possess a Defensive Driver's License.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is preferred.

• Ability to adapt and respond to changes, and handle pressure effectively.

• Hard worker, able to follow directions and obey instructions from superiors.
