Eni in Indonesia currently holds participating interests in 10 (ten) Production Sharing Contractors (PSCs), which Eni serves as the operator in deep water areas with active exploration and development programs. The PSCs are spread across various locations in Indonesia, primarily in the Kutei Basin area. We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:

 

Production Engineer

Purpose:

Report production data and monitor the actual performance against the Company’s production target. Integrate production forecasts (short and long-term) incorporating input from multiple disciplines.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Manage production data, measurement, and allocation quality assurance

2. Monitor actual production performance, provide variance analysis against budget and forecast, and propose action to minimize any potential loss of production

3. Contribute to daily operation activities to identify any possible action in maximizing filed production performance

4. Support the development project activities in regard to the production aspects

5. Provide contribution in the WP&B process with SKK Migas

6. Engage with external parties in regard to the production planning and activities

Qualifications & Experiences:

- Education: Degree in Engineering or equivalent

- Professional Qualification: 5 years experience in the oil and gas industry, focusing on technical roles

- Training & Courses: -

- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Fluid Engineer

Purpose:

To develop drilling and completion fluids and cement programs, optimizing the investments and applying the highest standards of engineering integrity, safety, and environmental protection.

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Support drilling and completion activities, and coordinate with Drilling Spt. to ensure the implementation of the day-by-day recommended practices during the drilling and completion operations

2. Be the point of contact for day-by-day activities carried out by cement and mud suppliers and assure efficient operations and execution of approved drilling and workover, and completion of fluids programs

3. Optimize expenditure for fluids and cement during drilling & workover & completion operations. Review and approve job tickets and invoices.

4. Assist in the preparation of tenders for drilling, workover, fluids and cement completion services

5. Perform hydraulics analysis and quality assessment of cement jobs during the design phase and the execution

6. In coordination with the drilling & completion engineers, prepare programs, procedures, and schedules, covering drilling, workover, killing & cementing fluids, additives & completions fluids. Promote new technology and optimization of fluids and solids control during the design phase of the drilling and completion campaign. Ensure the implementation of the lessons learned relevant to mud and cement and cutting management.

7. Monitor and improve the efficiency of the fluids recirculation process; assure the contractor's compliance in terms of quality and HSE inside the liquid mud plant processes, mud mixing technique, and materials (barite, cement) storage facilities;

8. Follow up the best practice and implement the most effective environmentally friendly technique during tank cleaning, handling, transportation, and disposal of drilling cuttings and fluids

9. Work with contractors to ensure that all Safety, Environmental, and Fluid topics related to the Rig operations are managed properly and in a timely manner

10. Provide support to the HSEQ department during the environmental authorization process. Collaborate with HSE during environmental audits and presentations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemistry is preferred)

- Professional Qualification: 8 years in drilling & completion operations of which at least 4 years in drilling and completion of subsea wells.

- Training and Courses:

• IWCF Level 4 or IADC WellSharp for Supervisors

• BOSIET OPITO and/or Sea Survival

• Basic Oil & Gas industry knowledge

• Drilling & Completion Course

• Drilling & Completion Fluids Advanced Course

• Geology and Geophysics basic course (preferred)

• Subsurface and Reservoir basic course (preferred)

• Hazardous waste management, first aider, fire fighting

• Employee Induction including HSE Awareness

- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

- Drilling Activities: Horizontal Drilling, Drilling Fluids & Cement Design/Operations, Well Drilling Experience.

- Completion Activities: Sand Control (OHGP, CHGP, CHFP).

- High Profile drilling: Extended reach drilling, Deep-water environment, Wellbore stability/sand Production/Prediction & Control.

- High Profile Completion-Workover-Rigless: Well Stimulation (Acid), Well Stimulation (Frac), Stimulation/Comp./Gravel Pack/Fract. Jobs Fluids Design & Eng.

Petroleum Engineer

Purpose:

Perform petroleum engineering activities to optimize the well performance and maximize the production through suitable actions

Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up of the production surveillance activities

2. Perform well-testing design and follow up the execution

3. Participate in the preparation of well drilling programs and planning the acquisition of dynamic data

4. Contribute to identifying possible actions to ensure maximum efficiency in the optimization of well production ensuring technical quality and cost-effectiveness of the solution adopted

5. Analyze and interpret the well test and production data collected at the well site, ensuring their QC

6. Contribute to the preparation of documents relevant to the work over and production activities

7. Propose and introduce new technologies aimed at improving well performances,  field recovery, and economics

8. Identification of the formation damage problems

9. Monitor production activities, analyze production data, to verify compliance with forecasts, and propose the necessary actions to ensure production targets and a cost-effective reservoir management

Qualifications & Experiences:

- Education: Petroleum Engineering, Reservoir or Engineering related disciplines

- Professional Qualification:

Minimum 10 years within the oil & gas industry with Petroleum Engineering and/or Reservoir Engineering experience.

- Training and Courses:

• Petroleum & Reservoir Engineering

• Subsurface

• Assets Management

- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa

Required Competencies:

Technical Competencies

- General understanding and experience with Petroleum Engineering and Reservoir disciplines

- Advanced knowledge and skill in Petroleum Expert Package and OFM.

- Advanced competency in Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint)

- In-depth understanding of the oil industry and resource development

- Experience and understanding of Eni processes and Eni corporate standards.
