ASSISTANT SPV MECHANIC

Road Coordinator

Requirements :

• Bachelor ( S1) or Diploma / Associate Degree (D3), prefer technical / engineering background.

• Familiar and understand regarding operational of heavy-duty equipment such as backhoe loader, excavator, dump truck, motor grader and compactor drum.

• Min 5 years Experience in managing contractor especially during field execution

• Understand and familiar with safety concern of working in the ROW area

• Understand and familiar with road & bridge maintenance

• Good communication skill

• Good English language skill, written & oral

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• To ensure of implementation of SOP and Site Specific Procedure ( SSP ) regarding regular road maintenance and road repair.

• To create 30 day activities and submit to Supervisor GGSD Road

• Monitoring routine and non-routine work program by contractor is implemented and completed base on schedule.

• Implementing road maintenance program to support GGSD daily operational activity and related parties ( Project, Drilling, etc ).

• Provide clear guidance to the contractor to perform daily activities

• Build good communication with related parties

• Implementing and monitoring ROW routine inspection such as 3rd party activities, road crossing condition, river crossing, landslide, vegetation control, boundary & pipeline markers and ensure thesafety and security all facility / devices within the responsibility areas. Minimizing the encroachment threats.

• Supervise the implementation of monthly & yearly work program to contractor • Supervise & implement all SOP & SSP activities in the field to ensure work is executed with approved & accepted standards.

• Supervise contractors to ensure HSE performance of all operational activities comply with MEPG Ltd. & Governmental regulations and are executed in line with the approved MEPG Ltd. HSE policy.

• Updating the bridge and ROW information and develop data base.

• Reporting daily, weekly report in timely basis.

Instrument Technician Support

Requirements :

• Min D3 in Physical or Electrical Engineering

• Min 3 - 7 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• Interpret Technical Drawing

• Certified as InspekturKatupPengaman

• Certified as TeknisiInstrumentasi dan Kalibrasi

• Fluent in English oral and written

• Basic computer skills are required for access to company documentation and time keeping systems

• Effective Communication skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong in problem solving and decision making

• Placement at Grissik, Suban, Rawa

 

Project Estimator

• Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical) or equivalent.

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Experiences in Project Estimation/Budget/RAB for project Oil & Gas Industrial Maintenance, Infra Structure Maintenance , and Power Plant.

• Able to read engineering drawings &Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office programs

• Able working with deadlines and customer requirements

• Familiar with TKDN (Local Content Component)

• Understand tender documents (Scope Of Work) such as specifications, drawings, BoQ& Etc.

• Make an analysis of the unit price of work

• Prepare complete Proposal Commercial documents required in the tender process

• Create an archive of unit price offers from Sub-Cont and suppliers

• Participate in pre-tender meetings, tender reviews, aanwijzing, clarification meetings and negotiations

• Clarifying the contents of quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with tender requirements

 

Stationary Technician Support

Requirements :

• S1 Min 3 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• D3 Min 5 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry 

• Senior high school Minc7 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• Able to read isometric drawing,

• Able to perform marking, beveling, cutting pipe for preparation to welded activity.

• Advanced Lifting/rigging capabilities to support activities.

• Able to Perform ASME Standard IX (SMAW & GTAW) Welding Processes, Welding Standard API1104 Process (SMAW Manual), Full Argon and Welding Combination

• Having WQT (Welder qualify test) Certificate

• Having SMAW & GTAW MIGAS Certificate

Work location: Grissik, Suban, Rawa

 

Drilling and Workover Engineer (DWE)

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder only.

• Bachelor’s degree graduate in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from reputable University. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Min. of 4 years’ experience in upstream oil and gas for onshore drilling engineering andoperations.

• Experience in Designing Exploration, Appraisal, and Production wells.

• Experience in Rig Operations during Drilling and completion

• Experience in Tendering for Onshore Drilling contracts

• Proficient in Well Control, committed to safe, environmentally sound well construction.

• Competent in: Well Control and Well Control Equipment, Directional Drilling Operations, Liner Hanger Design and Installation Operations, Wellhead and Downhole Equipment, Cementing Operations, Onshore Rig Operations

• Have a good working knowledge of Oil and Gas Operations Activities

• Knowledge of Drilling operations, Understanding in Casing Design and Drilling Engineering, Preparing AFE Budget.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Proficient in using computers (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

 

Mechanical Technician Support

Requirements :

• Min Senior High School

• Min 5 years in the Petrochemical, Oil and Gas related industry

• Experienced in Mechanical Rotating or Stationary Equipment maintenance

• Having welder certified is preferred

• Effective Communication skills

• Fluent in English oral and written

• Strong interpersonal skill

• Able to work under pressure

• Strong in problem solving and decision making

• Placement at Suban
