Project Construction Manager ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years relevant expenience including 10 years relevant experience in power and energy sectors in developing countries, should be an employee of the Consultant firm for at least 5 years.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Manage all stakeholder interests related to substation and transmission line construction projects and ensure team members interact with stakeholders in a professional and good cooperative manner,

b. Appoint and coordinate member activities under his/her responsibility as Project Construction Manager,

c. Conduct studies and provide reviews of contractors' construction quality assurance programs, including implementation quality assurance, testing quality assurance and work result quality assu hance;

d. Review, inspect, provide reviews and monitor contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules, including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules, and testing and commissioning schedules;

e. Inspect and monitor the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor construction work in order to minimize losses, impacts on the environment and safety during the construction period;

f. Provide recommendations and make decisions on all problems faced;

g. Prepare and submit reports on work plans and work implementation;

h. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Project Control and Scheduler Engineer ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Reviewing, inspecting and providing reviews of the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor work at site location;

b. Reviewing, checking and providing reviews and monitoring contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules and testing and commissioning schedules;

c. Prepare a review schedule of the contractor's work plan and calculation/control of the contractor's work progress which is integrated with the consultant team's assignment schedule;

d. Provide input according to the field so as to enable the implementation of work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract

e. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Substation Engineer-Coordinator fr Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Reviewing, inspecting and providing reviews of the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor work at site location;

b. Reviewing, checking and providing reviews and monitoring contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules and testing and commissioning schedules;

c. Assist COMPANY  in updating and providing input for construction schedules

d. Conduct studies and provide reviews of contractors' construction quality assurance programs, Including implementation quality assurance, testing quality assurance and work result quality assurance;

e. Review, inspect, provide reviews and monitor contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules, including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules, and testing and commissioning schedules;

f. Inspect and monitor the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor construction work in order to minimize losses, impacts on the environment and safety during the construction period;

g. Reporting to the Project Manager and interacting directly on a daly basis with contractors in the field and coordinating with the COMPANY  technical team,

h. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Electrical Engineer-Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of electrical works and the use of materials, equipment and construction methods carried out by contractors:

b. Review, evaluate and coordinate the work implementation schedule in the field proposed by the contractor,

c. provide input according to their competence so as to enable work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract;

d. collaborate with other areas in the project team and help prepare reports.

Civil Engineer-Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of civil works and the use of materials, equipment and construction methods carried out by contractors;

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of electro-mechanical works and the use of materials, equipment and construction methods carried out by contractors;

b. Review, evaluate and coordinate the work implementation schedule in the field proposed by the contractor;

c. provide input according to their competence so as to enable work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract;

Site Manager ( Tender )

Job desc :

• Sebagai otoritas tertinggi Kontraktor dalam pelaksanaan kontrak ini sehingga wajib mengambil keputusan yang cepat terkait permasalahan yang timbul saat pelaksanaan pekerjaan.

• Mengkoordinir dan bertanggung jawab terhadap isu sosial yang akan timbul sebelum, selama dan setelah pekerjaan Kontraktor berlangsung.

• Mempelajari spesifikasi teknis dan ruang lingkup Pekerjaan yang tercantum dalam dokumen Kontrak antara Perusahaan dengan Kontraktor dari Pekerjaan proyek yang akan dikelola.

• Mempelajari schedule yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan kepada Kontraktor dari Pekerjaan yang akan dilaksanakan.

• Membuat detail schedule, laporan Berkala dan S-CURVE untuk kondisi progress actual Pekerjaan yang dilakukan (laporan harus dibuat sesuai dengan permintaan Perusahaan).

• Mengarahkan pelaksanaan Pekerjaan supaya sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknis, ruang lingkup, dan schedule yang sudah disepakati antara Perusahaan dengan Kontraktor dari Pekerjaan yang akan disupervisi.

• Melakukan monitoring pekerjaan di lokasi proyek sehingga memenuhi aspek-aspek SHEQ dan administrasi dan sesuai dengan desain, gambar, standard, dan spesifikasi yang telah ditentukan.

• Mengkoordinasi dan bertanggungjawab pada pelaksanaan Pekerjaan, inspeksi QC atau pengujian, program keselamatan manajemen konstruksi, melaporkan progress pekerjaan dan termasuk pada pengaturan aktivitas commissioning serta serah terima sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku.

• Mengambil keputusan mengenai langkah2 yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengejar progress pekerjaan yang mengalami keterlambatan.

• Mereview dan menyetujui tagihan yang dibuat oleh Project Engineer

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik.

• Pengalaman minimum 7 (tujuh) tahun sebagai Site Manager untuk konstruksi fasilitas minyak dan gas.

• Berpengalaman menangani Project / Kontrak dengan nilai @ diatas 30 Milyar Rupiah

• Personel Kelompok Kontraktor berusia minimal 30 tahun dan maksimal 55 tahun.

• Personel Kelompok Kontraktor memiliki inisiatif dan team work yang baik.

• Memahami standar-standar dan kode-kode suatu bangunan konstruksi yang berlaku.

• Komitmen memenuhi aspek-aspek SHEQ dalam setiap Pekerjaan.

• Komitmen untuk menjunjung tinggi Bussiness Ethic Perusahaan.

• Penuh tanggung jawab dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam setiap Pekerjaan.

• Mempunyai sikap leadership yang kuat terhadap team-nya

 

Project Engineer ( Tender )

Job desc :

• Menyusun WBS dan detail schedule serta quality plan yang sesuai dengan Purchase Order (PO) yang dikeluarkan berdasarkan Kontrak ini dan master schedule yang diberikan oleh Perusahaan

• Membuat workpack dan Project execution plan untuk setiap pekerjaan

• Bersama Supervisor menyusun list tools untuk kebutuhan pekerjaan di lapangan

• Membuat construction method untuk setiap pekerjaan

• Bersama dengan Supervisor merumuskan langkah-langkah untuk percepatan pekerjaan yang mengalami keterlambatan progress.

• Menyusun dan mengumpulkan dokumen - dokumen teknis dan inspeksi yang dihasilkan selama pekerjaan berlangsung

• Membuat tagihan yang sesuai dengan persyaratan kontrak

• Mengatur supply kebutuhan material agar Pekerjaan dapat terus berjalan

• Mencatat dan melaporkan setiap adanya permintaan perubahan terhadap rencana kerja / design / kualitas kerja.

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan Minimal Sarjana (S1) Teknik.

• Pengalaman minimum 5 (lima) tahun di bidang minyak dan gas bumi untuk posisi pekerjaan yang sejenis.

• Personel Kelompok Kontraktor berusia minimal 25 tahun dan maksimal 55 tahun.

• Personel Kelompok Kontraktor memiliki inisiatif dan team work yang baik.

• Memahami standar-standar dan kode-kode suatu bangunan konstruksi yang berlaku.

• Komitmen memenuhi aspek-aspek SHEQ dalam setiap Pekerjaan.

• Komitmen untuk menjunjung tinggi Bussiness Ethic Perusahaan.

• Penuh tanggung jawab dan berdedikasi tinggi dalam setiap Pekerjaan.
