Project Construction Manager ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 15 years relevant expenience including 10 years relevant experience in power and energy sectors in developing countries, should be an employee of the Consultant firm for at least 5 years.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Manage all stakeholder interests related to substation and transmission line construction projects and ensure team members interact with stakeholders in a professional and good cooperative manner,

b. Appoint and coordinate member activities under his/her responsibility as Project Construction Manager,

c. Conduct studies and provide reviews of contractors' construction quality assurance programs, including implementation quality assurance, testing quality assurance and work result quality assu hance;

d. Review, inspect, provide reviews and monitor contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules, including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules, and testing and commissioning schedules;

e. Inspect and monitor the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor construction work in order to minimize losses, impacts on the environment and safety during the construction period;

f. Provide recommendations and make decisions on all problems faced;

g. Prepare and submit reports on work plans and work implementation;

h. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Project Control and Scheduler Engineer ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Reviewing, inspecting and providing reviews of the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor work at site location;

b. Reviewing, checking and providing reviews and monitoring contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules and testing and commissioning schedules;

c. Prepare a review schedule of the contractor's work plan and calculation/control of the contractor's work progress which is integrated with the consultant team's assignment schedule;

d. Provide input according to the field so as to enable the implementation of work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract

e. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Substation Engineer-Coordinator fr Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum 10 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Reviewing, inspecting and providing reviews of the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor work at site location;

b. Reviewing, checking and providing reviews and monitoring contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules and testing and commissioning schedules;

c. Assist COMPANY  in updating and providing input for construction schedules

d. Conduct studies and provide reviews of contractors' construction quality assurance programs, Including implementation quality assurance, testing quality assurance and work result quality assurance;

e. Review, inspect, provide reviews and monitor contractor and sub-contractor construction schedules, including work progress reporting schedules, material and equipment delivery schedules, and testing and commissioning schedules;

f. Inspect and monitor the implementation of contractor and sub-contractor construction work in order to minimize losses, impacts on the environment and safety during the construction period;

g. Reporting to the Project Manager and interacting directly on a daly basis with contractors in the field and coordinating with the COMPANY  technical team,

h. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Electrical Engineer-Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of electrical works and the use of materials, equipment and construction methods carried out by contractors:

b. Review, evaluate and coordinate the work implementation schedule in the field proposed by the contractor,

c. provide input according to their competence so as to enable work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract;

d. collaborate with other areas in the project team and help prepare reports.

e. Placement in Dili, Timor Leste

 

Civil Engineer-Substation Works ( Tender – International Position )

• The engineer should be a professionally qualified engineer with minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 8 years on Substation or Transmission Line project or relevant experience.

• The engineer will perform the following tasks:

a. Coordinating and supervising the implementation of civil works and the use of materials, equipment and construction methods carried out by contractors;

Review, evaluate and coordinate the work implementation schedule in the field proposed by the contractor;

c. provide input according to their competence so as to enable work to be carried out in accordance with the schedule and quality required in the contract;
