GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Have experience in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Company

Proficient in English, both written and spoken

1. JOB POSITION : AREA COORDINATOR CAUSTIC PLANT

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible from end to end process of EPS/EPC for Caustic Soda and Air Separation Area

Responsible for going to the installation site of machinery system and surveying the land for any irregularities, then analyze these observations as part of the process for creating system blueprints

Responsible for creating the initial project scope for all of the tasks that need to be completed in order to install a piping system, must take into account cost, resource and the project deadline

Decision makers in cost management meeting to ensure their deigns reflect the parameters of the project budget

Know exactly what types of material are necessary to create a piping system that withstands the elements, responsible for sourcing these material, and then ensuring these materials are used in the installation process

REQUIREMENTS:

Should have Bachelor of Chemical Engineering

15 years of experience and industry knowledge: NaOH Plant, Air Separation Plant, ClO2 Plant, H2O2 Plant (preferred) and Methane Reforming Plant (Preferred)

12 years (specific experience) including commissioning and startup

Good knowledge of project work

Good understanding of Electrolyzer operation and maintenance

Expertise in reading P&I diagram, Logic diagram

Smart/Digital Instrumentation, Control System and related equipment.

DCS, Safety PLC, PLC, maintenance, operation, Software programing development

Knowledge of digital communication, foundation fieldbus, profibus, and integration with other equipment like VSD, Smart motor converter, PLC, and etc.

Basic knowledge on electrical equipment mainly including Variable Speed drives, Smart motor control centers, switchgears, etc.

Ability to work with Chinese vendors

3. JOB POSITION : LEAD PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Generating S curves and other pictorial graphs for displaying calculated progress values

Analyzing critical path and constraints to determine the effect of change to schedule

Leading in mitigating causes of delays and suggesting practical solutions

Having good analytical and planning skills

Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in project scheduling software (Microsoft Project)

Advance knowledge in Ms. Office and Power Point for reports & presentations

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Chemical)

10 years' experience in a project scheduler, with at least 5 years in Rayon/Viscose and/or Paper/Board/Tissue Projects

Experience in all project phases (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) in the same position

4. JOB POSITION : PROJECT PROCUREMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying potential suppliers and conducting research to evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality.

Oversee the creation and management of contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

Maintain relationship with suppliers, resolve any contractual disputes, and monitor supplier performance.

Monitor project budgets and costs related to procurement activities based on cost-saving principal.

Assess potential risk associated with procurement activities and ensuring that it complies with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Coordinating with project teams to ensure that procurement activities align with project requirements and overall project timelines.

Monitor procurement activities to identify any areas for improvement and implementing process improvements as needed

Report on procurement activities to project stakeholders and senior managements

Monitor and taking control of subordinates’ jobs by ensuring jobs are conducted in efficient and effective way, and ensuring overtime works to be done by subordinates are classified as urgent work which cannot be delayed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or related education background.

Min. 15 years’ experience as Procurement Manager in Project Company, and involved in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

Able to deal with various vendor (Technical & Management)

Ability to communicate in English professionally (written and verbal)

Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder simultaneously.

Have a thorough understanding of risk and mitigation strategies

Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001

Knowledge of Pulp and Paper/Chemical Industry

Thorough understanding of effective purchasing and effect decision taking on costs and  revenue

Professional certifications such as the Certified Professional in Supply Management may also be beneficial.

Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.

5. JOB POSITION : PROJECT MECHANICAL PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating Requisition to Purchase Order

Identifying potential suppliers and conducting research to evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality.

6. JOB POSITION : LEAD ELECTRICAL ENGINEER (RAYON)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for Area engineering & construction

Manage basic & detail engineering

Develop electrical project budget and track project costs according to TPC

7. JOB POSITION : LEAD INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITES:

Provide effective leadership to maximize the efficiency of the team by encouraging a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance of codes, standards, regulations and practices applicable to design and construction (e.g. API, ASME, ANSI, AGA, ISA, etc.)

Technically astute with all aspects of control and instrumentation (design basis to P&ID developments, field instrumentation, control and safety systems, etc.).

Coordinate all appointed subcontractors for the various areas of responsibility in Instrumentation Project to ensure project targets are met.

Managing a team of multi-disciplined team during construction and commissioning of Instrumentation and control type projects, ensuring the site is controlled and managed per the clients standards.

8. JOB POSITION : LEAD MECHANICAL ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, detailing, specification preparation and construction oversight for the full range of Mechanical packages projects.

Review Mechanical engineering technical specifications and bid documents for engineered equipment, materials engineering, and construction service contracts.

Oversees the construction and coordination of the Mechanical Systems execution by the Contractors/Vendors on the project in accordance to the contract requirements.

Performs monthly department meetings and provides a status update on development of projects.

Implementing and managing the internal coordination with the process team and instructing the project team accordingly to ensure effective and efficient delivery of projects schedule.

Evaluate, and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope budget or timeline of a project.

Monitor project schedule execution and oversee performance to ensure on time, quality and on budget project delivery.

Ensure that safety implementation is carried out correctly and in accordance with work safety regulations.

Oversees Job Start and Project Close out materials.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Construction Engineering, Master Degree is an advantage.

Minimum 20 years broad experience in all project phases i.e. Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Petrochemical Industry as Mechanical Manager (involving 5,000-10,000 workers and a project value of over 2 billion USD).

Good knowledge of the design codes and standards for Mechanical Engineering Systems.

Understand construction activity & able to supervise vendors/contractors.

9. JOB POSITION : SENIOR INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

10. JOB POSITION : LEAD COST CONTROL

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and supervise a group Cost Controller in order to provide various project cost control services to company in accordance with project execution.

Ensure all systems, processes, and procedures for project cost control are consistently and well-implemented including but not limited to construction portfolio management including prioritization and work distribution, resources management, project schedule development, cost estimating and controlling, prepare forecast budget, estimate remaining cost and actual, documents management, etc.

Develop and implement a useful, efficient, and effective reporting system for project cost controls function.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education is a bachelor's degree in engineering with minimum 15 years of working experience in project cost controls and a minimum of 5 years of which experience as a Project Cost Controls Lead.

The candidate shall have a broad knowledge of various project cost controls practices and related codes & standards, including thorough knowledge and skills in scheduling & costing methods with associated procedures & computer applications, and electronic data management system (EDMS) with associated software and IT systems.

The candidate shall have a strong supervisory capability and high skills for facilitation & coordination, mentoring & coaching, and networking.
