We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:

21. Senior Engineer Electrical (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Provide technical electrical detailed engineering service to the project, detailed design calculation using software. Ability to cross check the result using hand calculation;

• Prepare electrical technical specifications and schedules and ensure service and project work carried out within agreed deadlines within the budget;

• Represent the company attending the meeting to provide technical advice, supervise and coordinate the contractors, other professional and suppliers. Prepare and contribute to design development reports;

• Represent the company best interest to ensure continually comply with that practices, policies, strategies and services. Keeping with current legislation, Standards and Codes of Practice;

• Provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Electrical Engineering preparation, and to obtain information of manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO electrical engineering;

• Monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for electrical equipment.

• In coordination with other Group, Provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select electrical equipment, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches in FEED phase including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block;

• Represent the company best interest to ensure continually comply with that practices, policies, strategies and services. Keeping with current legislation, Standards and Codes of Practice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• A minimum of 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.

22. Senior Gas Export Pipeline - Onshore LNG Technical Integrity Process Risk Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Initiate, develop and propose Technical Integrity & Process Risk (TIPR) concept for GEP-OLNG activities INPEX Masela values, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, and approach with considering HSSE requirements including risk assessment that are compatible to local and international standards, Government law and regulations, and SKK Migas rules to ensure available standards of TIPR in GEP-OLNG and related Company Policy and Procedures as guidelines;

• Assist, review and evaluate process risk assessment of any change and/or deviation in GEP-OLNG system proposed by INPEX Masela related department; Monitor, review and determine tolerable process risk according to related party; Coordinate and communicate to related party regarding change/deviation in SURF-OLNG system to ensure process risk justification of any technical integration change/deviation meet engineering principles and advanced technology;

• Analyze and evaluate technical assurance implementation in each phases for GEP-OLNG activities; Propose and recommend activities schedule of GEP-OLNG technical integration & process risk (TIPR) in order to ensure proper technical assurance implementation in accordance with INPEX Masela technical standards, international standards and best practices;

• Develop and recommend operation standards, manuals, risk assessment, troubleshooting procedure and other TIPR procedures of GEP-OLNG operation; Review and evaluate the effectiveness of developed GEP-OLNG TIPR operation procedures and standards, and provide necessary revision in order to ensure availability of updated TIPR documentation for SURF-OLNG activities;

• Monitor, review and coordinate administration requirement related to GEP-OLNG TIPR considering local and international rules and regulations, Company standards, policy and procedure; Prepare, coordinate and provide required documents for licensing/permits related to safety engineering and works, to implement SURF-OLNG TIPR and HSSE document code and filing system, squad check and interdisciplinary check (IDC) to ensure SURF-OLNG TIPR activities comply with the prevailing rules and regulations;

• Coordinate with related departments for preparing GEP-OLNG TIPR and HSSE Engineering criteria to be input in tender document and AFE; Review, evaluate and recommend GEP-OLNG TIPR & HSSE engineering criteria for tender and contract process; Assist and support SURF-OLNG to ensure GEP-OLNG TIPR HSSE Engineering criteria in submitted bid document and/or AFE meet related engineering, disciplines and knowledge principles and such AFE accomplishment and submission within the timeframe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably Safety

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Process safety and risk management experiences are required. LNG project exposure is preferred.

23. Senior Engineer Reliability, Availability, Maintainability

JOB ROLES

• Develop, propose, and evaluate management system (CMMS) in facilities operation consisting of philosophy, objective, policy, procedures, and other requirement according to standard; Socialize the inspection and maintenance build and technical integration management system to related Parties and monitor its implementation by Company and/or by Contractors (Third Parties); Define operation and maintenance requirements and functionalities to be incorporated into facility design and ensure these are delivered through FEED contracts and carried into EPCI in order to ensure availability management system and technical integration management system for INPEX Indonesia project and guidelines/requirement  for operation and maintenance process;

• Develop inspection and maintenance plan that provides how appropriate preparation is made; Create information management plan which defines information management requirements for operation such as real time data gathering, access to engineering and supplier data, historical production data, inspection data to ensure inspection and maintenance requirements are captured for smooth handover from Project;

• Monitor and review facilities design and operation plans and ensure best practices are employed for management of or reliability and maintenance; Review, monitor and evaluate RAM aspects of design and contract scope in the each of FEED/EPCI phases according to determined and agreed standards;

• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of  Reliability and Maintainability facilities operation that are occurred in the each of FEED/EPCI phases, its impact to facilities performance, inspection interval, inspection duration; Provide technical justification and recommendation related to those aspects based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;

• Create/propose early identification and tracking system and tools for all reliability and maintenance program to be consistent with RAM assumption; develop, monitor and evaluate database of production system (Inspection, base line data, maintenance program), maintain and record data, information, and documentation related to any deviation occurrence both in Company and in Contractors in order to ensure tracking system, reliability and maintenance program support project activities and improve project efficiency;

• In coordination with other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED and EPCI including technical interface, technical integration, RAM integration, and others to ensure best applicable method for INPEX Indonesia project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Experience in the area of Reliability/ Availability Modeling studies is required.

24. Senior Engineer Onshore LNG Material & Corrosion

JOB ROLES

• Review, evaluate and advise material selection and corrosion management for OLNG; Develop and recommend material selection and corrosion mitigation objective, plan, and strategy;  Provide material and corrosion discipline support and recommendation the Select and Define phases in the delivery of modifications and projects for INPEX Indonesia project (including policy and procedures, administration, documentations) in order to ensure available basis for design and project specification, guidelines of material and corrosion for OLNG in INPEX Indonesia Project;

• Develop and recommend material specifications and standards for OLNG INPEX Indonesia project; Compile, review and advice related department related to material specification based on project plan and strategy as well as company material standard; Assist and support related department regarding material selection for their project to ensure material selection and corrosion specification and standard are understood and accepted by related department and are properly documented for future reference;

• Monitor and review material and corrosion management system implementation in OLNG project activities; Assist the identify & assess phase in the delivery of modifications and projects; Provide material and corrosion discipline input as required into initial scoping and business case development; Coordinate and support related engineering department; provide solution on any issues and emerging problems;  to ensure that material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities will provide technical integrity during the projected life cycle and meet determined quality and standards;

• Review and conduct material and corrosion inspections/audit in INPEX Indonesia project area including relevant manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and materials testing laboratories as planned and impromptu; Monitor and evaluate their compliance with material specification and standard; Analyze and review HSSE matters are given due consideration in the selection of materials and the corrosion mitigation strategy; Evaluate inspection/audit findings as well as necessary corrective action to ensure material selection and Contractors compliance with HSSE Management System standards;

• Provide technical review and evaluation on material and corrosion tenders for OLNG project; Verify, analyze and evaluate contractors material selection to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to ensure materials selected for INPEX Indonesia project comply and according to project and International standards and specifications;

• Review, analyze and evaluate application of new technology in material and corrosion; Conduct, review and recommend studies on  material Selection and corrosion studies, cathodic protection, painting and coating, insulation related specification; calculate and establish report regarding corrosion rate and corrosion risk; Expand the use of currently used materials where practical to reduce costs and risk of failure. Review, analyze and monitor risk management for material and corrosion management in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and  support material and corrosion management system.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Material and Corrosion experiences are required.

25. Senior Engineer Welding

JOB ROLES

• Define, develop, and evaluate welding quality assurance program based on best practice; Monitor and review industry welding best practices and technology improvement and deploy solutions; Ensure Quality Assurance implementation, Review and implement best practice - such as technical and process methodologies, procedures, standards and specifications for all types of OLNG construction and installation as part of performances monitoring system;

• Review, analyze and evaluate the execution plans with respect to welding and implications for construction, implementation of welding quality assurance programs by monitoring, testing, or evaluating construction and installation performances for discontinuities or differences in characteristics of overall INPEX Indonesia project production system according to determined engineering standards (DEP);

• Monitor and review contractors welding plans and quality based on project plan during FEED and detailed engineering design and ensure these plans meet project requirements; Review and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation (including (other INPEX Business Unit, JVP), and Third Parties on the Contractor’s deliverables quality assurance;

• Review and analyze welding and relevant construction aspects and ensure adequate risk assessment and quality assurance of technical interface and integration and its process in Contractors/Vendors activities; Review and monitor the report feedback on potential risks during manufacturing and any limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. to ensure risk assessment and quality assurance for welding program are being documented;

• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any deviation of specification, process, system, and others based on Project Welding inspection results, its impact to the overall LNG production system; provide technical justification and recommendation to those nonconformity treatment based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;

• Create/propose early identification, KPIs, leading indicators and tracking system.  Ensure tools, procedures and QA and potential risk in technical and integration are all covered by quality management system; develop, monitor and evaluate database of INPEX Indonesia project; Maintain and record data, information, and documentation of any nonconformity occurrence both in Company and in Contractors. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Welding experiences are required.

26. Senior Engineer Flow Assurance

JOB ROLES

• Design and develop flow assurance concepts and studies based on, project objectives and design basis, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, INPEX Indonesia values and approach with best practices and technology improvement around the world related to technical integration LNG production system in order to ensure available standards of flow assurance process procedures and guidelines;

• Review, analyze and evaluate technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of flow assurance system proposed by related department in INPEX Indonesia projects; Review, initiate and recommend solutions of those matters to ensure justification on tolerable technical change/deviation in production system and meet engineering principles and advanced technology;

• Assist  and support other related departments to conduct specific studies and researches before, during and after project phases related to flow assurance; Coordinate and compile studies and research result; Prepare, establish and recommend integrated studies and research report on flow assurance in INPEX Indonesian projects to ensure the availability of flow assurance process recommendations;

• Monitor, analyze and evaluate technical flow assurance implementation for overall technical integration in the each project phases in order to ensure that all technical interface and technical integration process are in line with determined technical quality assurance standards, engineering philosophy, and best practices;

• Monitor flow assurance on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of project phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for system interface and integration meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Flow Assurance experience is required.

27. Manager Environment

JOB ROLES

• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and Environmental management best practices and technology to ensure availability of Environmental policy, strategy, and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia expectations and covers all levels of operational practices.

• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving Environmental services for INPEX Indonesia operating units, Environmental Management System socialization and communication programs including all related HSSE activities to fulfill the requirement of AMDAL, IFC, Environmental standards and regulations in Indonesia and global world and to ensure Environmental communication programs achieve the target in enhancing HSSE awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties.

• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising, and improving Environmental Management System training programs to improve the HSSE Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees.

• Manage the Environmental assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment, AMDAL and IFC requirement; Lead and manage Environmental audit process by developing and maintaining Environmental audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan to comply with Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia Environmental requirements and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units.

• Develop, manage, maintain and review Environmental incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure Environmental incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.

• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia Environmental Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain, and monitor Environmental key performance indicators, Coordinate Environmental reporting and management review regularly to comply with AMDAL, IFC, INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, HSSE, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• A minimum of 15 years and ever hold managerial position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 5 years.
