JOB OPENING

We are specialized Integrity Engineering Services company is urgently looking for candidates to fill the following position:

1. Vibration Analyst Technician ISO Cat II

Functions: to provide vibration measurement and analysis. Carry out inspections on plant equipment and report findings and make recommendations if required.

Requirements:

a)      Engineering graduate with 2+ years of experience in relevant field, Have good Knowledge of vibration/condition monitoring systems

b)      ISO 18436 Category II Vibration Analyst certification.

c)      Have good experience with drawing/document layout, formatting/editing

d)      minimal supervision requirement, able to work independently, prioritize and organize work meeting deadlines

e)      Have good written and spoken communication in English, with demonstrated capability to structure and write technical material.

f)       Have valid BOSIET certificate.

2. Senior Corrosion Engineer

Qualification: min. 15 years experience  in oil and gas pipeline/piping/pressure system corrosion, preferred with Master degree in Mechnical/Material/Metallurgical.

a)      Functions: support Pressure Systems Integrity analysis and Corrosion aspect such as:

• Review failure mechanism, ECDA/ICDA/SCCDA, develop accurate corrosion management strategy(ies) or related integrity/corrosion documents, significant trends from surveys and Corrosion and Chemical Control Matrices
• Risk based Assessment; planning process compliance for corrosion monitoring activities; recommend changes based on criticality analyses and inspection programmes where appropriate
• Develop detailed inspection workpacks / workscopes for inspections with innovative inspection/technologies
• Investigate failures, assess reported defects, report any anomalies and highlight any areas of concern,
• Assist with corrosion input to asset Turnaround programmes
• Preparation of techno-commercial proposals, presenting to clients and case studies; support Line Manager in technical delivery and cost management.
• willingness to assist with any other duties as and when required and Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

b)      Preferred with: 1) Professional Engineer register; 2) Expereince in Fitness for Services and life extension, 3) experience in corrosion modelling softwares OLGA and ECE, 4) familiar with NDT techniques; 5) NACE corrosion certification; 6) API 571/580 certification

3. Integrity Engineer / Senior Integrity Engineer

a)      Min. 13 years experience (engineer level) or min 16 years experience (senior level) in oil and gas pipeline/piping/pressure system corrosion; preferred with Master degree in Mechnical/Material/Metallurgical.

b)      familiar with pipeline integrity assessment/management

c)      responsible to update, assessment and analysis of inspection and integrity management activities review, assessment and update of integrity management and inspection data for pressure systems, pipelines and structures and the development of strategies-related integrity documentation, risk assessments report and Written Schemes of Examination

d)      Assist in work-scope for corrosion circuits, collation of data and credible corrosion threats as require; provide effective technical advice to the inspection team,

e)      Perform effective review of inspection data, results trending and remnant life assessments, perform fitness-for-service assessments and provide recommendations for repair and replacement methodologies

4. Pipeline/Riser Integrity Engineer

a)      Min. 10 years experience in oil and gas risk assessment, risk-based inspection, dynamic riser engineering assessments, fitness for service, failure investigation, riser inspection and monitoring, corrosion and riser repair; preferred with Master degree in Mechnical/Material/Metallurgical.

b)      Familiar with pipeline integrity assessment/management

c)      Familiar with engineering standards and practices for Riser engineering.

5. Floating System Integrity Engineer

a)      Min. 10 years experience in oil and gas floating system integrity management (FSO & SPM system) related to design, operation, and maintenance; preferred with Master degree in Civil / Structural/Naval Architecture/Ocean Engineering.

b)      Familiar with integrity management for offshore floating platforms and in leading the inspection, inspection data management, analysis, fitness-for-service, modification, and repair of structures.

c)      Experience in management of change, risk assessment, performance management, maintenance and repair strategies.

d)      Experience in applying risk-based methodology for platform inspection and anomaly management.

e)      Experience in design and analysis of floating offshore structures, i.e. hull structure, mooring and global performance

f)       Familiar with Classification Society (ABS, DNV, GL, etc) Standard, Regulation & Compliance

6. Structural Integrity Engineer / Senior Structural Integrity Engineer

a)      Functions: Integrity Management / Inspection Management / Repair activities for structural components (both offshore jacket and topsides and onshore structures) including civil / onshore steel structural including the following but not limited to:

• Prepare Planned Maintenance Routines (PMR's),
• Develop detailed inspection workpacks / workscopes for inspections,
• Review all relevant jacket and topsides structures Inspection Reports, including NDE Reports,
• ssessment of reported defects, report any anomalies and highlight any areas of concern,
• Structural Inspection Annual Summary Reporting
• Willingness to go offshore and/or to remote land sites for periods of up to 28 days if required in specific project
• willingness to Assist with any other duties as and when required and Undertake specific projects as instructed by management

b)      min. 16 years experience plus Master degree in Civil/Mechanical/Ocean for Senior engineer level; or min. 13 years experience for engineer level

c)      Preferred with: 1) Professional Engineer register; 2) familiar with QA/QC systems/procedures and NDT techniques.

7. Maintenance Analyst / RBI Data Analyst

a)      Min. 15 years experiences (for senior level) or min 10 years experience (for engineer level) for Analyst in equipment maintenance execution, work order flow & reporting, able to operate SAP Maintenance Module; or 5 years experiences for RBI Data Analyst background in topside / pipeline / structural integrity to operate Risk Based Inspection Software / PCMS / Ultra Pipe / Promia / Fame / TSS Matrix

b)      Familiar with equipment boundary & hierarchy and failure symptom & failure apparent cause stipulated in ISO 14224 (for maintenance Analyst background);

c)      Certificate of Welding Inspector WI B4T or equivalent and ASNT level II certification scheme or equivalent at least one NDT methods (for RBI Data Analyst background)

8. Inspector / Senior Inspector / Inspection Engineer

a)      All inspectors background are wellcome to apply from Coating&Corrosion / QA&QC / Pressure Vessel / Rotating / Civil&Structure / Electrical&Instrument / Pipeline / Storage Tank / Lifting Equipment

b)      Engineering Degree with min. 3 years experience (for engineer level) or min. 10 years (for Senior level)

c)      Certificate of Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1, AWS QC1, WI B4T or accredited training institution for relevant inspector.

d)      Valid certification Inspektur MIGAS for relevant inspector.

e)      Two NDT methods ASNT level II certification or equivalent for relevant inspector

f)       Additional requirement: attendance certificate for relevant discipline from accredited training institution

g)      Additional requirement for Pressure Vessel: valid certificate API 570 or API 510 or API 581.

9. IT System Analyst & Progammer

a)      Min. 5 years experiences for of experience in developing Integrity Management application.

b)      Experience in design and analysis application including dashboard design, data structure, work flow and effective and efficient algorithmic.

10. Drafter

a)      Min. 5 years experiences in developing 2D and 3D mechanical drawings; preferred with Cert IV, Associate Diploma or Diploma in Engineering Design – Mechanical or Structural (essential)

b)      Knowledge and experience in AutoCAD (essential)
